Back in Stock Flow Button Not Working in [Power Review] Symmetry - MS

Hi there,I followed the structure that klaviyo help center shows me.https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-Install-Back-in-Stock-in-Your-Shopify-Theme I have done it  as per their instructions. But when we reload that page where my products are “SOLD OUT”  I dont see any button showing “Notify me when available” !!We configured as per  that post. And also set up “public API key” in the theme.liquid page.Can you please help us solving this issue? ​​​​​​

{% manage_preferences_link %} link not working

Hi, I am trying to use the {% manage_preferences_link %} in the footer of my email and style it using the same styling as the other text but it’s not working - when I click on the link it takes me to a 404 Klaviyo page telling me it’s a ‘bad’ link. This is the source of the text block I’m trying to use: <a href="{% manage_preferences_link %}"> Manage Preferences</a> Please can anyone advise me why this is not working as this is the tag that Klaviyo’s help centre provides when wanting to change the colour/font of these types of pages in emails. Thanks in advance!

Embedded form not rendering with Impulse Theme

Hi,I am trying to add an embedded form into our footer. We are using shopify with the impulse theme. I posted the code into the footer liquid as described in the tutorial, but it wont show up. I then tried to post it somewhere else, still a no show :-/ I also made sure to delate the code wherever I posted it. If I edit the theme however the sign up form shows up 3 times, but is still nowhere to be seen on the live page… How is that even possible? What do I do wrong? I am no coder and have no clue what I’m doing….Please help!Thank you in advance!Cheers Elli

Organizing my lists - best practices?

I’m trying to organize my lists better.  My new sign-ups go to the newsletter list, but old contacts from Mailchimp that accept marketing and aren’t suppressed are in a separate list which needs to be cleaned.  My question is what would the best practice be for cleaning the list of old subscribers and moving the remaining subscribers to the newsletter list?  Any tips you guys have will be most appreciated.

Why is my Header/Logo/ Smaller than In Other Email Templates?

Hi there! I’m not sure why this started happening, but I began to use the link buttons with the logo centered. It started out great at first, with the logo appearing larger than the links. However, now when I try to do it in an email, my logo is automatically generating in a much smaller size. I’m using the exact same picture and everything, so I’m not sure why this is happening…. please help! thank you!

Creating a Shopify Flow for Payment Reminders

Hello! I am trying to set up a payment reminder flow using Shopify Flow. Essentially, it would send two emails before cancelling the order.  I’m just curious — with Klaviyo, I can only send a campaign. Since there wouldn’t be a list I want to send it to, but rather the order email, will including the {{order.email}} variable work?

How to prevent duplicate Abandon Checkout Flows

We have an issue where a customer is able to enter the abandoned checkout flow (btw - Klaviyo calls this flow the Abandonded Cart Flow) multiple times. We are not entirely sure how this is happening, but we think the customer is going back into their cart, making edits, and then attempting to checkout with different products or different quantities. . To fix the issue we added the “Has not been in flow in the last 7 days” to our flow filter.  So now our triggers and filters look like this: We contacted Klaviyo support to confirm this was the correct fix, and the support agent advised us that we could remove the “Has not been in flow in the last 7 days” and replace it with “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow”.  So it would look like this: So… my question for the Klaviyo Community is.. Which is the correct/preferred method?   Thank you,Mark

Update property link not working in the URL field of a link (new editor)

Trying to update a profile property using the update_property_link tag in a URL field. In the old editor, it works fine. In the new editor, I get an error and it mangles the formatting.Example:Error: Invalid block tag on line 8: '%20update_property_link%20'NPS%20Rating'%20'1'%20'https://baked-in-boston.com/'%20', expected 'endautoescape'. Is there a way to trigger cookies without clicking a link in a Klaviyo email?

According to the Klaviyo Help Center, a user is only cookied if 1) they fill out a sign up form and 2) if they click on a link in a Klaviyo generated email.  We have a large number of customers who are active in our Klaviyo database, but they will frequently clear their browser cache and NOT click links in our emails. Given this situation, we cannot track their activity (view product, add to cart, checkout, etc.)  on our website.  Is there any workaround for this?  Any other way to track/cookie an existing Klaviyo user without asking them to click links in our emails?Mark

Migrating from MailChimp to Klaviyo - help!

