Why haven't my clients received an account management email confirmation?
Hi, I am a new Klaviyo Partner and I’ve added a few managed customers in my account, they are currently in pending but none of my clients have received the email to confirm that I manage their accounts. Is there a way to resend these emails or check if they have been sent?Thank you in advanceTDesign
Can I connect 2 Separate Shopify Sites to my one Klaviyo Account
Hi friends,I have 2 shopify sites where I sell product. I have one for my wholesale sales and one for my retail sales. The wholesale one is a totally separate site, not a subdomain. Is there a way to have a separate sign up form for my wholesale customers- they get a different welcome sequence, etc. Thank you for your advice! Amy
How can I be upgraded to the owner of an account from a prior user permission?
Hi Klaviyo Community, This is a weird one and I’m hoping someone can help me. Many years ago I helped a brand optimize the copywriting of their e-mails and was invited to the brands paid Klaviyo account. I signed up with my e-mail address and all worked super well. I then forgot I had opened that account and last year opened a Klaviyo account with my business domain. I want to make use of the 1st Klaviyo account for another business. So I did the normal, forgot password and reset it successfully. I then returned to the log in screen and accessed my original account but I have very limited access. I can see that my user permission is set to “content creator” but I’m the owner of this account too as it’s linked to my e-mail address. The first name on the account is mine but the name of the account is the friends account I was originally invited too. Could anyone help me understand how to get owner access on an account that belongs to me? Thanks if you got this far!
How to cancel a suspended Klaviyo account?
I purchased Klaviyo basic plan in January, used it to its full extent. The results weren’t promising for me so i stopped using it but forgot to cancel. It charged in Feb, which isn’t a problem for me. Now it is trying to charge my card again in March. I had absolutely forgot about klaviyo during this period. I came to know when my card transaction was declined. So now my account is suspended, and i can’t find the option to cancel my account. This is supposed to be a prepaid service. If i am not using it in March and let me cancel it pls. Email & chat support is disabled and there is no call numbers available. So there is absolutely no way for me to approach Klaviyo team to resolve the issue. Please help. Thanks
Is there a way to switch between Klaviyo accounts using a specific URL?
Hi. I have multiple client accounts I administer. And using the Klaviyo admin interface it’s easy to switch between them.BUT… my workflow is within ClickUp, where I manage the campaign calendar for each client.(BTW answering this question doesn’t require knowing anything about ClickUp).For this workflow to stay within the confines of ClickUp, and avoid flipping between applications, I am needing to embed the Klaviyo campaigns page for the client I am currently working with.Embedding the page itself works fine in ClickUp — no problem.EXCEPT… the Klaviyo admin interface “remembers” what client account is currently selected.This means, when I switch to a different client in ClickUp, the last client account I worked with is shown in the embedded campaign page view.This’ll lead to some disaster before too long. And doesn’t help with the flipping between apps thing I’m trying to avoid because I still have to flip over in Klaviyo to the account that I’m wanting to set up campaigns for.What I’
Problem sending emails, account cancelled?
Hi, I trialled an SMS subscription and cancelled it after 1 month. But now I can’t send any emails… it says my account is cancelled. When I update my plans, it says I’m already subscribed to the free email plan. However it won’t let me send any emails despite having many credits. Can you assist?
Account Has Been Canceled
Hello,I have taken over running the company's Klaviyo account. The first thing I noticed is a fun red rectangle saying “Your account is canceled.” We currently don’t have enough active emails to need a paid plan and because of that, I can’t find a way to contact support. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a way to contact support or reactivate my account so I can get it up and running again?Thank you
Why is my account canceled?
hi,Yesterday we realized that our account appeared as a canceled account, none of the team made that cancellation and we have been told a reason why, also our account appears as if we had not contracted our plan which does not make sense since the payment was made a few days before and because we "don't" have the contracted plan, they don't let us use the usual support channels.It is not our intention to delete the account, in fact it is what we want to avoid, but we cannot contact support correctly.
