I”m trying to set up my email campaign and am wasting a lot of time because things aren’t working. I’ve just tried to create a very basic sign up form, because the one with the discount code isn’t working, and the Create Form button doesn’t work.Support link doesn’t work.Codes don’t work. Is it me, or is it Klaviyo?
Hi thereMy company sells products ( let’s call them 1,2,3,4….20.) Each specific product has specific ingredients and topical information that I would like to share with the purchaser in my post purchase flow. If someone purchases product 6, they would merely run through the post purchase flow #6, great. But what happens if someone purchases product 6,7 and 8. Is there a way for me to send them a selection / hybrid of content from each flow? My aim is to personalise the content I send customers but ensure enrolment remains high.
Hello , We are syncing the historical data in our website.The first time when we sync the data it failed at around 99.3%. So again we have started the sync process but it has again failed at around 99.8%. Due to this, we are getting error notifications in our Klaviyo account. Please find attached screenshots for more info. Can you please check and let us know the issue?
I’m really liking the new updates to the dashboard, however if I can’t export it to send to a client, it feels kind of redundant and I have to basically rebuild the same thing in Google Data Studio. I don’t think I’m alone in saying that it would be freaking awesome if you could export either the whole dashboard or the cards straight out of Klaviyo.
Subscribe for coupon, just says [insert code]. How do I get it to create a unique code for each customer?
I’ve created my first sign up form. The customer enters their email and receives a unique code. But the unique code is not working. It just says [insert code]. What am I missing?Thank you in advance for any advice.

Next is our question:Why (considering all the data Klaviyo accesses on its WooCommerce integration) do payment methods and middle order statuses (such as “Awaiting payment” and “On hold”) are not tracked at all? I’ll explain further why the integration should take that data aswell:Transactional emails: Many payment methods do require an additional step for the client to pay. Using Klaviyo would help us knowing how to reduce client hussle, and would give us a great tool to monitor other important aspects. Campaigns: Specific campaigns for those who (for example) bought with installments We know it would be possible to track those events with API calls but we do not fully understand how. Hello,I am getting confused with the klaviyo multi account setup. We wanted to use klaviyo on our website. we have two environments development and production environment. 1. Do we need to create two accounts for the development and production environment?2. If we have two 2 store views of a site, do we need to create a separate account for them or one account will do?Can anyone please suggest me for the above questions?Thanks in advance !
I have an issue where my ‘Profiles’ list can access the discount code on my ‘Subscribe for coupon’ popup. I do not want this to happen at all, I want new subscribers to access the coupon code. Is there a way to have an error message ‘Already subscribed’ or something similar for those who are already on the ‘profiles’ list? I have attached my targeting.
I have been using the code snippet below to include recently viewed items in a campaign email. The code does work to show the product image, name and price. But it doesn’t link to the products on the website. I really need the url link to work so the email recipient can click on the product and directly to it on our website. I don’t have an event metric to use and am instead relying on the code to deliver results. Can anyone offer any suggestions for how to get the product url to link properly?thanks for your help!

If my split condition is followed by 3 email sendings, is the condition reevaluated before each send ?Other way to ask : In a flow, what happens if I enter the TRUE branch of a SPLIT condition but this condition changes in time? I’ve set up welcome and abandoned cart flows although there seems to be no placed order metric located within the analytics for the flows as well as no documented placed order conversions to be seen. Hi! I want to be able to re-create a survey in Klaviyo that we had created in Mailchimp. It was a live page and embedded in emails. Has anyone done this here or I will need to try and use a 3rd Party like Typeform or Survicate to achieve this? I contacted support 2 weeks ago via message (the chat links don’t work for me in Chrome or Safari to contact them directly), and haven’t received a response.
When viewing a series of events/transactions in a customers profile, if an order is showing as fulfilled comes after receiving a campaign email, but the order was started before the campaign email was received, Klaviyo is attributing that order amount to the campaign. Example of timeline below:Fulfilled order xxxxOil Spray 237ml for £xxxx. Tuesday 10.45Opened email ‘test campaign’. Tuesday 9.45Received email ‘test campaign’. Tuesday 9.30Ordered xxxxOil Spray 237ml for £xxxx. Monday 11.06Started checkout xxxxOil Spray 237ml for £xxxx. Monday 10.30The Oil Spray order (which was started before the ‘Test Campaign’ email was opened, but fulfilled after the ‘Test Campaign’ is being attributed as a sale that has come from the ‘Test Campaign’, but it wasn’t from this campaign. This is happening on all campaign stats.
I am new to Klaviyo and have set up a browse abandonment and cart abandonment work flows but not the welcome series as we are still preparing to migrate from another system.The problem is our browse abandonment does not send to anyone and we have 30,000 visitors per month to our site.We only have 1 product with 2 models one model for the US and the other model for Australia.The browse abandonment flow only has one email that should send after 2 hours. and the abandoned cart has 2 emails one after 4 hours and the next after 20 hoursBelow are the details. Browse Abandonment - 1 email only after 2 hours. Last 30 days statsTriggers - After someone Viewed Product. Only include someone if has Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow and has Stats - Waiting = 0 reviewed= 0 delivered = 0 Skipped= 0 Abandoned Cart - 2 emails only | email 1 after 4 hours and email 2 after 20 hours Last 30 days statsTriggers - After someone Checkout Started. Only include someone if has Placed Order
So, I think the new form teaser feature is great. I finally got use it with a client who is not a fan of popups but wanted to at least try them out, so this was a good compromise. I did some testing in incognito mode, and it seems like a few times that the popup would open on scroll, instead of a click. It’s not very consistent, and i’d say 80% of the time it works as expected. Are there any settings or issues that might be the cause or anything?Thanks!
I know that the profile data under “How They Found You” in the “Information” section is set automatically using utm parameters. Is there a way to set or update this manually either within a flow or using a bulk sheet? I can only seem to access “Initial Source” in flows and none of the other properties (Medium, Campaign, Content, Term). I can export all the properties (Initial Source, Initial Source Medium, etc etc) in a bulk export but I can’t update these fields when I re-upload a bulk sheet.
