Review reward - Klaviyo Reviews

I would like to send a coupon code to purchasers that leave reviews (as prompted in another flow)...and I found the “Review reward - Klaviyo Reviews” flow but, I’m not able to use it because of an error “We have not yet received a "Submitted review" event. Make sure Klaviyo Reviews has been installed and integrated with Klaviyo.”I’ve tried searching for the function in Klaviyo, Googling it, searching for a Shopify plugin...nothing has turned up. Any pointers?

Email Template design - Spanning 2 rows with one image

HiI’m designing a template and I wanted to have one large profile shaped image in one column alongside 2 product images in another column. In HTML it would be a rowspan. I can’t find a way of doing this using Split, columns or tables.Is this not possible in the template builders?See an example hereThanksSean

Hello,If I update my DMARC record will I then be compliant? I have a branded from email: hello@brand.com for example so does this mean Klaviyo already has my authentication? Is there anything else I need to do? Also, for the record: I have the error: Invalid "ruf" tag: " (the brand below is replaced by the actual name) I am not sure what the ruf tag should be? v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:reports@brand.com; ruf=mailto:an-email-address

How to allow subscribers to set their email preferences from my welcome email I send them?

I have a large list of people who have opted into emails and I would like to send them an initial welcome email that will allow them to set their email preferences (how often I email them), as well as their interests. I would like for it to all exist within the welcome email itself, I don’t want to direct the recipients to an external link or anything. Is there a way I can set up a flow that has checkboxes that subscribers can check their preferences and it’ll save the info somewhere to update their profile?

Abandoned Cart Flow - Pull Product Option's Name

My store is through Big Commerce, all of our products include Variants/Options, so when utilizing the Abandoned Cart flow, it would be helpful to include the size of the product on the email.Is there a way to pull the Products Option Name to include in the title of the Product?I’m not entirely familiar with Klaviyo’s variables, so any help/insight would be appreciated.

Subscription orders being falsely attributed to marketing? How to fix?

Hi!I have a recurring monthly subscription item in my Shopify store so each month customers are billed on repeat. I’ve noticed that following a campaign, customers’ subscription orders are being attributed to the campaign’s generated revenue. I assume this is because their automated order bills after they viewed the campaign, but they were going to make the order anyway as it’s on repeat. Is there a way I can stop this showing as attributed to marketing, as it’s hugely skewing my data?Thanks!

Can I get Analytics from a Cancelled Campaign ?

I had an email campaign scheduled for April 6 at 4:08 p.m and Canceled During Send on April 6 at 4:23 p.m. During that time it went out to everyone, 99.8% delivery rate. You can technically say the campaign still went out. It doesn’t come up in my reporting though, is there a way of pulling the analytics for these types of campaigns. Also I find it strange how archived campaign show up in analytics but canceled campaigns don’t.

Boxes around tables in Outlook - Help!

Does anyone know how to remove the borders that appear around my table cells in Outlook?I’ve tried using both images and regular text links for my header to no avail.I use the drag and drop editor, so I don’t think I have access to modify any code.Thank you!

Datagrid View in AirTable to email list in Klaviyo?

Hi - I run a small distribution company. Every week, I have ~5 new products that appear in a view stored in AirTable that shows product name, release date and price. AirTable gives me the ability to send an email to a distribution list email address out at a fixed interval, like every monday at 9am, with the items listed in this grid. I’d like to be able to store and send this email to my Client List in Klaviyo but I’m not sure the integration exists? I have integrated with Zapier but all I can see is adding contacts to Klaviyo from a table in AirTable. Right now, I can’t really see who is opening the email, what they are clicking on, etc…Is there a way to email a list as in a distribution list within Klaviyo? Any other suggestions on how to automate?

Can I use duplicate coupon codes for different flows?

Hi there, I just became worried that my customers can get multiple coupon codes as I use different coupon codes in various flows. The one that is troubling me most is my abandoned cart and my added to cart flow.  My current abandoned cart has a 10% discount code (dynamic) valid for 48 hours that triggers 24 hours after someone has started checkout. Can I use the same coupon code that I use in my abandoned cart flow for my added to cart flow? I want to offer the same incentive with the same time-frame.  Will there be a problem if I use the same coupon code or should I add a flow filter or create a whole new dynamic coupon code for my added to cart flow? I want to make sure they don’t get two discount codes that they can use. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Split fulfilled-order based flow based on current order items

Hi,I want to send a purchase reminder after X days from the order fulfilled date.I’m using a flow triggered by order fulfilled event (woocommerce).If the customer purchased 1 item from category X - I want the reminder to be sent after 30 days.If the customer purchased 2 items from category X - I want the remineder to be sent after 60 days.How can I achieve that?The reminder needs to be sent after x days based on current order items (quantity + category).Thanks!

