Changing the display of a web feed
- Feed format - I only seem able to display recipe images with the title to the right of the image (see image attached). I'm wanting to try an option where we display 2 images across (desktop) / 1 image (mobile) with titles underneath the images (see mindful chef example attached)
Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my English. Im so confused with the Klaviyo metrics, because if i add (+) all the “placed orders revenue” of this month emails, it results to be an amount of money ($458.997), but if i go to the campaing analytics and i select “this month” i have other number of placed orders revenue that its totally different ($1.28M). How i see the real revenue of the campaings or klaviyo in general? Im so confused. Thank you.
Consolidating Customer Events in Flow
Hey All 👋First post so sorry if i’ve missed this in the forum...Wondering if anyone has tried to consolidate events for a customer into single email?We have multiple event type (“view_products” and “Add_to_cart” for example) which are independent events, what I would like to do is consolidate these events into a single email (effectively looping through the customer events).I could probably write a script on my server side to do this, or do this via segment but figured I would save the MTU’s if there was an easier solution. im also not against firing one event and then performing a lookup to the customer to see the events within a set period of time. preferably not trail-blaze this one… 😂
Double opt-in email appearing as event
I recently enabled double opt-in for my master list. Should the confirmation email show as an event on a subscribers profiles or should I trust that Klaviyo is sending it out? I guess would like some transparency as to whether new subscribers are confirming their subscription.

How to set up a flow to send scheduled emails to main email list?
So we are wanting to launch a new product and as part of the launch, we would like to slowly unveil our new selection with a flow that would send out an email every other day that would slowly reveal more features and photos of the new product. When trying to create a flow for this, I am unsure as to what trigger setup to use for what we are trying to achieve as we do not want to create a sign up form for this flow, we would just like have this flow and its content, sent out to everyone in our email list. If anyone can, please let me know if this is possible or if there are any work arounds for what we are trying to achieve. Thanks!
Subscribe for coupon, just says [insert code]. How do I get it to create a unique code for each customer?
I’ve created my first sign up form. The customer enters their email and receives a unique code. But the unique code is not working. It just says [insert code]. What am I missing?Thank you in advance for any advice.
Abandoned Cart E-Mails get sent despite purchase (double profiles)
Hey Klaviyo Community, after a few attempts with the Klaviyo Support, I try to find a solution to my problem. Maybe some of you encountered the same issue: Our cart abandonments get sent out to people despite them placing the order because of two separate profiles engaging. Say a lead receives a campaign, clicks and lands on the website. They proceed, add something to their cart and then proceed to checkout. This all happens and get’s linked to, say “Profile A”. It’s the e-mail they received a mail from and are active on site. Then, they proceed filling out the checkout form, but insert a different e-mail then they are currently active with inside the checkout. Say Profile B. So Profile A started the Checkout, but Profile B - which are both the same customer - places the order. So the abandoned cart gets sent to Profile A, while Profile B gets the order confirmation. Hi all!I would like to start a sign up form that is specifically for our upcoming Birthday discount.I created the signup form for all subscribers to go to our newsletter list. However, how to I create a welcome flow for only these subscribers from here and not to all of the ones that are subscribing to newsletter through other means? Many Thanks,Linds
Welcome Series triggering when order status updates to "Order Fulfilled"
My new sign up forms were made live on our website this morning as part of our Klaviyo implementation (yay!) but the Welcome Series keeps triggering to people when their order status is changed to “Order Fulfilled” even though they subscribed to the newsletter list days ago. How do I stop this from happening? I don’t want to exclude people who sign up via the checkout / account registration areas but I can’t keep having these emails send to the wrong customers that have already received the welcome series through our previous EPS.
Verifying Items in an Abandoned Cart
I have set my abandoned cart, and browse abandonment flow live. However, when a customer replies to the designated email account, the person handling our account doesnot have any clue as to what items are placed in the cart. Is there any work around this, so that once a customer replies to my email, I can see the items in their cart.Thanks in advance.
Users email with typo in bounce list
Hi! Trying to clean up my suppressed email list - I see there are users invalid emails with typo, some who entered it while at checkout and proceeded to complete a purchase.Under suppression list, these users appear either under ‘bounced’ or under ‘invalid email’.I wanted to create a segment to gather them all so I can fix the typo in their email addresses, but I see no option to do so. Form+List: Send form content to list contact on submission
I have a Contact form that is connected to a list. I’ve indicated in the list setup the Contact Email address for the person that manages submissions to this list to reply. Is there a way to set up a flow for when someone submits their info, to send the form data to the Contact Email address assigned to the list? I’m sure I’m missing something relatively simple, but I’m not seeing the solution in the flow options. TIA. Does it need to be a flow or is there a setting somewhere that should automatically forward to the indicated list Contact Email?
Viewed Product Tracking Not Working Shopify Atlantic Theme
Hey there, I have tried using the set up wizard to set up my viewed product tracking which I get the green text saying that it is enabled on my shopify store. However, when I check the viewed products analytics it is still flat lined even though there are definitely people on my website and buying products. I have tried redoing this but to no avail. Can anyone kindly assist? Thanks
Can you create a segment in 1 account based on another account?
We have 2 accounts in klaviyo (both accessible from the same user accounts).We’d like to be able to email everyone in “Account A” but not if they are also in “Account B”.Is there a way to do this?We’ve tried:When we try to create segments in “Account A” it of course is not aware of any profiles in “Account B”. The two accounts seem unaware of each other. We’re trying to avoid having to manually export all email addresses from “Account B” and importing into “Account A” every time we send a campaign emailAny suggestions please?
