Hey there, we are a Klaviyo Partner for a couple of weeks now. Luckily, we get more and more of our Shopify agency clients to go for Klaviyo. However, we are still a little unsure about how to get credit for clients. I understand that there are three ways to get credit: #1. Customers sign up via the referral link.#2. We create a lead in our Klaviyo Partners Account #3. We add a managed account in our Klaviyo Partners Account Regarding #1. a) Where do I find our referral link? When I use the button in Klaviyo Partner Dashboard it leads me to a separate Landing Page of Klaviyo (see attachment). Regarding #2. a) Does the customer have to sign up for Klaviyo by himself, or is it possible that we create an account for the customer and invite him afterwards (preferred way)?b) Does the customer have to use the exact same email address that we state in Klaviyo’s lead registration form?c) If we can create the account for the customer, do we have to use the email address connected to our K
Dear community, I have an existing list of newsletter subscribers. In Germany, they only are officially subscribers if they confirm their subscription via a email confirmation. 2 questions:Could you please tell me how I can individually send a specific mail (in this case: Email Confirmation) to a list of email addresses? Hello, 3 days ago my account was disabled i dont know why ? Message is ““Your account is under review by our Compliance Team. We’re sorry for the delay - to make sure all senders have a great experience, we perdiodically review active accounts. You should hear from us within one business day” So im waiting i need to understand why, i paid for this app and its not working..
Hi! Might be a strange question, but how do we downgrade our account back to the free plan? FYI we have 155308 Active Profiles 5797 Suppressed profiles and are currently on the 500 people - $20 / month plan. Not sure if that matters.Asking because we couldn’t find any way to downgrade (back) to the free plan.Thanks for your help!
When I log into Klaviyo I'm greeted with the side menu but none of the information on the page loads? Can anyone help me with this issue?.🙏 This is what I get when I open Klaviyo on all pages except: profiles, data feeds, and preferences. ⬇
Somehow there are more than one klaviyo codes in my shop. Support have told me to deactivate and it will automatically remove it which it hasn’t. So they have asked me to remove the code manually which I am struggling with.I have tracked it down to something happening within jquery.min or at least seems to be. However the code means very little to me. I am assuming it is pulling data from somewhere to get the url to pull for the code, however that is as far as I have got. Any ideas?
Last week Klaviyo sent out an email to some of their customers informing us that our email tiers were about to change. We wanted to let you know about a change to Klaviyo’s pricing. Klaviyo's email tiers will no longer offer unlimited email plans. We are adjusting this to match our higher pricing tiers. Effective April 11, 2022 your current plan will have an email limit of 10x the profile limit.We have been a customer for 4 years on the 40,000 profile plan. We spend $600/mo to send Unlimited Emails. Because we have been allowed no limits on this plan, our current email marketing strategy includes over a dozen highly customized flows which span the course of an entire month to allow a once per month marketing calendar refresh. We send just over 2 Million emails per month with a 25% open rate which converts to just over 30% of our total revenue. Klaviyo is a big part of our business. Hello! I have been receiving promotional emails with an image along with the subject line. i have seen this only in Gmail. Not emojis, but image preview right below the subject line portion in the inbox preview The emails are much more catchy with this. I have been checking google for a while to see what this feature is called but could not find any clue on the same. Any information on this is Greatly appreciated.I attached a sample here.Thank you!
I’m trying to log in to Klaviyo and I keep receiving a 403 error. This isn’t happening with a particular subaccount (I have several); it happens when I go to Klaviyo itself. I’ve contacted Klaviyo Support but haven’t heard back for 2 hours. I’ve tried restarting my machine, clearing my cache, incognito mode, nothing is working.Is anyone else having this problem?
Shopify keeps forcing a new Klaviyo account to integrate with, when I try to integrate Shopify and Klaviyo. Not the Klaviyo account I have PAID FOR. I can not get Shopify to integrate with my actual Klaviyo account, and I can not delete the new Klaviyo account it created. What is the deal with Shopify and Klaviyo? Looks like they don't work well together? Noticed Klaviyo app has a low rating on Shopify’s app store. Can see why now.
Hello all. I am pretty new to making newsletters with Klaviyo but already clicked something that I shouldn't have. Last night as I signed in, I saw the option to “Update Shopify customer profiles with Klaviyo data”, assuming that when I clicked that, it would unsubscribe anyone that clicked unsub in a newsletter and also do so on my Shopify website. But instead! My husband turned around and asked me if I finally put him on my newsletter because he got a confirmation email. I unsubscribed him a million years ago because he doesn’t need to see what I create, I show him in person! It looks like there are a bunch of people now listed as “subscribed” that I know for a fact are not. How can I fix this with the least amount of embarrassment? I already unclicked that box but everyone is still listed as subscribed. I am not sure who in my Shopify list is, and is NOT, supposed to be there now.
