Hi,I have a question about how klaviyo would charge for my email plan? I’m using $400 plan, it said that I can have 25000 people and unlimited emails sent.Now I exceeded my 25000 limit, so how would klaviyo bill me in the next billing cycle? Will it be $400 x3 (base on the 305% used) or it still remain the same as $400 ?And what will happen if I downgrade to a smaller plan, because this sending limit is only temporary ? If I upgrade my plan when scheduling a campaign, how would klaviyo bill me for extra contacts?

Hello, I updated my klaviyo plan but my account is suspended because there was a previous payment that was not processed. What solution do I have, I have changed the card and updated the plan several times and it continues to charge me but my account is not activated! I need help.

Hi there,We’re currently beginning to test the waters of splitting out two brand pillars into separate websites which has brought us down the path to questioning if we should keep both brands in one Klaviyo account or create a second account.While creating two accounts seems like the best choice on paper, we’re concerned about potential overlap in abandon cart/browse flows, cross-selling opportunities, and unsubscribe/suppression management. Is there a typical standard Klaviyo advises for customers to maintain if they are working with more than one brand?
Hello, It has now been 5 business days since i have emailed Klaviyo support to disable my two step authentication. No one has gotten back to me. I am the owner of the account, nobody else has access to the account. How long does it take for support to get back to you. I am running out of recovery codes.
Hello all. I am pretty new to making newsletters with Klaviyo but already clicked something that I shouldn't have. Last night as I signed in, I saw the option to “Update Shopify customer profiles with Klaviyo data”, assuming that when I clicked that, it would unsubscribe anyone that clicked unsub in a newsletter and also do so on my Shopify website. But instead! My husband turned around and asked me if I finally put him on my newsletter because he got a confirmation email. I unsubscribed him a million years ago because he doesn’t need to see what I create, I show him in person! It looks like there are a bunch of people now listed as “subscribed” that I know for a fact are not. How can I fix this with the least amount of embarrassment? I already unclicked that box but everyone is still listed as subscribed. I am not sure who in my Shopify list is, and is NOT, supposed to be there now.
Hello email saavy friends, We currently have a multi-account (two accounts under the same user) ; in French and English. We also have two separate Shopify stores.We are going to be merging both accounts and stores. I was wondering if any of you had experience doing this within Klaviyo? Any tips or best practices? I couldn’t find much information online. How can we still keep lists/segments/flows separate as we merge? Will people need to opt-in again for language preference? *I have read that as we merge all flows need to be set to manual or draft so they don’t send to customers before intended, but that’s about it!Thanks in advance for your wisdom!
Hi everyone!Hope somebody can help us with our issue.So we have a shopify store which was initially in German language (product names in shopify are in German) but lately we expanded to Netherlands as well.For the shopify frontend we are using a translation app.But here is the thing - when I’m sending abandoned cart email I use the item.product.title tag to show the product that the user wanted to buy, but because all the products are in german in shopify, it shows german product names even if we send emails to our NL customers. Because it pulls data from shopify.So my question is - is there a possibility to translate product names to a different language than it is in shopify and still use item.product.title tag.Hope I described the issue more or less clear.Thank you
Hi there,Is there a way to remove or unpublish products from my catalog on Klaviyo? We are on Shopify, and have a ‘£2 Carbon Offset’ product set up which can be purchased at checkout. It is quite a popular product however we do not want it to display in our dynamic products when sending campaigns.Many thanks,Benji
I’m trying to add a new user to our account. I sent the invite. She immediately opens it and it says it’s expired, I’ve not had this problem with any other users I’ve added. So my questions are: How do I send a new invite, do I have to delete and re-add? Why is it expired? She’s in the Philippines I’m on the west coast of the US. Is that the problem? If so how can I possibly get around that to sign her up?Thanks!
Why is my account disabled and being reviewed? I sent a test email out yesterday to 2 emails and it worked fine then I go to send my first newsletter to 13 people and it disbales my account and says it is under review?Highly frustrating when this is the exact service the app says it supports. Can anyone give me some advice or help explain it?
Hi there!Is there any issue with Klaviyo today? For the past 3 hours, I'm not able to load any page inside my Klaviyo account.The campaigns, flows, templates, they're all blank and they never stop loading. In this meantime I've:- Tested incognito mode- Tried different browsers: Chrome, Safari, and Opera- Updated the MacBook- Updated Chrome- Turned off all ad blockers And nothing works! What could possibly be wrong? I've tried different accounts that I have access to and they're all facing the same issue. After I log in, I can’t even reach the support. Please help. I’m looking for advice re: the timing of updating DNS records when migrating from a different ESP over to Klaviyo. Is it safe to update my DNS records and verify a new domain PRIOR to the final transition? Will that impact any emails being sent from my old ESP? How critical is it to begin sending emails from Klaviyo immediately after the DNS records have been updated?I’ve received conflicting information from two very trusted sources.
Hi GuysWe have a known BOT that appears daily and abandons the same product at the same time. Very tedious but also annoying because our abandoned cart sequence starts.We know what the email address is (it’s the same daily) so we wondered if there was a way to block this in Klaviyo so it just gets supressed as soon as it arrives? It’s not a google bot checking pricing, it’s a BOT pretending to be Clearpay.ThanksSarah
Every time an email is sent out to my subscribers, it goes directly to their junk email / promotions section of their mail box, which they cannot see. I would like to know how to resolve this issue. And how do I set-up my domain?
I’m having some issues with my Klaviyo acocunt. When I log in to Klaviyo, the left menu shows and I can click on to flows, segments etc.. But nothing shows up on the main part of the screen. I’ve tried incognito - doesn’t work. Restarting my browser - doesn’t workTrying Safari - Doesn’t work.. I just paid for Klaviyo yesterday and now a whole day’s worth of work is gone :(..
