Metrics do not appear in list of segments?

I just opened a new store with woocommerce. I have now linked Klaviyo to my webshop, but I don't see some metrics listed yet.Metrics like:- Order value Do some metrics only appear when people have purchased something for the first time in your we shop?

I have a question. Can someone help me!When your klaviyo connects to shopify I can set up a segment with the data shown below. What someone has done (or not done) > Revenue > is greater than > 100 > over all timeBut how can I set this up the same way when klaviyo is set up with woocommerce??

Auto Delete Profiles

Hello Klaviyo Community,I’ve got a problem I need some help with. In short, we’ve integrated our Shipstation account with Klaviyo to send shipped email notifications. With this integration, every email from shipstation gets imported into Klaviyo. Our Shipstation is also integrated with Amazon. The problem is that the emails from Amazon incoming to Shipstation are auto-generated and are not tied to any real person. They all end with “@marketplace.amazon.com”. What I would like to do is have these profiles be automatically deleted. I’ve already created a segment isolating all of these profiles. I know you can use the segment to suppress profiles, but this is a chore to do manually. I’ve followed the directions outlined in this article and am getting a 404 error when I do my test. The private API I created has full access so I’m not entirely sure what the cause is. Can one profile be in multiple flows?

Hello! I have two different lead magnets for which I would like to have two workflows. I know this is definitely possible, the problem is that Lead Magnet A subscriber (so the person who already subscribed to one of my LM) can subscribe to Lead Magnet B, but the person won’t go through the Lead Magnet B workflow, because one person/profile can only be in one list in our account. Is there any type of workaround for this? I would like to have two separate and personalized workflows for these Lead Magnets, because the topics are different. Thanks for your help!

Need Help With A/B Testing And Best Way To Deal With A Mistake

Hello Everyone,I often create campaigns by cloning a previous one and then modifying the content for the new campaign. That is what I did today, and then when I got to the screen to do the Subject Line, etc, I decided to choose A/B Testing based on Personalization in the Subject Line.I then edited the content of the campaign and sent it. But it turns out that not only was A/B testing done on personalization in the subject line, but half of the subscribers (the ones who’s subject line were not personalized, received the content of the previous campaign while the ones whos email was personalized in the Subject line, received the new campaign contents.How did this occur when I only wanted A/B testing on personalization in the Subject Line?And how best to deal with this as half the subscribers received an email with old content and incorrect special offers that no longer exist?EDIT/ADDITION: I now see what happened. Products in my Catalog are not showing up as available options to select for my flow

I am setting up a post-purchase flow for specific items. I have trigger split based on a Fulfilled Order metric. In the Trigger Split I am using ITEMS - CONTAINS and then selecting my relevant product from the drop-down menu, however some of my products are not showing up in the list as options to select. I have re-synced my product catalog in Klayvio and everything looks correct there, but a number of those products aren’t showing up as choices in my flow. Is there a way to force that list to refresh?

Back In Stock Notification for only one Shopify Location

We have back in stock notifications set up with our Shopify store but we have multiple store locations where inventory is tracked. We have an Online store (where online orders are fulfilled) and a retail store where inventory is separated for retail. I noticed that when we marked a product in stock at our retail location (that we didn’t want to restock at our online location) a customer was alerted. (They went to the product page and it was still listed as sold out). Is there a way I can only alert people when something is restocked at our online store location. I imagine this can be a dynamic event variable on the product detail in the code. For example, similar to variant URL (below) there could be one for “Location”. Subscribe Page URL is not working

Hi everyone. I am now trying to add email address to a existing email list. I use the subscribe page URL in the sign up form. I have done no change to it. After I submit the info, nothing is added to the email list. Please please someone tell why!!!!

Sign up form segment not working

Hello.. I’ve created a sign up form for early access for BFCM. I want to create a segment for people that have signed up but for some reason it’s not working. I signed up twice today to test it.. and on the form it says that there are 2 submissions today.. but my segment isn't picking up any profiles/members.. I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong

Subscribe page not working?

Hi, hoping someone can help me.I want to set up a landing page (subscribe page) on free account which i have done - entered all the details to capture email addresses.Now how do i link this subscribe page to a segment of signups and then get them into a flow? When i click into the lists and segments - I dont have the option to click on sign up forms at the top of the page - the only items i can click on is: 5 Members ‐ Settings ‐ Edit Definition ‐ Reports I also cant find the link to share the subscribe page for people to sign up. Please help ive spent so much time going back and forth.Thanks, Andrea
