Is there any way to send klaviyo emails through another service?
I noticed Klaviyo doesn’t support google annotation so I am looking for a way to get around this. I can think of using Klaviyo webhook and listen to the webhook from aws and send aws simple email service to send custom email with google annotation code. Do you happen to know another approach please share with me.
Unable to update all action statuses
I started to have this error message while edditing an email sequance in which i was putting images on them. And so far i cant use the app for anything since this error unables any saves or updates on any features this app provides…It gives this error “Unable to update all action statuses”And the reason im opening a topic here is because the app doesnt allow me to send any emails since it cant update anything
Klaviyo + Elementor Form Integration (No Plugin Needed)
Hi, i was following a thread regarding this integration however I didnt end up finding the solution without having to install any plugin.Id like to put in andigarcia.com elementor form footer a klavito connection into a flow (newsletter).Can someone confirm if this can be done without installing any plugin? I rather save emails in some database in wp and after import it into klaviyo than installing a plugin that will slow down my wp.Thank you!!
How can I collect state/region information using the dropdown block?
What is the best way to setup the “State/Region” dropdown?I’m collecting addresses using the input text boxes and dropdowns. Do I need to manually create the “State” dropdown by entering all 50 states? Is there a tutorial on this? There isn’t the “State” option as an input field.
Adding Conditional Logic in Flow
Hi Klaviyo Community!In my Welcome Series flow, I offer a first-time customer discount. I show the discount in email #1 and then I have a conditional split prior to email 3. The conditional split for email 3 is based on whether the customer has bought or not; if not, the customer will receive a “final day to use your coupon” email. If they’ve bought already, they’ll receive another email about our brand.Rather than creating another conditional split, I’d like to dynamically show the coupon in email #2 if the customer has not bought yet (and if they have bought, hide the banner). I created a new boolean property called “Buyer” (choice is either True or False) that is set when a customer makes their first purchase with us.I’ve read through the community messages and Klaviyo documentation but cannot seem to get the coupon banner to display for qualifying profiles. SMS "No Phone Number" Post Sign Up Form
I have a phone number and consent block on my sign up form, but when I get the numbers it says “No Phone Number” as the reason for a skip. But then when you look at every phone number profile, it has the number attached and consented on their profile. I’m not sure why it’s skipping and thinking it’s not a real number? Any ideas on why this is happening? It’s happening to every number I get through my sign-up pop up.
Sign form doesn't adding to a list
Hello dear Klaviyo community!My sign up form doesn't add people to a List. Double-opt in is disabled. It feels like the button just doesn't work, even though I can see the form fill tracker and it changes. However, the contact is not added to the List, so the automation does not start.I would be grateful for any tips
Order confirmation email - Dynamic table is showing wrong total for line items with quantity more than 1
Hello! I am having an issue with my Order Confirmation email: line item totals displaying properly when the quantity is more than 1. I am editing a Klaviyo template for Shopify export. The correct Subtotal is displaying in the static row below, accounting for the quantities. The issue is only with the line item total in the table. The line items are currently set up like this: This is how the emails are displaying to customers: The price of the chair is $2,750.00 each, so the total for that line item with quantity of 2 should be $5,500.00Further, I would like the total per line item to display the discounted total (for items with applied discounts only) next to the correct total, like this: Total: $5,500 $0.00 (the total is showing $0.00 because I applied a 100% coupon as a test, but in the event of a 10% off coupon, it should read: $5,500 $4,950.00I would appreciate help with this. Invite 5 Friends and 5% off - How might we do this?
Hi, We’re trying to encourage rapid newsletter growth and would like to do something similar to the above. So users give us 5 email addresses of friends to invite to the newsletter and in exchange we give them a newsletter. Any idea how this could be done? Not just technically, but I guess practically are there implications e.g. GDPR, can we even send these emails as we don’t have direct permission from the email owner themselves? Is there a way in which the emails can be sent from the users own email i.e. they CC us into an email with the 5 invites? Any ideas much appreciated. We have heard of a similar campaign working very well for a company in the past but do not know the details of how they achieved it.
Having trouble with Add To Cart Metric
I have watched multiple Youtube videos and looked at the article showing how to set up the Add To Cart metric, but it still won’t pop up in m Metrics tab. I first tried putting the snippet in my theme.liquid file because my Add To Cart button uses the ID notation, but that didn’t work. Then I saw a video where I noticed I needed to use the first snippet since my Add To Cart button doesn’t redirect. So, I followed what the video showed and I put it in a custom liquid on my default product page like the article said. The Add To Cart metric still hasn’t popped up for me to use. I don’t know what else to do. Any help is greatly appreciated. My website is EmbryOutdoors.com if that helps.
How to freeze an entire flow and resume it without having to put it in "manual" mode
Hi,I’d like to build long post-purchase automations (60 messages over 120 days) but would love to be able to pause this automation during specific times of the year when I have high campaign volumes. Is there any way to pause this entire automation and resume it few days after without having to “manually” send all the queuing messages ? Meaning, if I have 1000 people in this automation I don’t want to have to manually send all the messages that should have been sent if the automation was live. I thought of updating the status to draft > then update it to live > then backpopulate flow recipients. But since I have many coupons in those emails, I can’t backpopulate the flow when it’s live. If you have any idea about how I can solve this issue this would be of great help ! Thanks :)
Feature Request: Advanced Settings on Pre-Built Signup Forms
I would like to use the UI/UX of the Klaviyo prebuilt forms so that non-developers can easily create forms.Other popup builders either have an HTML element block, custom JS block or just an ability to add IDs to elements(ie buttons).Just adding the ability to add IDs to buttons will be a big help.-------------- Also when using multi step forms only the first submit is firing the submit event the second does not fire anything. It would be awesome if the form can fire unique custom events on every step view.Ex. get email form step > text with next button step > get phone form step > thank you stepIf there is an advanced settings on every step we can name every step and klaviyoForm can fire the event every time the user viewed the step. example: e.detail.stepView = email-form-step.

Unable to select paragraph style when using custom fonts
I have followed the guide to using a Google font, and have implemented this as a text block in an email template. However, when I do this, I am no longer able to change the paragraph formatting on any other block, so the custom font is not applied. How would I go about fixing this?

Pop Up form Displaying under the site header

Retention of Unsubscribe/Spam Complainers when I move a list off Klaviyo
I have an unproductive list of about 15k that I would like to move off Klaviyo for now. I would like to retain the unsubscribe/spam complainers so that, should I add the 15k list back in the future, I will not email these unsubscribes/spams.
How to add marketing code to sign up form
Hi there,I’m trying to create a pop-up sign up form where I’m asking for customers name, email and phone number. Straight forward enough.But I also want to record the customers marketing channel against their record if they sign up.What is the best way to do this? I tried adding some custom jquery that added it to an additional form field but the inputted value kept getting overwritten when I clicked on another field.Is there a proper way to do this with Klaviyo?My marketing channel/code will be held in local storage.Thanks!
