Adjusting the Leading on text

I can’t  find a way to adjust the space between sentences or the “leading”. The spacing between lines are way too far apart and inconsistent.

Arctic Leaf Cart Rebuilder for BigCommerce - does it need custom "added to cart" code added?

Hi all, Just made my first abandoned checkout flow live and noticed the “your cart is empty” issue. Seems like it could be a pretty dissatisfying experience for customers who may jump between devices.I saw this app mentioned:Has anyone used it or have any comments? It doesn't mention this anywhere as far as I can see, but would it also need the “added to cart” code embedded as mentioned here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024310292-How-to-Create-a-Custom-Added-to-Cart-Event-for-BigCommerce ?If anyone has any input on how the arctic leaf AC flow could work alongside of, or in place of other abandoned cart/checkout flows it would be really helpful, thanks!

Flow: looping with a time delay until a property is true

We have a somewhat complicated series of flows that we are trying to link.  Here is the summary of the problem we are trying to solve:We need to know when a specific product is “delivered.”  We are on Shopify, and Shopify does not send Klaviyo a trigger for delivery (I do not understand why).So we installed AferShip which sends a Delivery notification, but you cannot access any information about the products shipped to insert in the flow emails.So the solution we came up with is to set a Property (“product delivered”) to true on a Flow triggered by AfterShip “Delivered” trigger.  Then we have the another flow triggered on Fufilled (which has all the product information) loop and wait for the “product delivered” property to turn true before sending our a timeline of emails that contain said product info.The question is how do we loop with say a day time delay on a conditional that is waiting for Proper “product delivered” to be true. OR is there a better way to do this?

Shopify Discount Code link and Abandon cart

Hey Everyone,Really trying to dial in my abandon cart flow and want to make things as simple as possible for a customer. I don’t want the customer to have to remember a code when they go back to their cart to checkout. My button in Klayvio has:Link URL: {{ event.extra.checkout_url}}The Shopify Discount Link is: https://everbloombaby.com/discount/12345How can I have the button for the event also have the automated discount???Any insight would be super helpful!!!

Need help integrating Shipmonk to send tracking info

We use Shipmonk as our 3PL. When a shipment has been shipped by them, they send back by API the tracking info to our WooCommerce.I need help integrating the tracking data to flow to an email to the customer. Klaviyo does not seem to have a solution.

Best Option for Multilingual Flows and Content in Klaviyo

We are trying to introduce multilingual Flows to Klaviyo and it seems a lot harder than we would have expected.  Compared to Shopify’s easy multilingual management, trying to do it in Klaviyo gets complicated really fast.  The sign-up form to have users select their Language preference is easy - done, but, from reading Klaviyo documentation and thinking of all the option we can, there seem to be 4 options each with their own pros and cons.Assume for the purposes of this discussion that we have 5 languages - English, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese…. with 8 Flows and Flows having Medium Complexity in terms of branching, etc. Option 1 - Use Show Hide Blocks As Klaviyo RecommendsIn article “How to Customize Content Based on Language” Klaviyo refers to using Show/Hide Blocks.  In the case of having 5 languages, that would seem like a lot of embedded Show/Hide Codes to add and, do Show/Hide codes work for E-Mail Subject Lines, etc.?   If not, that’s a Show Stopper.  There is no point

Can't create a new campaign or see previews.

I’ve been trying to send a campaign but when I click “Create Campaign” or “Preview” within my email template nothing happens. I’ve tried multiple browsers and restarted my computer. It was working earlier and now it’s not working. Is there currently an outage that could be causing this?

Using MyStore.com in Flow instead of mystore.myshopofy.com

Hello, My problem is that {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} returns mystore.myshopify.com as oppose to mystore.com. I asked support and they said I should change that from Integrations → Shopify → Store URL However, that was misleading advice as the Store URL must follow the pattern mystore.myshopify.com I am not sure how to fix this. I obviously don’t want to send my potential customers to another URL than my store’s. Thanks in advance

New subscribers not going into newsletter

Hi There, I am noticing that lately my new subscribers are not going into the newsletter list. On of the last even added some products in the cart but I can’t see it in Klaviyo stats and so not triggering any abbandonned cart email.any help?thanks

Hi, I am aware we can collect customer birthdays using the sign up form, however, I’m interested in knowing if we can put the birthday data collected during the checkout field as checkout attribute on Shopify plus to be attached as a custom field on customer profiles to be used on Kalivyo flows making use of birthdays? Custom Templates from separate HTML builders using Klaviyo Event Variable tags

I'm using Stripo to build out my HTML emails and looking to add event variable tags like Abandoned cart products. Should I copy the code from the Abandoned cart Klaviyo template into Stripo or do I need to alter the code once importing the Stripo HTML into Klaviyo?

