Multiple Items in Check Out Replenishment Button

Hello, I am setting up our Post Purchase 1 x Buyers Flow which will include a 'Want to restock email'. I have tried setting up a button that will take them to the checkout with the same (multiple) products included but it's not working. This is the advice I was following but I keep receiving an error. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

How to reset metric dimensions?

I’m just getting started with Klaviyo, and as a result, I’m doing some experimenting.I created a custom event, “Registered for Contest” (I’m doing a custom integration with the new API). Since I initially created it, I’ve changed the data that’s being sent with the event.If I do something on the website to trigger the event, I can see in Profiles →  <Profile with event> → Registered for Contest → Detailsthat the correct, new information is coming through to Klaviyo and being stored. However, if I go to Flows and attempt to create a flow based on the event, then set a Trigger Filter, the “Dimensions” for the filter only list the original dimensions that I sent with my first few experiments, not the new/updated “dimensions” that I’m currently sending (and are correctly being stored).How do I get the system to “update” and recognise the new data for the event?

How to find profiles not on List or in a Segment

Hello, We are trying create a List or Segment of profiles we have that aren’t on a List or in a Segment currently and haven’t Unsubscribed so we can clean them up. We created a Segment that was: If someone is/isn’t on a list, Person,  Is Not, List AorIf someone is/isn’t on a list, Person, Is Not, List Betc.  but it’s putting profiles on this List more than once.  That’s before we mess with Unsubscribed or Suppressed profiles. What am I doing wrong?! Thanks!

Replenishment flows

Hi, I'm working with replenishment flows. After the first purchase, the flow is activated because the trigger "After someone Placed Order. Only include someone if has Placed Order zero times since starting this flow". When happens the second purchases, the user is excluded from this flow.But I want that the user begin this flows again and again, after the purchases.Is there a better logic to build this?My concern is that after the user is excluded from the flow, he will not enter in this flow again. Thanks for your help.

Why can't I re-send an opt-in message for a specific email address?

Hello - I’ve read all the documentation, added and removed the email address but I cannot seem to trigger an new opt in for email notifications for my client’s main email address - which is also the email address used for his klaviyo account. It remains greyed out and he is NOT receiving notifications.123reg are the email hostAny ideas?

I don't get the login verification code

Hello community.I'm migrating my website from Shopify to Wordpress, I changed practically everything manually, but it turns out that now when I enter my Klaviyo account, I never get the verification code to my institutional email. Could it be that I have changed the DNS so that they now point to my Wordpress? or other problem.Will there be another solution to access my Klaviyo account?I left 5 tickets to Klaviyo support, but none of them have been answered, that's why I'm here in the forum with my secondary account.Regards

Setup a 2-way sync between Shopify metafields or tags

Hello, Looking to keep all customer data in one place. Since there are so many apps that sync with Shopify, it makes sense to keep the customer data in Shopify. The idea is to use Tags or use Shopify Customer Metafields to house First-party and Zero-party data, etc… Here is where I am at in my understanding of these 2 options to keep everything synced.TAGS: Klaviyo pulls in Shopify tags, but if you are using Klaviyo forms to capture customer data, the data becomes silo’d in Klaviyo, and does not get passed back into Shopify. METAFIELDS: Do not sync out of the box in either direction.  Has anyone setup something similar and found solutions for this use case?

Have Integrated with Shopify. Do I still need to upload my subscriber list?

Hi, Total newbie here and I’m sure this question is SO basic but I’m so confused despite following the trainings!I’ve synced Shopify to Klaviyo. I have been working on getting my list correct from my previous ESP (Seguno in Shopify). I only had 200-odd actual subscribers in my list and have tagged those that never opened anything to bring it down further to about 160.In Klaviyo I’ve noticed I’ve got over 900 profiles but 0 are suppressed. If I look in the Lists that have automatically been created by Klaviyo (ie, Engaged 30 days) there’s a handful of people.Do I still need to import my list into Klaviyo? Thanks in advance,

Dynamically looking back at customer journeys

Hi All, I am looking into something for a client of ours, but can't quite figure it out myself. I know you can dynamically show products customers have bought before (titles, images, etc.). But I was wondering if you can dynamically make some sort of lookback to what a customer has done.Let’s say we want to set up an email that looks back at last year and we want to mention how many items a customer has bought or how many purchases they did.We would want to do this in the text, making it look like:“You bought [X amount] of items last year/You made [X amount] of purchases last year” The text between [ ] would then have to be dynamically change to show the correct number per customer.Is this possible?Thanks!

