Shopify keeps forcing a new Klaviyo account to integrate with, when I try to integrate Shopify and Klaviyo. Not the Klaviyo account I have PAID FOR. I can not get Shopify to integrate with my actual Klaviyo account, and I can not delete the new Klaviyo account it created. What is the deal with Shopify and Klaviyo? Looks like they don't work well together? Noticed Klaviyo app has a low rating on Shopify’s app store. Can see why now.
I have created a Klaviyo account yesterday and bought a $150 plan. Then integrated with my woo commerce and uploaded my list. Now before sending the first email suddenly my account was saying under review and now saying account is disabled. What should I do now?
Hey just after some help with installing custom fonts. Using the font URL off my website - www.domain.cometc/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Gilroy-Regular.ttf (not the actual link wasn't sure if I'm suppose to include website links or not)The file format is ttf, works/displays on site. is there something i’m missing here? Hi there,Is there a way to remove or unpublish products from my catalog on Klaviyo? We are on Shopify, and have a ‘£2 Carbon Offset’ product set up which can be purchased at checkout. It is quite a popular product however we do not want it to display in our dynamic products when sending campaigns.Many thanks,Benji
Hi there,We’re currently beginning to test the waters of splitting out two brand pillars into separate websites which has brought us down the path to questioning if we should keep both brands in one Klaviyo account or create a second account.While creating two accounts seems like the best choice on paper, we’re concerned about potential overlap in abandon cart/browse flows, cross-selling opportunities, and unsubscribe/suppression management. Is there a typical standard Klaviyo advises for customers to maintain if they are working with more than one brand?
There’s a bot that keeps subscribing to my emails and adding to cart. How do I block it? It always uses the same name, but the numbers in the email are slightly changed. One of the emails is email@example.com. How do I block it?
Hey, I wanted to change my avatar for my clients, I saw a post on this forum that said I had to create a gravatar account with the same email. But it doesn't work :/ So what can I do to customize my Avatar (the profile picture shown on my mail).(I use 1&1 for my work email).I already contacted the support klaviyo and told me it might be a problem with 1&1 (ionos) but what do you think about it ? Klaviyo's billing structure is based on two criteria: The number of active profiles in your account The number of emails you send during the month To see the total number of active profiles in your account, navigate to the Profiles page as shown below. After confirming the active profile count, head over to Account > Billing > Email Billing to choose a plan that will cover the active profile count and your monthly sends.In Profiles, you can see the total number of active profiles in your account.
Hi GuysWe have a known BOT that appears daily and abandons the same product at the same time. Very tedious but also annoying because our abandoned cart sequence starts.We know what the email address is (it’s the same daily) so we wondered if there was a way to block this in Klaviyo so it just gets supressed as soon as it arrives? It’s not a google bot checking pricing, it’s a BOT pretending to be Clearpay.ThanksSarah
Hello I am so confused about the limitation of the profiles and emails. I imported thousands of profiles before and I deleted already. Now there are only about less than 50 profiles in my account. But why in my account overview, there are still more than 8000 profiles recorded here?? My second question is, as you can see from the screenshot, the Profiles Monthly Usage is 250 active profiles, does it mean i can only send a campaign with segement or list with only 250 profiles per month?For example if i send a campaign with segement with 250 profiles on 1st Jan, then i cannot send any other campaign during the whole January? Please kindly offer me help.
Hi everyone, I'm MaxI have several questions that I can't find an answer to, I'm sorry but I've searched for an answer but I'm just getting more confused.I don't understand if I have to create an account with an email, and then the ecommerces I have to work for add me as admin or manager (is that right admin or manager?) and then I will have an email connected to the various accounts on behalf of these ecommerces . Or do I have to create several emails to work with these ecommerce?And another question, when I work for these ecommerces, is the email that appears when I send emails to their customer lists mine? isn't that unprofessional?Sorry if it's unclear, I just don't understand how it works.
Hello, It has now been 5 business days since i have emailed Klaviyo support to disable my two step authentication. No one has gotten back to me. I am the owner of the account, nobody else has access to the account. How long does it take for support to get back to you. I am running out of recovery codes.
I’ve set up onsite tracking using GTM following the instructions here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015392131-How-to-Add-Klaviyo-Onsite-Tracking-using-Google-Tag-ManagerWhen I test using the `utm_email` query parameter as suggested in that article, everything seems to be working. However, if I try to validate the tracking setup using the “Setup Web Tracking” wizard here: https://www.klaviyo.com/wizard/web-tracking. I get a error message: “Script was not installed correctly”.Does anyone know if that wizard checks something important about the setup? Or is the error maybe because GTM creates a script tag that looks a little different from the provided snippet?

Hello, I updated my klaviyo plan but my account is suspended because there was a previous payment that was not processed. What solution do I have, I have changed the card and updated the plan several times and it continues to charge me but my account is not activated! I need help.
I’m trying to add a new user to our account. I sent the invite. She immediately opens it and it says it’s expired, I’ve not had this problem with any other users I’ve added. So my questions are: How do I send a new invite, do I have to delete and re-add? Why is it expired? She’s in the Philippines I’m on the west coast of the US. Is that the problem? If so how can I possibly get around that to sign her up?Thanks!
