Review reward - Klaviyo Reviews
I would like to send a coupon code to purchasers that leave reviews (as prompted in another flow)...and I found the “Review reward - Klaviyo Reviews” flow but, I’m not able to use it because of an error “We have not yet received a "Submitted review" event. Make sure Klaviyo Reviews has been installed and integrated with Klaviyo.”I’ve tried searching for the function in Klaviyo, Googling it, searching for a Shopify plugin...nothing has turned up. Any pointers?
Best optin offers for giveaways (no discounting)
Hey community!I’m doing some research on different optin offers, and I’m interested to hear what your experience has been with doing giveaways. My clients mostly sell luxury products, and prefer to not give any discount offers. So the challenge becomes, how do you incentivize optins without offering a discount? I’d love to know...What was the optin reward offered? Did every new subscriber get a reward, or just one monthly/weekly winner? How did you fulfill that? Did they have to place an order with a secret discount code to “redeem” the reward?I’ve seen optin rates around 3% when everyone was offered a free sticker. Then optin rates of 9-11% when we offer a downloadable asset like a pet safety checklist, or packing list. I’d love to see some new ideas though… ~ Gabrielle
Learning about conditional splits
I would love someone to look over my setting and let me know if I achieved my goal.It’s an abandoned cart email flow.I would like to add a discount code in the email that goes to people who have never placed an order before and have not signed up to my email newsletter (and have therefore not ever received a discount code.)Those who HAVE signed up already (and have therefore already received a discount code in a separate email) should receive an email that does not include any discount codes.I used klaviyos template and added a conditional split under the trigger. That conditional split has the following settings:Has placed order 0 times over all times AND is not in newsletter list.“Yes” leads to the email that includes the code. “No” leads to the email that does not include a code.Did I set this up correctly?Please have a look at the screenshot below.If anyone has any suggestions on how to improve this, please do. not hesitate to share with me.(also: does “No” under a conditional spli
Exiting a flow when they have responded to a review
I want to create a flow for asking for product reviews with 4 emails, but what do if someone responds to the email. I don’t want them to keep getting the remaining emails in the flow. I would like it to end. Do i set a trigger or something? I am brand new and I see the prebuilt ones, but it only has 1 request.
Fallback fonts not changing
Hi There! Im having trouble setting up my fallback fonts, originally I set them to be Century Gothic, but after seeing this font doesn’t render in Gmail Mobile, I changed them to Helvetica and Arial Black as you can see in the images below.However, the first fallback font I set up (Century Gothic) is the one I keep getting in Gmail desktop, and in Gmail mobile I’m getting a completely random one (see images below). Image hide/show logic with OR statement

Hi thereI have a problem with link to product from a e-mail in a Abandoned Cart flow. In the e-mail there is a correct working link fra picture to the product in my webshop, but the link does not work, if I click on the product name (item.ProductName) Can anyone see why this does not work? Looking for a way to make a segment that finds people who are signed up on the email list with multiple emails. I see you can do properties about subscribers but can’t figure out how to make them work together.I do discount code on signup & also have contests, people sign up multiple times.. TIA
Why my abandoned cart flow isn't working
Hi everyone, i just started a new store and i did a test for the abandoned cart flow of klaviyo. I just noticed that it sent the abandoned cart from shopify, so i deactivated that; but the message is arrived, in the spam section, is any way to ensure that doesn’t arrive in the spam section?

Hi everyone, I’m setting up newsletters for the upcoming holidays. How do you add a coupon name with a percentage off, free shipping for orders with a minimum purchase, a discounted amount for a minimum purchase, and a freebie for a minimum purchase? All discount types in one coupon name. Thank you
Mail tester reporting you're not fully authenticated
Hello Klaviyo Fam,I tried to use a mail-tester to rate our deliverability. And the result is 4.3/10, it says were not fully authenticated. How to fix this? Contact Card in Campaigns
Hello! Are we unable to include a contact card in a campaign message? When migrating over from another platform, in our new number welcome we would like to be able to send the contact card so people who subscribed to our old phone number are prompted to save the new updated information. Any ideas on how to do this? I saw a response about creating a keyword triggered flow but that seems like a big work around
I don't get the login verification code
Hello community.I'm migrating my website from Shopify to Wordpress, I changed practically everything manually, but it turns out that now when I enter my Klaviyo account, I never get the verification code to my institutional email. Could it be that I have changed the DNS so that they now point to my Wordpress? or other problem.Will there be another solution to access my Klaviyo account?I left 5 tickets to Klaviyo support, but none of them have been answered, that's why I'm here in the forum with my secondary account.Regards

How to change URL previews, to Tool Tips on-hover
We use lots of images through our templates, and link these off to our website. However the URL previews, with tracking look terrible in some mail clients, blocking all the content as they are so large eg: I have seen some Klaviy clients achieve an onhover tool tip approach, which is much better.They still maintain the tracking links behind this and the on-hover does not hide all the actual content eg: How are they doing this as I want to achieve the same thing?Thanks :)
Migrating from Sendgrid to Klaviyo - bringing unsubscribes over
Hello!We’re a service based business that connects drivers with riders and we’re trying to improve our community engagement through Klaviyo. Right now we’re trying to migrate from our previous service provider, Sendgrid, to Klaviyo so all unsubscribes carry over. Can’t seem to figure this one out.
Can you batch send flow emails?
I have a client that wants to import a list of 7500 emails into Klaviyo that he has collected over the years. He thinks that by now some of the leads could be stale.He wanted me to build him a welcome flow repurposing all the blog articles on his website and import the list of contacts to put them through the flow. Hoping that they will contact him for his service.He has not sent emails at this scale from the domain and has never sent an email from Klaviyo. What are my best steps to stop all of these emails going to spam? Is a flow even the right option here?
Variable field for ProductID
Hey all, We have some dynamic blocks of text we’re trying to show / hide, depending on whether a product was purchased or not.We bring in orders from Shopify and they display a ProductID. Shopfiy showing abandoned cart emails as "not sent"
Abandoned cart emails ARE being sent by Klaviyo, but showing as “NOT SENT” in Shopify. Is this the behavior I should expect? I was hoping by integrating Klaviyo into my Shopify store, the two systems would be able to better communicate with one another.
Feature Request: Form submissions as a metric
I’d love it if form submissions (using built-in Klaviyo forms) were tracked just like every other metric in Klaviyo.For example, for businesses with a number of different lead magnets, as far as I can see, there’s no easy way to report/segment on who has opted in to each form (or multiple forms).This kind of information can tell a business who is really engaged with their gated content.
Are these conditional splits configured correctly in my Flow?
Hi folks,I’m trying to make sure I have my conditional splits set up properly. Although this flow isn’t getting a lot of volume I thought it would be an interesting test to try and move profiles along to encourage repeat purchases, especially from P1 to P2. For context: P0 = Zero previous purchases, P1 = 1 previous purchase and so on. Since we don’t have many customers who are P3, I don’t want these splits to go on forever, but I’m not sure if I’m choosing the right conditions to “filter” the results through.Split 1 - Placed order = 0 Split 2 - Placed order = 1 Split 3 - Placed order is at most 2 < This is where I’m confused. Will the previous splits also filter results so this split will only receive people from the previous splits who have only ordered more than once? If so, I can then use the Yes branch for P2 profiles, and the no branch for everyone P2+ Maybe I’m overthinking this but I wanted to be sure… Thanks!
