Log4j: Is Klaviyo safe?
Hi, right now there is a lot going on in the news because of big safety issues caused by Log4j. Our first customer is already asking, so I’m asking the same question here: Is Klaviyo possibly affected by safety issues because of Log4j? I don’t mean the frontend because I don’t think any Java is used there, right? But the backend infrastructure, especially servers saving customer data. Thanks and good luck to everyone not having any problems in other systems because of Log4j.Simon

Several accounts for several companies ?
In order to manage the mailing of several companies, is it better to create several accounts with a single registration email or create several different emails for each account. I think the first solution is the best but I also read that there can be unfortunate data transfers between accounts...
Working in two accounts at same time
Hey,Does anyone know if or when you will be able to be logged into several accounts in different windows and work on them simultaneously?I want to be able to have UK account open on one window/screen and US account open on the other to be able to copy content. At the moment it only allows you to work within one account at one time.I hope this makes sense. Thanks Shelle

Hello,I am getting confused with the klaviyo multi account setup. We wanted to use klaviyo on our website. we have two environments development and production environment. 1. Do we need to create two accounts for the development and production environment?2. 250 user limit on free plan - how does this work?
I am on the free plan. I have 6 users signed up for my newsletter. However Klaviyo also has 142 other users which seems to be customers.Those customers (who are NOT signed up for e-mail marketing) seem to count towards the 250 user limit.I don’t plan on doing any mails besides welcome mails to new subscribers (e-mail marketing) and occasional newsletters - also only to subscribers (currenctly 6).How can I make sure that only those opted in for e-mail marketing count towards the 250 limit and not all customers?
Is Dedicated sending domain recommeded for new users?
We need your suggestions.Is Dedicated sending domain suggested for new users?We are setting up our website and want to use klaviyo.We came across a dedicated sending domain.We can set it with go daddy where we got our domain from.However,We are not sure how we can warm it up as all blogs are talking about warming as we don't have an email list and will there be any complications if we start a dedicated server in the initial stages.We are looking for your speedy response to proceed forward.
Email not pulling through GA properly
Hi everyone! I’m currently looking into our GA reporting as it is currently half pulling through to ‘Email’ and half to ‘Other’. I’ve checked that all channel settings are system defined and tracking is used on every email. Could anyone hazard a guess as the issue I’m having? Thanks!
Do transactional emails count as contacts for billing?
Hello, I have just signed up and was wondering if anyone who has been using Klaviyo could tell me whether or not the customers that are not signed up to your marketing emails, but do receive a transactional mail through Klaviyo count as a “contact” for Klaviyos billing purposes? We want to send all transactional emails through Klaviyo instead of Shopify, but obviously that would add a lot to the cost if this is the case (with a lot less value) when you consider that only 5/10% of them actually sign up to marketing emails. How do I remove myself as a user on other accounts?
Hi, this is the reverse scenario of most of the posts I’m finding on here: Instead of removing a user from MY Klaviyo account, I want to remove MYSELF as a user on clients’ accounts after our engagements are completed. Is there a way to do this myself, instead of asking them to delete me from their accounts?
Hello! I have been receiving promotional emails with an image along with the subject line. i have seen this only in Gmail. Not emojis, but image preview right below the subject line portion in the inbox preview The emails are much more catchy with this. I have been checking google for a while to see what this feature is called but could not find any clue on the same. Any information on this is Greatly appreciated.I attached a sample here.Thank you!
Integration to Magento
I just took over as site manager for a eCommerce company. I have run into a few odd occurrences in getting onboarded here where settings in programs beyond Klaviyo were adjusted preventing them from working as intended. Klaviyo has been used for several years, but was not functioning when I started last week.I was receiving error messages when trying to confirm the Integrations password / API Keys had been changed and after re-running the set up in Magento and receive the following error message:We received a 401 authentication error. Please ensure your Magento server supports HMAC-SHA1 signatures for OAuth authentication and that your credentials are correct.I’m not sure at this point were to look, or what additional settings were changed.
Klaviyo Support Not Responding
Hello,It’s been now 5 working days to receive a reply from Klavyio support, after I’ve emailed them multiple times during the week to both their emails addresses firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com Anybody know what the expected timeframe is for them to respond to emails or why they would not be responding after so many days? How else is one able to communicate with them? It’s pretty poor customer experience to be honest and very inconvenient while I have to wait for them to action and resolve the issue I have.
Unable To Access My Account
Greetings Klaviyo Community,One of my client gave me access to his Klaviyo account (I don’t know which one of the client). His account was disabled, I was not know this and by mistake I switched to his account and now I’m unable to access my own account. I’m unable to switch my account from one to another. I’m really worried about it, what should I do? Please help. Thank you!
'Pay now' button for manual billing
We would love a ‘pay now’ button implemented so we could pay our bills when needed. The way our company is set up means we can’t always have the money in our credit card account at the time of billing, so every time we need to pay our bill we need to contact support and ask to pay. We’re in Australia so this is out of our working hours, which adds extra difficulty. Are there any plans to add a ‘pay now’ functionality? Or is there another way we can get our card charged when we need it done, not just the automatic charging attempts?
Why sender name is displayed in brackets?
I noticed that sender name is wrapped in brackets when email arrives to inbox.Why this is happening? This is how the sender name is defined on the account settings page: and this is how it is rendered in Gmail: and it gets even worse when email agent tries to escape brackets.
Adding sent from name to emails

Hello,With the arrival of iOS 15, I’m really worried cause it might affect Klaviyo email marketing of my clients. I am trying to look at Google Postmaster as one of the things that can support/help my email marketing. What do you think about it? Will be very helpful?Or would you suggest other monitoring tools?
