A previous client has asked for us to remove ourselves from their management/as a partner registration on their accounts. They have already removed our access, so is there a way for us to remove ourselves from their partner registration now that we don’t have access anymore? Or is this something they will need to do?
The Klaviyo account is disabled before we do anything, which makes us inexplicable.Why account is disabled after we paid???We have sent many emails to customer support, Nothing helps from the current situation. We also called the number on your website and chat online for help， ALSO they did not help either.We don’t want to pay to a company that can’t even be bothered to help it’s customers.If our Klaviyo account cannot become active within one business day, can you help return the money to us?Looking forward to your reply.

Here is a screenshotA - they sent me a new link I am scared to open because picture B isn’t pretty too. B - how can I fix that? Hi, I recently set up a dedicated sending domain. It no longer shows via Klaviyo mail but it shows via my domain name on my mails. Whenever I check the mails of other brands it doesn't show up. Only their sender mail address shows up but no via Domain name.
Hi Guys I’m receiving a ‘your request could not be submitted error’ when trying to submit a ticket on Klaviyo, so thought posting here might be the next best option..I am no longer to edit the delays/conditions on my flows - I am getting a 'Network error 403' when trying.I believe this is because I recently created a Private API key to integrate with Survicate (NPS Platform). I have tried:1. Removing Private API key on Klaviyo (but then I get an error saying 'unable to delete key').2. Removing integration with Survicate (didn't work).Does anyone have a suggestion on how I fix this?Thanks,Josh
One of the things I continuously get tripped up by is trying to see settings, setups and content across 2 different Klaviyo accounts at once in the same browser. It’s a restriction from Klaviyo that allows you to only login to one account at a time in the one browser. I know you can clone some things (but not all) and that it’s more of a security feature. But for people that manage multiple client accounts trying to implement the same settings and features across different accounts is a time-consuming process. I know other providers use sub-domains to help with this, it’d be a lot easier if we could do something like that IMO.

Hi, for the past 2 days I have been unable to create a flow. It does not matter which flow I select or even creating one from scratch. The website stops on the create flow screen and never progresses. I get the spinning wheel that never stops spinning. Also I have tried to submit a message but that keeps giving me an error also.I am on the free plan currently but with the trouble I am having even using the site I am leery about getting on a paid plan. There seems to be no support at all. All the options they provide to get help are unavailable or not working.
hi, I am an email marketer and am a manager to one Klaviyo account. How ever when the second Klaviyo account sent me the invite to be the manager and I clicked accept, it said the link has been expired. I tried multiple times and it is still the same. Can someone tell me how to fix this.P.s I used the same email address to be the manager in both accounts. Do I have too create a new email id for every single client I get?
I have been contacted by someone with a Klaviyo address and provided them some information, but have received another email from them that looks dodgy so concerned Klaviyo has had another security breach. I’ve tried to message support via their link but the message won’t send - there is no way to contact support… I pay a lot of money for this service, what on earth is going on??
Hello. I’m looking for advice. I have a digital communications preference center in mind that goes beyond Klaviyo’s default list opt-out experience. I want a page that allows the User to opt in and out of email, sms, and push for various topics.This is essentially both a subscribe, unsubscribe, and preference center in one page.I also want want to give the User a chance to decrease the email volume, as they should be allows to set a preference for “once a month” “twice a month” or “gimme all the email”Here’s a screenshot of what I designed.Please provide some advice or instruction for how to implements this type of preference center.Thank you!
Hi, we are switching over from Woocommerce to Shopfiy and I can’t see how to disable our current integration to then set up the new integration. On the new Klaviyo dashboard, the integrations tab is not there. I don’t want to set up a new Klaviyo account for the new shopify store as I want to see the legacy data and use all our current campaigns and flows. When we switch over, we want all current campaigns, subscribers and flows to be available and working. Please can anyone advise what updates to these are needed to make this happen? I have read that some flows need triggers updating - please advise?I can’t get started until we find out how to disable the initial integration!Thanks,
Hi,I tried to add an account as an admin and when the link got was clicked it said the link has been expired ask for another link. Then I send another and it still said the same. I am aware the link gets expired after a set number of hours but this all happened in the course of a few minutes and it still said the link has been expiredA little backstory: The account I added is already an admin in some other account but then a new account was created under the same email id and different account name after referring to klaviyos multi user article. It’s still running through the same problem tho