Impossible to unsubscribe from Klaviyo Community emails
A few months ago we cancelled our Klaviyo account but I now can’t unsubscribe from Klaviyo Community emails. (Ironic given that Klaviyo is all about email best practice, right?) First of all the “Unsubscribe” link in Klaviyo Community emails doesn’t work: Klaviyo Community Email FooterThe “unsubscribe” link just points to https://community.klaviyo.com/settings/general which returns this page to logged out users: Unsubscribe Link FailIn fact, once you land on this page you can’t even log in - clicking the Log In button does nothing due to jQuery errors: So I go to the Klaviyo homepage and login to my (long cancelled) account, then re-attempt the Unsubscribe link from the email. Success (kind of) - this is the page the “Unsubscribe” link takes me to: Unsubscribe Link doesn’t actually Unsubscribe...yep, no option to unsubscribe from Marketing emails (like the one I just received, it doesn’t fall into any of those categories) and no option to “Unsubscribe from all emails”. Account disabled and no response from support
My account was disabled on Friday without any explanation. I have send 3 emails to the emails to customer support, no response. I also called the 800 number on your website and they did not help either.I don’t want to pay to a company that can’t even be bothered to help it’s customers.
Live Chat Not Working - Defaulting to ChatBot
Hi,I am using a paid account for our business and all of our clients are on paid accounts, as well. For the past week the Live Chat has been sending us to a Chatbot instead of a human agent. What is causing this? Is Live Chat gone or has something happened that is sending us to the chatbot and not a human?This has been a bit of an issue as we’ve been trying to resolve a couple unique things for one of our clients.
Why am I still being charged for my deactivated account?
I am absolutely shocked by how terrible Klayvio’s customer service is. I cancelled our company’s service nearly a year ago and Klayvio continues to charge our card $80 dollars a month. But because we no longer have a payment plan we have no access to an email for support to remedy the issue. I have tried without fail to find a way to reach out and fix. I will be notifying our bank for $800 in chargebacks and telling my entire network not to use Klayvio.
Access lost to email address linked to Klaviyo account
Hello, I need some help with a dumb situation, I lost access to my email address linked to my Klaviyo account (deletion). I still have my password though, but whenever I try to connect I get prompted with a message asking me to verify the “new device” I’m connecting from (because I cleared my cache). The problem is I can’t receive the code as my can’t access my email address (deleted). Is there solution for me to receive this code another way? Or can someone from Klaviyo team help me? Creating Multiple Accounts Using Same Email Address
Hello Klaviyo Community, I want to access two separate accounts, two different websites, for conveniency without having to sign in and out to access each one. I found a solution here in this article.You can access multiple Klaviyo accounts using the same email address and password, making it easy to keep track of each account without having to log out and log back in using a separate email address. You will simply need to toggle between separate accounts. However I am getting an error message when signing up as per instructions. I used the same email and password, with a new company name and website URL. Please advise? Many thanks!Michael
New credit card added to suspended account - how long before unsuspended?

Why should I use klaviyo if I don't have an e-commerce?
I have a client who wants to use Klaviyo. He has wordpress and sells services. One of the strengths that I see in Klaviyo is the issue of super segmentation that could be very useful, but with the issue of flows, the only metric triggers that I find are "Active on the site". I also want to ask if there is any way to collect data through a fixed contact form that is on the page with the Klaviyo open API. Does anyone else use Klaviyo to sell services? How have your results been?
How do I contact Klaviyo about billing when I've cancelled my plan?
I’m trying to contact Klaviyo to get them to refund me my bill after I cancelled but it’s absolutely impossible.Because my plan is cancelled, I can’t use the live chat or email function. I’ve raised a ticket which they’ve replied to but I cannot reply to them as the email bounces back because apparently it’s spam. I don’t want to spend all day trying to find out how to contact Klaviyo, I’m trying to run a business!! All I want is a refund for my cancelled plan. The plan was cancelled on the day the money was taken!
