Cambio email mittente predefinito

Buongiorno,dopo aver ricevuto il seguente avviso da Klaviyo: “Presto i domini dei provider di posta in arrivo non potranno essere utilizzati negli indirizzi email dei mittenti. Aggiorna l'indirizzo predefinito del tuo account.” sto provando a cambiare l’indirizzo email del mittente predefinito, ma ogni volta che provo ad inserire la nuova mail (creata ieri su Siteground), Klaviyo mi da errore e mi annulla l’azione. Sapete aiutarmi a risolvere questo problema?Vi ringrazio molto in anticipo. Matilde

Default sender email is suddenly showing up wrong - no changes to account

Suddenly today, even with no changes made on our end, the default name we want to appear when we send emails to our customers is showing up as “Hello com” and not our business name. We have checked the settings and nothing was changed and appears correct on our end. But in inboxes, our emails now come from this Hello com address. No solution found when searching. Is this a glitch or issue Klaviyo is fixing? Or did we do something wrong (without touching anything)?

Feature Request: Image Folders to Organize Digital Assets in Klaviyo

Hello Klaviyo Community,I’m a very new Klaviyo user, coming over from Wix email marketing. I’m just getting set up now, and would like to use best practices right from the start. However, I’m getting hung up on this, since I can’t for the life of me figure out how to group my images into folders.I believe grouping images into folders might not be possible in Klaviyo. If that’s true, I would love to submit this as a feature request. If it’s not true, could someone help me out?If we want to get really advanced, I’d love to see a Klaviyo/Canva integration for importing images, so I could send images directly over to Klaviyo from Canva (so instead of downloading to my desktop and upload to Klaviyo, I could “download” from Canva to Klaviyo.)Thanks for reading!

Setup Subdomain name for Email domain

Is there any rule to create Subdomain name?I have read setup domain documentation. It recommends with subdomain name “send”(send.klaviyo.com), so what if I use another name?In past, I used mail.klaviyo.com and it’s worked. Now, I have reset up and after all, status of sending domain show “In progress” and all request can’t reach to.Can someone explain clearly about setup subdomain and difference of “send” and “mail”?

Strict security makes managing multiple accounts difficult

Klaviyo is making things way too hard with their strict security measures. For example, can they at least keep me signed in for a while? Someone on this forum mentioned it before. Even financial websites like Stripe allow this. There’s no reason to sign in every single day on the same device, and the reCAPTCHA is super annoying.Secondly, I have multiple websites for the same brand using Klaviyo. Not being able to open multiple sessions with different accounts at the same time is super frustrating. They claim it's for security, but this is the first software company I’ve seen do this. We sometimes need to copy settings and email content between accounts. While the latest update has made this a bit easier, we still need that function fully available. There’s no reason to lock that up. It's really inconvenient.

Is it possible to not need to re-login with 2FA EVERY DAY??

Klaviyo constantly logs me out and needs 2FA to log back in. It’s super annoying. My bank isn’t even as bad. Can you keep us logged in for a week? it’s such as waste of time and energy.

How do I remove myself as a user on other accounts?

Hi, this is the reverse scenario of most of the posts I’m finding on here: Instead of removing a user from MY Klaviyo account, I want to remove MYSELF as a user on clients’ accounts after our engagements are completed. Is there a way to do this myself, instead of asking them to delete me from their accounts?

I can't select the right plan for me

Hello, I have created an account with Klaviyo and I have the €0 plan. I want to select a paid plan, but it only shows me plans starting at $375 per month. I am just starting out and I want a $30 per month plan. What is the reason for this? What can I do to solve this? Thank you

Root domain vs sending domain

HelloI’m setting up Klaviyo for the first time and its asking for a root domain and a sending domain (subdomain). The domain for my shop is www.shop.niyaviidesign.com so what does the subdomain need to be?  Technically when I purchased my actual domain of www.niyaviidesign.com I had www.shop.niyaviidesign.com set as a subdomain. I’m not sure if this is what it is referring to.  Also I searched but I didnt see any info on how to migrate subscribers from Flodesk to Klaviyo. How do I do that?  thanks!

