Engagement and Open Rate Errors

If open rates can no longer be relied upon due to iOs privacy etc should we use OR to decide which profile should remain in our active list. Also how much emphasis is Klaviyos engagement calulation placing upon the OR. Thanks and Merry Xmas Sean

Delete Old Products in Klaviyo

We have lots of old products from last year pulled into Klaviyo from our Shopify store from last year and very early this year that are no longer needed (from our Shopify Store) and I'd like to delete them. I constantly have to work around them since they show up when adding products to an email campaign. I have searched through the products under the content section on the product pages within Klaviyo, and I have found no way to delete them. We don't care about their history. We just want them gone. I'd appreciate anyone’s help to know how I can delete them. Thanks in advance.

Viewed product not working with magento 2

i’m working on a magento 2 site, that is migrated from magento 1, after the migration klaviyo plugin was installed but it never reported viewed products tracking only active on site and placed order tracking, started checkout was triggered only once a week ago, i’m sure the integration is done right also the sync, what should be my next move?

Can we sync one Shopify store with two Klaviyo?

Hi there! Unusual question, we have 1 store and we want a second Klaviyo account to send b2b and partners e-mails. Can we connect 2 Klaviyo account with the same Shopify account ? The goal is to be able to use products in our e-mails. Maybe it could be better to only sync the catalog ? Thanks

Audience Breakdown functionality

Hi Community,I have a question regarding functionality of audience breakdown for campaigns. If I add segments based on customer engagement to check which segment perform the best in regards of CTR for example, the difference of clicks is very small.That makes me wonder if someone is in 180 days engaged segment and click on email afterwards this profile will be shown here under all 5 segments as it part of each of them. So if 30 days engaged has lower count of clicks that means this breakdown show profile based on their snapshot on the send out time right? Because if there were differently each click should be counted for the strictest segment so 30 days engaged.

Added to Cart Flow: E-Mail does not show the price

Hi,I created 2 flows:Cart Abandoned and Added to cartIn the Added to cart flow emails, the products are correctly displayed with prices.However, in the emails for Added to cart, the price is not shown. The field remains empty.I use the price snippet recommended in the Klaviyo-template for Added to cart:{% currency_format event.Price|float format:2 %}What could be the reason for the price not being displayed in the emails?Many thanks for your help!

Two Triggers for One Flow?

I’ve got a situation where I had two separate events (signing up for a download link and filling out a pop up form) that I want to feed into a single flow. I’m not seeing any options to add a second trigger at the top of the flow - is this possible? Or do I have to clone my flow and just have two identical flows with separate triggers?

How do I change the opacity on a block background color in email?

For example, I am using #5168C0 for my button color in my email, and I’d like to have the block background color be 20% opacity of that hex color. Is it possible to set that? Right now I am choosing a second hex color, but I will have to pass this template on to another team member and for simplicity sake, I don’t want them having to choose two colors.

How Gmail tracks unsubscribes

Does anyone have info on how Gmail or other inbox providers track unsubscribes?More particularly my questions are:Does Gmail track unsubscribes on Klaviyo emails at all? (clicks {% unsubscribe %} inside the email) At what point does it record them as unsubscribes? (I noticed that Klaviyo doesn’t record it until the unsubscribe is confirmed on the unsubscribe page.) Does Gmail record it when someone ticks the unsubscribe option on the Manage Preferences page and unsubscribes that way?

Meta Lead Generation - adding email addresses to Newsletter

Hi Klaviyo community,We are running Lead Generation campaigns across our paid advertising on Meta to collect email signatures for our newsletter.How it works at the moment, is our agency will send us CSV files with the data/leads collected & I am manually adding these to our Newsletter list.I would like to know if there is a method of “tagging” these people - so in the future I can quickly & easily:identify if they have gone on to purchase which lead generation campaign they came from (as we will be running different campaigns)Would love to hear if anyone has a streamlined method for this - or if you know of a better system Thanks,Ellen

Error in welcome flow analytics

Hey,We have been some errors in the analytics of our emails. The metrics are different when we are in the flow builder section vs when we go inside the analytics of that particular email.This is making it difficult for us to exactly understand what is the exact open rates for our emails. Our Klaviyo account is integrated with the Shopify store. Also there’s a huge gap in our place order revenue vs our order fulfillment revenue. We are facing these issues from October 2021.

Exiting a flow when they have responded to a review

I want to create a flow for asking for product reviews with 4 emails, but what do if someone responds to the email. I don’t want them to keep getting the remaining emails in the flow. I would like it to end. Do i set a trigger or something? I am brand new and I see the prebuilt ones, but it only has 1 request.

How do I remove duplicate products in review request email?

Hello,I am setting up my review request email flow in Klaviyo and have noticed that when someone orders two different sizes of the same product, it shows up twice. Is there a way to stop this from happening?I am just using the default Klaviyo product review request flow, triggered when someone fulfills an order. Using a form to collect emails at a live event - Reset the form after submit?

We’ve got a full page signup form which we want to display on an iPad for in-person events. After someone submits, we need the form to reset so that’s it’s ready for another person so use it. I haven’t been able to find a way to achieve this in the form settings. Anyone have a solution for this?

Sending campaign to those that did not confirm subscription

Hi all,I cannot seem to find a solid answer, both here in the forums or elsewhere. What is the legality regarding sending a follow-up message to those that did not complete the double opt-in? We have a very large segment of folks that did not complete their double opt-in, for whatever reason, and we would hate to miss out on that potential revenue. We currently have a sign-up form set up to encourage subscribing again to those that did not complete the double opt-in, but we’d like something that captures more people if possible. Could we send them a one time campaign asking for them to confirm, or to resubscribe? From my understanding that would then be considered spam, right, because we’d be messaging them when they weren’t subscribed?  Thank you for any help! .

Order confirmation customization of email

 On the confirmation email how can we show the customer’s selected currency instead of the default currency which is SGD. is there a way to show what the customer paid in their selected currency.can we also remove the <br> from the product title. same as the shopify’s order notification email (from the photo encirled in red) Can we also show the variant name and sku. (from the photo boxed in violet)

How can I differentiate flow for new subscribers and old subscribers?

Hello,I’d like to know if is it possible to create a Flow Condition for “New Subscribers” on a list and “Old Subscribers” for those who are already on that list.My goal is to inform everyone (subscribed users and not) of a promotion. We are using different coupons every week. So for me, it is easier to use always the same pop-up form and the same flow.Thanks

Charge Per Email over Limit

Hi AllI am currently on 94% email usage, with 21 days left of my cycle and need to send out ALOT more emails. How much would Klayvio charge PER extra email sent over the limit of your plan? Or would you HAVE to upgrade your plan?

Klaviyo / Shopify Order Confirmation: Display Variant Image

hi, We are using the order confirmation flow. We are having issue on images upon receiving the email.when the customer buys the mini it’s showing the full size bottle instead of the mini. How can we display the correct image when the customer receives the email confirmation. I used the template and did not change anything.

How create an interest survey in Klaviyo

I want to send new subscribers an email that asks their interests, and have responses be added to customer profile. One question with 5 responses. If subscriber clicks on a response button, that attribute gets added to their profile. Can I do this within Klaviyo? Is there a tutorial?

How best to turn your customers into affiliates

We have quite a large email list approx 500k with around 100k engaged profiles. We would like to grow our affiliate referral traffic and would like to email bloggers / content creators already within our list of customers. In effort to reduce the list for manual review I have removed all gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc emails from the list. Anyone else done this or have sugggestions?
