I've scheduled my flows at 8 AM PST today. But I am not receiving a single email, which I set up. Also, the status is live already. What do you think I should do? Thank you

Hi @dberonio22,

So scheduling a Flow sets the Flow to Live at a given time (in your case 8AM).  Once a Flow is Live, messages (emails) in the Flow only get sent when a profile enters the Flow when it qualifies the rules set in your Flow Trigger.

If you were thinking about sending an email at a given time, I think what you wanted to do is to setup a Campaign.  A Campaign is a scheduled email, to your selected audiences, at a given time.

To explain this a bit better, I recommend this guide that will help you setup a Campaign:

In that guide, it explains:

Campaign

Flow

Send to a target list that you build in advance

Send one or more automated messages, curated based on certain triggers and filters

Manually created and scheduled

Triggered every time a certain behavior occurs

Example: monthly emails for a newsletter list, or a flash sale announcement sent to existing customers via text

Example: automated welcome email or SMS that sends to new subscribers immediately after they sign up

@dberonio22 ops! Make sure trigger and filters are correct and metrics/trigger for that flow is functional.