Is it Possible to Back-populate a Flow Containing Dynamic Coupons?

Hi!I have created a winback flow containing dynamic coupon codes.  When I try to backpopulate the flow, I get an error message indicating backpopulate would only work with static codes.Is there a work around for me to back populate without altering my coupon codes ( I have messages indicating that the code will expire in X days so need to use dynamic codes.Thanks

Is the New Editor Auto-Save feature broken?

We've been facing this issue every single time we build an email in the new editor. We'll build the email, but when we click 'Preview and test' there are many blocks missing. Not all, just some. I have no idea how it decides which ones o keep and which ones to not. Even more annoying than that is when you exit the editor and come back (or refresh the page), and find out those blocks are missing.Refreshing, or exiting and coming back, and then rebuilding the email with those missing blocks usually works. But obviously this is frustrating because we're doing twice the work for no reason.Anyone else having a problem with this? Not to mention that this new editor is outrageously slow… Typing anything inside a text block is a slog. We've been having to resort to typing everything in Word or something, then copy / pasting it into Klaviyo and having to format everything for each block. But that's another issue entirely. Is the new editor in beta? It's clearly very buggy and slow, but it's adv

Can I add a trigger in a flow that is activated when a user clicks on a specific link?

I wanted to know if it is possible to insert a trigger within a flow that is activated when a user clicks on a specific link. A platform that I use in addition to Klaviyo for ecommerce management allows me this works. I'll give you an example. At the end of a first welcome email I would like to ask the reader to receive the next email in the flow without having to wait for a specific delay but simply by clicking on a link. This way you will immediately receive the next email in the flow without having to wait. I tried to insert the "if click" trigger but unfortunately the email is always sent based on the delay inserted in the flow. If this function doesn't exist yet it would be nice to be able to insert. There are readers who want to consume the whole Soap Opera Sequence immediate.

Klaviyo email requires "display image" in inbox

Hi,My automation email when sending to myself, It won’t show the image unless I press the button “display image”. Is there a way to automatically show the image?     the email I got from others seems like is from a image link or something. This below email I don't need to click “display image below” in order to show the image. Does anyone know why?

How to add old campaigns to new email subscribers using a flow?

I am trying to figure out how to send out all the campaigns we have sent to previous subscribers to new subscribers. Once someone new has subscribed we want the ability to send out all the campaigns in the order we had sent them out initially to previous subscribers.Is there a way to do this in Klaviyo through a flow automagically?

New Template: Linking To Product Page Not Saving

Hi!I’m having an issue getting my product title {{ item.title }} to link to the product page in my abandoned cart flow. This is in the dynamic product block that shows what the contact left in their cart. Every time I try to enter this - it won’t save and I get the ‘saving’ spinning wheel of death.I’ve tried: {{ organization.url }}products/{{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.handle }}I’ve tried: {{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.handle }}I’ve also tried putting in the company website: https://www.companysite.com/products/{{ item.product.handle }}  Still… nothing is working. Any insight here. However, when I do try just the company url - https://www.companysite.com it saves and works fine.

Placed Order transactional email based on Gateway or Order Tag

Hello,we would like to send a transactional email after an order has been placed, but only if a certain payment gateway was used (COD in our case).But I didn’t find any condition to use in the Placed Order Trigger Filters or in Conditional Split blocks.Also I thought that maybe we can use the Orders Tags assigned by Shopify Flow, but in this case the condition seems to always fail, like that Klaviyo is not able to read Order Tags or Order Tags are empty.Do you have any suggestions?

Unable to create Coupon - Email does not send.

Since i have different promotions, I create 2 sign up form. 1 for normal day, 1 for special day.I change sign up form of normal day and email flow to Draft. Then, Active the sign up form and email flow for special promotion. I also Smart Sending is OFF because i just use 1 email for testing email. I delete my test email on Profile because i am going to use it for testing.Coupon Set Up for special promotion:Condition If the order is over $85, Buyer can buy the Item A ($25,49)with 0 USD.   If the order is under $85, Buyer can buy the Item A($25,49) with a discount fixed amountSetup:I set up 2 separated coupon for these 2 conditions. Please see my set up on screenshotIssue:I test a basic flow as a buyer, sign up and expected receive the email with coupon code. However, sometimes, the email sent to me, sometimes Not. .Although, the email does not send to me,  the email is still inserted on Profile of Klaviyo but NO COUPON code is generated at the bottom of profile.
