Tracking at link level on each email

I see you can turn off tracking at the campaign and message level. Are you also able to turn off tracking for each individual link in the email? Are you able to pick and choose which links in the email you want to track? Thanks so much

Same name, color and size variables, different images and products

I have an abandoned cart flow, and I’m having trouble displaying the items in a table with a dynamic row. As seen in the screenshot below, the first image and the URL that it links to is correct; it’s showing the correct item, correct item name, correct color and correct size. However, the second image is showing the correct image and attached URL, but it’s repeating the same item name, color and size.The data source row collection is set to event.extra.line_items; the row alias is item. Any insight as to what I might be doing wrong here? Custom background colors in table cells

When using the default “table” block in the drag-and-drop editor, I see options to apply background colors to entire tables, or to entire sections in the new editor, but I can’t see any way to change the background color in a single cell to something different than the rest. I’m only seeing alignment, border and padding options on the individual cell styles. Is there something I’m missing, or is this not an option?

Migrating from MailChimp to Klaviyo - help!

Hello all, I’m very new to Klaviyo, migrating from MailChimp has proven too much for me, ha ha! I wonder if you can help? Here’s what I’ve done: Integrated Klaviyo integration with Shopify Integrated MailChimp integration with Klaviyo Deleted MailChimp integration from Shopify Created a welcome flow for my ‘newsletter’ list on KlaviyoAnd here’s what’s happened:All my customers on my customer lists on Shopify are now showing as ‘unsubscribed’ from marketing. How can I revert this?  My ‘newsletter’ sign up forms (I use the ones on my Shopify theme) aren’t linking to my Klaviyo newsletter list. Any ideas as to how I can link my pop-up and newsletter segments on to Klaviyo? I use the Symmetry theme.  I have two lists on Klavio - one which looks to be a list integrated from MailChimp and a new ‘newsletter’ list. Am I able to combine these lists? Any help would be appreciated, thank you so much : ) Alice

How can you segment all emails that subscribed/enter your list over all time? Whether they are still subscribed or unsub already

I would love to know how I can put all the emails that have subscribed and unsubscribed in a store. This means all emails that has ever been connected in a store from the very beginning up until present...all of them. What should be the definition when you're segmenting them? Thanks so much

Definitions of the "Dimensions" in the Trigger Split drop down menu

Hello, I have an abandoned cart flow. I want to create a trigger split so that if a customer comes back and purchases (from the flow or some other way) they exit  the flow. I see I can set the criteria for when the user exits by setting a dimension, condition and dimension value. The issue is that I do not know the definition of each of the dimensions in the Dimension drop down. Are the definition of each item in the drop documented anywhere. I could not find it in the flow or conditional split docs online. The drop down has these choices. I’d like to know how each is defined. Abandon Cart flows - Image representation

Magento 2: Error 504 Gateway time-out

Hi,I am unable to resynch magento 2 integration for some reason.  I clicked magento 2 on the integration page but instead of taking me to the page to resync with my magento 2 website it ended up timing out and showing the time out error page: I can confirm that all of the other integrations worked, it was just magento 2 that seem to have issues loading so I can resync.

Why is my Newsletter List not syncing with people that filled out my Signup Form?

Newsletter list not syncing with people that sign up using my Signup Form Popup. I'll see em in profiles but they won't get added to my newsletter list. This is quite frustrating, because those sign ups should trigger my Welcome Series sequence. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance!

Question about Plans

Hi, I have a question about the free planI have this months:341/250 profiles58/250 emails send0/150 sms credits I thinked when I passed 250 active profiles the free plan will end, but Im still on 0$/month, maybe bc I haven't send 250 emails this month?Can anyone explain it to me? I don't want klaviyo to stop sending emails.I just use it when ppl subscribe to my newsletter that they get a 10% code. Would be not good if they subscribe and klaviyo stops sending emails. Would be awesome to get help here. Thanks a lot guys.

Trigger a Post-Purchase Signup Form?

I’m trying to trigger a pop-up signup form (a short customer survey) on Shopify that shows on the “Thank You” page immediately after a customer places an order.I currently have “Display by URL” activated, with “Only show on certain URL’s” selected, containing the string “/thank_you” (this is the page string that Shopify creates automatically), but upon purchase completion, the form is still not showing.Is there some sort of rule against this because it’s part of the checkout flow? Or am I approaching this the wrong way?