Hello all, I’m very new to Klaviyo, migrating from MailChimp has proven too much for me, ha ha! I wonder if you can help? Here’s what I’ve done: Integrated Klaviyo integration with Shopify Integrated MailChimp integration with Klaviyo Deleted MailChimp integration from Shopify Created a welcome flow for my ‘newsletter’ list on KlaviyoAnd here’s what’s happened:All my customers on my customer lists on Shopify are now showing as ‘unsubscribed’ from marketing. How can I revert this?  My ‘newsletter’ sign up forms (I use the ones on my Shopify theme) aren’t linking to my Klaviyo newsletter list. Any ideas as to how I can link my pop-up and newsletter segments on to Klaviyo? I use the Symmetry theme.  I have two lists on Klavio - one which looks to be a list integrated from MailChimp and a new ‘newsletter’ list. Am I able to combine these lists? Any help would be appreciated, thank you so much : ) Alice

Mail not sending

Hi All, I’m having an issue with my mails not reaching the recipient. I can see the flow analytics and it shows when a mail is waiting to be sent and if it has been delivered to the recipient. I’ve used my own mail to test this and although Klaviyo analytics is saying the mail has been sent, it has not been received by myself or my colleagues. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Here is the flow below

Klaviyo Install Code Snippet not working with Shopify

I have a newsletter sign up at the bottom of my website -- www.jiajiajewelry.com.  Followed the steps to install code snippet on the footer.liquid in shopify.  Klaviyo still tells me “Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site.” Using the broadcast theme on shopify.  Please advise.  The email sign up saves to shopify but does not sync to klaviyo list.

Hello, I have created a wake up flow to try to reactivate contacts that have been inactive for more than 180 days.If, at the end of the flow, the contacts still haven't opened our e-mails, I'd like to be able to delete them automatically. How can I do this?Thank you

Include Customer Spend in Email

Hi, I feel like I should have found the answer to this somewhere, but I haven’t We’re running a promotion that gives a group of customers free shipping for a year if they spend $5,000 in 90 days. I want to send a email reminder each month that says something like “Don’t forget to spend $5,000 before August. You’ve already spent $xxxx.xx!” I know you can segment by revenue, is there a property I can include in the body of an email to accomplish this? Thanks,

Only half of Shopify store newsletter subscribers being synced with Klaviyo

 Hi! Hoping someone here can lend me some help.Customers on my shopify store who subscribe to our Newsletter are being captured in two different places: in the Shopify customer's tab, and in Klaviyo. Customers who sign up on the website are being captured in Klaviyo, while customers who opt-into the newsletter during the checkout process are captured in Shopify. I would like all newsletter subscribers to ideally be captured on both platforms, but at least capturing these emails in Klaviyo is a must.Can anyone give me some guidance? Thank you so so much.

Reviews and how to remove products with variables?

I’m looking to modify the standard review block in a flow to display all products but the product with the variable attribute “0”. All other products 1-∞ are fine, I have a product that is automatically added to all orders at checkout and do not want it to show up in the flow asking for a review. Ive gotten pretty close, but not been successful. If I get everything else working then the images don't show up. Anybody successful with getting Order ID from OpenCart into Klaviyo?

I’m trying to create dynamic thank you pages using Klaviyo, to thank customers who bought products off an OpenCart store.  OpenCart store version: Version 3.0.3.1 I used this extension to integrate OpenCart to Klaviyo: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=38017 All works well, BUT – the ORDER ID doesn’t seem to be sent over to Klaviyo, and I’m unable to find a event merge tag for it:  Am I missing something here – or is there something custom that I’ve to do?  Appreciate any direction or help.

Start Flow With Imported Contacts

I have a flow set up for my new subscribers. However, my sign up form is through a different app so I import them as I receive them. How do I initiate a flow with imported contacts? The trigger is set for when someone joins the list. But since it’s manual, it doesn’t seem to be picking it up.

Typeform Responses Not Integrating With Klaviyo Flow

I have set up a flow in Klaviyo that is triggered anytime somebody fills out a Typeform survey.  I created this flow and tested it repeatedly over 2-3 days and always received the automated trigger message from Klaviyo. However, I have now sent the Typeform link to our customer base and have had tons of responses, but nobody has entered the flow. I know that Typeform responses sync every hour, but it has now been 3-4 hours and nothing has been sent out. This is extremely worrying as we’ve trusted Klaviyo to help us run our business, but it looks like there are significant issues with the way the platform is set up.

Same name, color and size variables, different images and products

I have an abandoned cart flow, and I’m having trouble displaying the items in a table with a dynamic row. As seen in the screenshot below, the first image and the URL that it links to is correct; it’s showing the correct item, correct item name, correct color and correct size. However, the second image is showing the correct image and attached URL, but it’s repeating the same item name, color and size.The data source row collection is set to event.extra.line_items; the row alias is item. Any insight as to what I might be doing wrong here?