NEED ADVICE FOR CART UPSELL APP

Soooo I have a problem. I really need your help. I use the MonsterUpsell cart app. And it’s really been amazing. But now that I want to move forward and build my email list with discount codes, or maybe start a loyalty program with discount codes, I am not able to do that at all with MonsterUpsells. This app has been incredible but now that I want to start to do some things with discount codes, I can’t do a single thing. Please share with me what cart upsell app you are using that is compatible with discount codes I generate in shopify? My current cart offers discounts for multiple items bought and shows frequently bought together. I’ve searched and none of the cart upsell apps really specify if they do allow it. PLEASE HELP! Thanks so much.

There is no domain configuration in my Klaviyo setting in shopify

Since all emails sent from Klavyio in my shopify site are bounced I found this interesting article https://www.duocircle.com/email-security/learning-to-set-up-spf-dkim-and-dmarc-for-klaviyo - but I cannot do anything since there is no Domain tab in my settings in Klaviyo.

Import a custom FONT

Hello, good afternoon. I'm Julian and I would like to know how to import a font. I've read all the Klaviyo documents and I don't understand one thing. I have the folder with the downloaded fonts on my computer and I don't understand how to upload them to Klaviyo. I understand that I should put the URL where the fonts are hosted, but I don't have that URL, only the folder with the fonts. Is there a way to upload the folder with the fonts, or should I create a host to host them? Thank you.

Billing Issue

Hi we’re trying to get back on Klaviyo but we’re having issue with upgrading our plan. The card we used previously is being used to process the same but the payment is not going through and we’re seeing this particular response in red box. Please let us know, how we can fix this as it is important to start with our automations as soon as we fix this. Thankyou!

Feature Request - "remember me for a week" (or similar) on login page

Hi,Since starting with Klaviyo I’ve noticed I get asked for 2FA every time I log in and that when returning to the website my session isn’t remembered.I don’t know of any service that’s this strict. It’s actually quite annoying when I’m on the same browser/device every day!Even payment services like Stripe give you the option when signing in to be remembered for that browser for a week.It seems a bit overkill for an email/SMS platform.

Sender's email address alignment with branded sending domain

Hi,I have a question on how to properly align sender email address with branded sending domain.I took over several accounts and I started seeing this notification: So far configuration has been done as:Sender email address: info@mydomain.com Branded sending domain: send.mydomain.com I’ve checked old threads regarding this matter, and I understand that the configuration above should be sufficient/appropriate as the root domain is the same.Link to the thread: However, we’re still seeing the message above. My question is:Should our sender email address change from info@mydomain.com to send@mydomain.com? If statement above is correct, what should our next steps be in order to comply with the requirements? And what does the possible change in terms of technical configuration and domain warm up mean if we want to keep our sender email address as info@mydomain.com?Thank you!

Question about account permissions with store security

I have a Shopify Store and I'm hiring someone to provide a service for me there. I know that we should never provide owner access to accounts (I didn't, but I thought the person was insisting on it a lot...), only collaborator access. But, to answer a specific question. If I give personal Kavyo account owner access to someone, without that person having owner access on Shopify, do I run any risk of losing my store? Just to make sure...

Multiple accounts, only one website

Hi! I have a client who currently has two brands, two separate websites and two Klaviyo accounts for these brands. However, they plan on having only one website for both their brand, and even add a third one. Every brand will keep it’s identity, name and visual assets, but they will be on the same website.Our preference would be to keep different Klaviyo accounts so that every brand has his own sender name, sender address, assets and everything. We could however hop from an account to the other like we do in our agency, from one client account to another. However, is it possible to have multiple accounts with only one website? I’ve seen topics with the opposite question, like having multiple shops for only one Klaviyo account, but nothing exactly like my question. Thank you so much!

Can I connect 2 Separate Shopify Sites to my one Klaviyo Account

Hi friends,I have 2 shopify sites where I sell product. I have one for my wholesale sales and one for my retail sales. The wholesale one is a totally separate site, not a subdomain. Is there a way to have a separate sign up form for my wholesale customers- they get a different welcome sequence, etc. Thank you for your advice! Shopify Markets - Any update about integration?

Hi team, we are managing 8 different stores using Shopify and we are going to migrate to Shopify Stores.There is not any updated information about this kind of integration, new functionalities, etc…For example, could we keep our 8 Klaviyo accounts) Will we need to manage just one account using 8 different lists) How about the reporting by market? There is a big lack of information from Klaviyo about this issu which affects critically to many different brands. Thank you very much
