Add BigCommerce Store to Account Family
Hi,We have a paid account with two store domains as individual accounts (US and CA). We have recently removed two other accounts but I want to add a completely new store domain with its own account. I can’t locate any documentation on this. Please could somebody step in?Thanks in advance,Megan
Why am I still being charged for my deactivated account?
I am absolutely shocked by how terrible Klayvio’s customer service is. I cancelled our company’s service nearly a year ago and Klayvio continues to charge our card $80 dollars a month. But because we no longer have a payment plan we have no access to an email for support to remedy the issue. I have tried without fail to find a way to reach out and fix. I will be notifying our bank for $800 in chargebacks and telling my entire network not to use Klayvio.
Is there a way to switch between Klaviyo accounts using a specific URL?
Hi. I have multiple client accounts I administer. And using the Klaviyo admin interface it’s easy to switch between them.BUT… my workflow is within ClickUp, where I manage the campaign calendar for each client.(BTW answering this question doesn’t require knowing anything about ClickUp).For this workflow to stay within the confines of ClickUp, and avoid flipping between applications, I am needing to embed the Klaviyo campaigns page for the client I am currently working with.Embedding the page itself works fine in ClickUp — no problem.EXCEPT… the Klaviyo admin interface “remembers” what client account is currently selected.This means, when I switch to a different client in ClickUp, the last client account I worked with is shown in the embedded campaign page view.This’ll lead to some disaster before too long. And doesn’t help with the flipping between apps thing I’m trying to avoid because I still have to flip over in Klaviyo to the account that I’m wanting to set up campaigns for.What I’
Why should I use klaviyo if I don't have an e-commerce?
I have a client who wants to use Klaviyo. He has wordpress and sells services. One of the strengths that I see in Klaviyo is the issue of super segmentation that could be very useful, but with the issue of flows, the only metric triggers that I find are "Active on the site". I also want to ask if there is any way to collect data through a fixed contact form that is on the page with the Klaviyo open API. Does anyone else use Klaviyo to sell services? How have your results been?
How do I contact Klaviyo about billing when I've cancelled my plan?
I’m trying to contact Klaviyo to get them to refund me my bill after I cancelled but it’s absolutely impossible.Because my plan is cancelled, I can’t use the live chat or email function. I’ve raised a ticket which they’ve replied to but I cannot reply to them as the email bounces back because apparently it’s spam. I don’t want to spend all day trying to find out how to contact Klaviyo, I’m trying to run a business!! All I want is a refund for my cancelled plan. The plan was cancelled on the day the money was taken!
404 page not found when trying to login online
Hello, I’ve been trying to login to Klaviyo for the past 2 days now. I thought the issue would be fixed by now. When I click the sign-in button online I get redirected to this 404 page _____________________________Page not foundIt’s pronouncedClay-vee–oh. Clay-vee-oh.Claaay-vee-oh. Also when I try to access the app through my bigcommerce site its just a blank page that seems to be loading forever. Can someone please tell me what appears to be the issue with Klaviyo? P.S it was working perfectly fine on my bigcommerce before, but even that shouldn’t affect why I get redirected to a 404 page on the Klaviyo website. RegardsKerisa
Why can't I delete lists, edit forms or create new lists in my account?
Hello - nothing seems to be working in my Klaviyo account suddenly! It was working fine yesterday and first thing this morning but not now. I can’t delete lists, make changes to my forms or even set up new lists.Anyone have any ideas why? I don’t currently have any support as just setting up my account and will upgrade to a paid version once I am ready to start sending emails.

Change Accounts phone number
Hello, I wanted to update the payment method and then a 6-digit-code is send to a phone number. I dont have access to that number anymore. In the settings I cant find anything to change the number and two factor authentification is turned off anyway. Can you help me with that? I cancelled my Plan and now I cant ask directly in the chat wich is very sad… Sincerely Mike
Question Mark favicon in Gmail
When sending campaigns/emails from Klaviyo the favicon in Gmail is appearing as a red question mark which automatically looks like spam.After speaking to Klaviyo support they suggested setting up a BIMI in google, you have to this do by obtaining a VMC which is not cheap.Has anyone found an easier solution to this which ideally doesn't cost $1500 every year?
Default sender email is not showing i.e. wrong email showing on emails to customers
I signed up for K the same day I signed up for Shopify not knowing about the limit of support for free accounts. It took me longer than 60 days to set up my shop, so I am now in the wilderness. My default sender email address is set as firstname.lastname@example.org . However, emails are bouncing because the address is coming through as email@example.com which does not exist. What am I to do if the very basics don’t work. I am really fed up with the total lack of access to support. What is the point of the Rolls Royce of system if the ignition key doesn’t work?
Help - I have been sending out my personal address!
Hello,I am new to Klaviyo and despite looking over my emails before sending them out, I have just realised it has been featuring my personal address in all of my emails as I work from home and have an online store. I feel so silly not seeing this before and it wasn't until my friend signed up to my newsletter that they saw it and notified me.I tried to remove the address, but Klaviyo seems to tell me I have to have something in that field. What can I do about this?
New added user is required to use Multi-Factor authentication and can't because no QR Code is presented beforehand. How should I proceed?
I added a new user as an Admin and when clicking on the invite email - he’s taken to a login page with Multi-factor authentication. The problem is no prior screen with the QR Code is presented, so he cannot get the 6-digit number.
What do I do if my billing card on file was replaced but my account is now suspended?
We had replaced our card on the account. It was not updated until recently as we had a new card mailed. This card was updated today, but the account is still showing Disabled. How do I talk to a Human at Klaviyo so that they can get this corrected ASAP?

Hello, I have been working on Klaviyo for years but have only just got round to properly using my partner status. I am wondering does anyone else have any issues with the partner support? When I send an email to the partner support email address it genuinely takes weeks for me to get a response. Is there a live chat or option that I am missing?

All my feeds have been deleted
Hello, I have a big problem. All my feeds have been deleted. I'm still on the same account, but it's impossible to contact the support because my subscription has also disappeared, it's back on free. I am still on the same account. I think it's because I checked the button to integrate klaviyo in "application integration" in my shopify shop when everything was working. I think it rebooted and deleted them all. How do I do this?
Feature Request - "remember me for a week" (or similar) on login page
Hi,Since starting with Klaviyo I’ve noticed I get asked for 2FA every time I log in and that when returning to the website my session isn’t remembered.I don’t know of any service that’s this strict. It’s actually quite annoying when I’m on the same browser/device every day!Even payment services like Stripe give you the option when signing in to be remembered for that browser for a week.It seems a bit overkill for an email/SMS platform.
Managed Customer pending and did not receive confirmation e-mail
Hello Klaviyo Community!We recently became Klaviyo Partner and I added a customer of my agency to the Managed Customer tab. But he says he did not find the confirmation e-mail sent by klaviyo (so he can confirm and be moved from pending to active in my partner dashboard). How can I send the confirmation E-mail again?I tried reaching out to klaviyo by e-mail, that was 2 weeks ago, still no response.I have been thinking of archive the client, but I do not know how it works, and if I can add them to managed clients again after that.Did you have a similar problem? How did you solve it?