Update a user’s preference via a link - not working

Hi, I am trying to use the following variable via a button in an email:{% preference_link 'customer_type' 'gen_cust' %}As described here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408802648731-Guide-to-Template-Tags-and-Variable-Syntax-new-editor-#manage-preferences8When I send a test email and click the button, I am directed to my “update preferences” page, however, the custom property specified is not updated with the specified value Both ‘customer_type’ and ‘gen_cust’ are both properties that exist on my manage preference page. What am I doing wrong? If i use the variable {% update_property_link 'customer_type' 'gen_cust' 'www.hsconline.co.uk' %} in the button URL instead, then the property value on the profile is updated, however, I need the customer to end up on their update preferences page rather than my home page.What am I doing wrong with the {% preference_link 'customer_type' 'gen_cust' %} variable?Is there a way to use the {% update_property_link 'customer_type' 'gen_cust'

Integration Error

I saw a post on here a year ago, but did not see a resolution so here it goes again.I am trying to integrate Klaviyo with Siteground and keep getting this error message:Update error: We are unable to update your integration settings at this time. Please refresh or try again later. When I tried to contact support via email, it says that the request cannot be completed at this time, so that’s cool. Hoping someone can help because I am so frustrated.

Winback flow ideas

Hi everyone, We're slowly migrating our brands to Klaviyo and would love to hear some of your ideas and implementation of Winback or Re-engagement flows, specifically on how you trigger them if it's based on segments or something else, if there're any additional filters that are set in between the emails, and deliverability practices.  Any additional comments or ideas on these types of flows would be much appreicated!

Hello community, I’m collecting unsubscribe reasons and storing them as custom properties in Klaviyo profiles.How do I create a Klaviyo dashboard report or export a tabled report for further analysis? A bit more context:When someone unsubscribed, they can choose from 5 multiple choice reasons.The custom klaviyo property name = Email Unsubscribe ReasonThe “Email Unsubscribe Reason” property value = their choice.

Troubleshooting with sending and dedicated domain

Hi, we are facing some problems: we have created a campaign with a template and sent it but, some email recipients didn’t receive it.The email address is our business email that is similar to the email address used as the sender's email. We have also configured a dedicated sending domain but it seems not working.We have contacted our server company and they have told us that they need the Klaviyo IP address to fix that but this is not possible.We have this problem, especially with one template.Anyone can help us?Thank you!

Syncing Subscribers to a Klaviyo Newsletter via Shopify Account Registration Page

HI all,I have just realized that when ever users create a new account, their account are added to email subscribers in shopify automatically and klaviyo are not syncing those list at all?my pop up and newsletter feature both works with no problems.I tried syncing, but my email subscribers just get stuck there.Any idea>?

Hola, Es la primera vez que uso Klaviyo y me deshabitaron la cuenta al intentar enviar mi primer correo masivo.  Creo que tengo dos problemas:Tengo que hacer algo que llaman verificación manual y ya respondí todas las preguntas que enviaron a mi correo, pero no sé si es lo único que se debe hacer Cuando iba a enviar el correo, kLAVIYO me decía que faltaba una casilla para “Cancelar suscripción” que no logré encontrar en los bloques que se insertan en las plantillas

Flow Question And How Shopify Collection Name Changes Effect Flows (If at all)

Newbie here (wave) just joined the beginning of May.Does changing a title of a Shopify collection effect Klaviyo flows associated with the name changed collection? I had a flow that seemed to be working and now its not and that is all I can think that might be the cause.  Also, how long does it take for a profile to populate into a flow? I have one I’ve been watching from 17 hours ago. However, another profile was added to a different flow and they just ordered….so? I think my flow is messed up but I’m not sure where. This is how Its set up... TRIGGERPeople will enter this flow when they Placed Order.TRIGGER FILTERS (1)Collections contains (Brand)FLOW FILTERS (1)Has not been in flow in the last 90 daysThis is a brand new customer...they ordered from that brand but they are not in the flow...I also checked if they accept marketing and they do. I’m lost.

How can I calculate the Historic CLV and Total CLV in the CLV Calculation Template from the Predictive Analytics Course?

I am currently taking this course - Using Customer Lifetime Value Data in Klaviyo  I am having trouble with filling out the CLV Calculations Template. In the video in the course I understand how to reference Predicted CLV, however for the other two (Historic CLV and Total CLV) the video completely skips how to identify the thresholds. Attached is a screenshot of my calculations tab. I am trying to understand how to use the table on the left with my threshold groups.  Would anyone be opposed to explaining this to me as it was not clear in the video or the course contents.

Updating CNAME records in Shopify

I followed the steps to update the CNAME records in Shopify as per from I want Coffee - however the CNAME records are not verified. Only the TXT record comes back as verified.