Klaviyo breaking URL with multiple parameters

Hi there, I'm building a custom URL within an email template to be sent through Klaviyo, that takes a customer directly to a pre-filled checkout. The URL contains multiple parameters and here's an example of what it looks like: https://gustavo-fine-guitars.myshopify.com/discount/GR13JsCWCTgQrOgiuV-TRXB_/?redirect=/cart/add?items%5B%5D%5Bid%5D=39879309459534%26items%5B%5D%5Bquantity%5D=1%26items%5B%5D%5Bselling_plan%5D=574554190%26return_to=/checkout In case you want to test it, my storefront password is 'abc123'. While this URL works fine when you try to load it directly in the browser, if it's sent as a link through an email, Klaviyo breaks it. I did some research and found this topic that suggests disabling the Email-to-website Tracking setting. That works, however, that may be a feature that is actually used by the merchant, so disabling it wouldn't be a possibility. Is there a way to prevent Klaviyo from breaking the URL, while keeping Email-to-website Tracking enabled?

Suspension with no reason

It was rather surprising, no prior notices requests and even email that says that your account is suspended (checked the spam folder as well).  We’ve had our account managed by professional email marketing team with more than 20 clients. No issues with emails, no high spam rate or something like that and the main thing - no warnings. Just a ban on our account as well as our email management team’s. That’s as customer unfriendly as it can possibly get.  Klavyio customer support has been contacted.  No idea what action to take now as there is no reply from their CS yet.

Weekly date property flow - how to trigger this?

I need to send a weekly email to remind subscribers to select their ‘menu’ choices for the next delivery date. I’ve used date property but the option to repeat is only monthly? how can I trigger this flow to run weekly?Is this possible? the delivery date property changes weekly in the profileany help greatly appreciated!

How do I display full catalog in the product feed to insert into emails?

We create emails that include content related to products in our catalog. Sometimes these products do not appear as choices when selecting products from the feed to insert into the template. My assumption is that for some reason, our product feed filters only for products that people have viewed recently. Since our catalog doesn’t get a lot of traffic, we often have many products missing.So, how can I configure the product feed to include every single active product in our WooCommerce store, regardless of whether people have viewed those products?

Want to add multiple custom fonts, where am going wrong?

Horizontal rules in mobile

I’m having a strange issue with horizontal rules in email designs. We have a horizontal rule that shows up correctly in desktop, but doesn’t in mobile view. Here is the horizontal rule (dark orange/bronze color) working perfectly in desktop view.These are the specs of the horizontal rule in desktop.So I duplicate this horizontal rule exactly as it is but set it to show on Mobile instead...and this is what happens.It has the exact same specs as its desktop counterpart, but for some reason it stretches across the entire area and nothing changes when I try to tweak the padding. Is anyone else having the same issue? How do you fix it?

Trigger Post-Purchase Email when an Order is tagged in Shopify

Hi, I make my own products and takes up to 10 working days to produce. And when I finished working on an order, I will tag its Shopify order page as “production done”. When this happened, I like to communicate to my customers that their order is done and just waiting shipment. And on my end, Is it possible for Klaviyo to send an email to the customer when their order is tagged “production done”?  Thank you

Confused on what type of emails violate CAN-SPAM Act...

I want to make sure my emails are not violating the spam laws in the US.I get that someone who has opted out of receiving emails (therefore suppressed) cannot receive any marketing emails.What if someone purchases a product, has never subscribed to a list, and has never opted out of emails.Can I send them a an email flow 180 days after their initial purchase and try to get them to buy again without violating spam laws?This segment is setup by default in Klaviyo and is called “Win-back Opportunities”. It won’t send to suppressed profiles but it is not exclusive to subscribers.

Abandoned Cart dynamic syntax

I’m trying to setup a flow for my first abandoned cart but I’m a newbie at this. What I’m trying to do here is greet the client, and introduce myself by stating my name. Next, the item left in the cart should be displayed and a hyperlink going to the order page. And display the purchase button.  At this moment the product_name doesn’t appear in the subject header nore in the body. Exclude Products in Draft from Shopify Feed

We experience some issues with our Shopify product feed.Products in draft are being included in the product feed, and displayed in our product blocks. How are they excluded? Same issue with our inventory status. Products being out of stock, are likewise getting displayed in our product blocks, even though these products are not available, and can’t get purchased when out of stock. Finally we also struggle with the price format, which is including ",00" decimals in product prices, even though prices on our Shopify shop, appear without any decimalsI sincerely appreciate your help.

Why is my exit intent popup not displaying properly?

I created an exit intent pop up but when the pop up occurs you can’t see any of my website in the background. Instead the pop up shows a color overlay only with the exit intent pop up. How do I get the current webpage being reviewed to remain in the background with the popup?
