Looping through Products in Placed Order using Custom HTML
Can someone advise on how to loop through multiple ordered items when using a custom HTML order confirmation page. I can see a lot of documentation on how this is done via the block editors but nothing on how this would be done when using my own HTML page. Additionally I saw someone else asked a similar question here however the chosen answer seems like it was again showing the person how to use the block editor which is not what I want to do.

All SKU are not loaded inside metrics
Hi,Inside my metrics say “Ordered Product” the metrics(charts) is showing fine however not all SKU’s which are loaded into Klaviyo is populated and many of them missing.How to include all or select the SKU’s. There is bottom section called segments with SKU’s and checkboxes near by and there also not all SKU’s are present. But when i search by condition its showing, kindly advise.
Exporting Email Templates that are easily shareable with someone elses email lists
I am looking to send an email campaign to university students. The email of course needs to b sent to the university employees, that will then send it out. How can I export an email template in a way that I can make it easy for them to send out that would include the buttons?

I am using node.js using axios Post restApi :"method":"post","url":"https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/xcghc/members?api_key=pk_xxxxxxx" successfully added less than 100 members but can’t add more than 100 members.Please let me know how to add around 600 members.

However, there is a demand from customer service, that they can control if the user receives a feedback e-mail or not.How do I do that? Disable Double Opt-in for a Klaviyo List (Competition Landing page email)
Hi,I created a competition landing page using pagefly with Klaviya sign up form. I’ve created my list and welcome email flow for the competition, but the “confirm your subscription” email keeps coming through. Is there a way to remove that seeing as entrants are already ticking boxes to receive marketing and clicking a subscribe button?Thank you!
Syncing Klaviyo with Google Contacts
Hi We are new to Klayvio and CRM and Email management- we have previously used Google contacts + YAMM (yet another mail merge) to email clients. We use Tags in Google contacts to manage segments (location, vip etc). Any advice for importing these contacts here? Sam
Popup signup form inconsistent behaviour?
Hi there,We have a popup signup form on our website that should appear after 30 seconds or when the user attempts to leave the page.However, this doesn’t seem to be working for us consistently. We have tested it on multiple accounts on Chrome and with incognito mode, and very rarely will it pop-up after 30 seconds. Sometimes it will popup after a few minutes, sometimes it will never appear. The “leave the page” feature also only works sometimes too, even after waiting a minute or so. Is there anything I’m missing from the settings or is this working as intended?Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I've tried creating a segment based on Historic Customer Lifetime Value, but it doesn't work. It should work, because I've check a few customer profiles that have orders more than 800 in value.Is there a problem with Klaviyo not being able to get Customer Lifetime Value?Notes:The platform I'm connecting to is Woocommerce. Segment based on Filled Out Lead Ad before Placing an Order
hi there! i was trying to create a segment that will include people who placed orders but only after they have filled out a facebook lead ad, and I couldn’t figure out how to create the condition - that the order was only after the ad when I create the segment...any ideas? Thank you
Can Klaviyo make the Viewed Product event segmentation more customisable?
Hello everyone. I was wondering whether Klaviyo may consider making segment creation more customisable when custom and Klaviyo properties involving user behaviour onsite are selected. At the moment, when using properties like this to segment, the only inclusion criteria it is possible to select is “equals” (see below).But can other options also be added to this? Say for example, “does not equal”; “contains”; “does not contain”? This would enable segments to be created for, in the example of “contains” segments, the segmentation of users according to a wider range of products, for example those with similar prefixes, or those of similar kinds. Let’s say you want to run a “Christmas” campaign, and you want to send an email to everyone who had viewed a product with “Christmas” in the product name. I have 798 Profiles but can send Campaign to 198, Why?
I am new to Klaviyo and haven’t export all my list since I want to go little by little until I understand the Platform, I choose all the list I have Profiles to send a Campaign, but I can send to only 198, I have only 3 profiles Suppressed so I know is not that, why is not showing all the profiles in List? and if is because they are not on a list, how I get them in a list. New to List triggers 2 Flows using filters -- but only 1 is sending properly
We have a subscription service and have created 2 welcome flows based on very simple criteria:Flow #1 (Welcome Free Subscribers) New to List “Subscribers” Recurly Plan Codes is False Flow #2 (Welcome Paid Subscribers) New to List “Subscribers” Recurly Plan Codes contains beta228 (the name of our paid plan) We sent a bunch of test users through the flow, and in Preview Trigger Setup both Flows looks perfect. For example, here is the preview of a test email that should get only Flow #2:PREVIEW TRIGGER SETUP FOR FLOW #1PREVIEW TRIGGER SETUP FOR FLOW #2So this email clearly should get flow #2, but Flow #2 is NOT being triggered (oddly, it seems to have worked once, but I cannot for the life of me see what distinguished that one Profile from the others).