How do emails get captured in Added to Cart (abandonment flow)?

Hey everyone,I have been looking into adding an “Added to Cart” custom Shopify event for a new Klaviyo flow.We currently have the standard “Started Checkout” abandoned cart flow working but I want to try and capture more casual browsersI want to understand if (and how) Klaviyo will be able to capture those casual browsers’ emails if they do not physically enter their details throughout their browsing journey. We don’t currently capture emails via a pop-up, and the only way we get subscribers is either via a sale discount code, or subscription sign-up.Cheers!Ben & Caleb

Flow doesn't start after newsletter subscription

I created a popup form, you can test it here: https://www.bonbonsdolcisardi.it/  linked with the newsletter. But, when someone fill out the form didn't recieve any emails. The trigger is easy peasy, so I can’t understand which is the problem…. I have turn off already the double optin in klavijo and all the newsletter automation in shopify… THE POPUP FORM (AS YOU CAN SEE THE CONTACT IS REGISTERED)  ALSO IN THE NEWSLETTER THE CONTACT IS REGISTERED   THE FLOW

Can we add If else to dynamic table blocks?

Hi all,I have a cart abandonment series and a post purchase series, both of which have a dynamic table block in to show the customers what is in their cart/what they have purchased previously.Recently a load of sample products have been added to the website in order to allow customers to try 2 free samples with their purchase. We don’t want the samples to show within this dynamic block as the images are not very good, and the data is a little messy. We just want full-sized products that the customer has purchased.Is there a way I can add an if else statement to a dynamic table block to tell the data to not show when it is a sample? In the event data for placed order, under the item array there is a value product type = sample and I would like to try and target this to remove them. It is showing as {{ event.extra.line_items.1.product.product_type }}Or can I use show/hide logic? Though I imagine that would hide all the products as opposed to just the samples.Here are a few screenshots of

Opting Customers into a new list from an email

We are launching a new Loyalty program that we want to get existing customers to opt in to. Ideally I want to send an email out to all the current existing customers in our database informing them of the new program and include a link to a form. When completing this form the customer is automatically added to the Loyalty list in Klaviyo.  I attempted to create a sign up form within Klaviyo but this was just a pop up on our website. Can klaviyo create an actual page with a form on it? Thanks

Google Analytics 4 tracking issues

We have event tracking setup using GTM (Google tag manager) and the suggested code on klaviyo’s help page. (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077027-How-to-Configure-Google-Analytics-Goal-Tracking-for-a-Signup-Form) Event tracking form views and submissions is working perfectly in Google Universal Analytics. Unfortunate this is not the case for the new Google Analytics 4. These events are not showing up in reports. This will be a problem when Universal Analytics stops processing data. Has anyone found a way to track klaviyo form events in G4?

Why is my Abandoned Cart email duplicating the products?

I am trying to create an abandoned cart flow, however, when I preview my email it duplicates the products (in the dynamic table). How can I fix this issue ?

Double Opt-In setup

Hi Klaviers, My ecommerce website is based on shopify and currently the emails are being triggered from Hubspot. Objective: I want to setup the double opt-in email first in Klaviyo.  Is the double opt-in email gets auto triggered ? I could see default opt-in email & success page. Or Do I need to setup from the flows ? Double opt-in is enabled for the Newsletter list.Does that mean that the list has the audience only with double opt-in ?  Is the double opt-in emails are being triggered ?  Little confused here. Please help. Thanks in advance.Suchi
