I have the following use case:After buying my digital product, users receive a flow with 10+ E-mails delivering the product. Sometimes, I need to remove somebody from the flow (example: after 2-3 weeks of receiving the messages, somebody wants to take the money-back guarantee. So he is already in the flow, but now i want to remove him). How can i remove that person now from the ongoing flow (not just single emails, because that’s a lot of work...)?
the first one, in the abandoned cart flow，Advanced Reports， does the “sent” includs all of the email we sent. （cause the just show the email domain and when i plus all of the different domain sents，its not match with the number of deliver in the same time）And does the sent number equal all of the delivered emal plus the bounced email. Or if you could tell me how could i get the number about all of the email that i send in the abandoned cart flow. the second one, how to calculate the number of “clicked”, cause we find our clicked number is less than the “placed order” number, and we did a reservation then we found some customer they inter in our flow and the placed the order but without “clicked”. And we found just the people who clicked the picture inter in our home website page, its “clicked”; and if someone just click the “ shop now” or “go to checkout” button and went to the checkout page, it wasn’t define “clicked”. They have the latest versions of software both Klaviyo plugin and Woo.All items are in stock. Is there an option to “resync”?I don't seem to be able to find such option.Any suggestions? Hello, I have created a form on website to send free samples to my customers. It has Address field but I do not see the addresses coming into preview list. I tried troubleshooting but the option in Form Button settings to specify which list to add the addresses to, is not showing. See screenshot below. Rather new to Klaviyo...pls help. Thx
Hi folks, I recently created an Abandoned cart email flow - with Checkout started as the trigger. It all seems to be working fine and the return to cart is also taking the user to the checkout correctly. However i had a question on the time duration that product will stay in the cart for? Does anyone here have an idea? A user might add some other items to the checkout so want to see if this URL generated will be expired after a set time or this products stays in the cart/checkout forever until removed or bought? any help is appreciated, Thanks!!
I just imported all of my contacts from Big Commerce. I see the profiles that were created but how do I get Klaviyo to add them to lists or segments so I can email them. When I check their profiles I don’t see the little green mark that indicates their consent status as being ok. But I see that they have been receiving emails thru Big C because they all opted in at some point
Is there a way to insert saved content dynamically on the new template editor? For example, we have a designed footer section with phone number, social links, icons, etc. that is in every email, including ones in flows. I would like to be able to edit the footer once and then it updates on every message, rather than having to go in and update each message individually. Our previous ESP allowed this, but I can’t seem to find a solution on Klaviyo. Thank you.
Hello! I’m working to make myself familiar with the New Template Editor so that I can rebuild and redesign our campaigns and flows. I am really excited that Klaviyo’s editor now has the capability to overlay text and buttons on images with HTML. But I’m having a bit of a hard time trying to figure out how to use Sections. I’ve read the Help Center’s articles and Community posts about this similar issue, but I cannot for the life for me understand how to do so.Here are a few issues I’m stuck on:When I set an image to the background of the section, it doesn’t show the full image. I can only add one block within the section. This would be okay if I was just overlaying text, but I cannot find a way to have more blocks exist in the section (ie, button)Can anyone please explain it to me a bit further or upload an example video of how to do it?

I’m a new user and having a go at creating my first email template using the new editor. It’s automatically given me a starting template that I’m trying to edit and I want to move the image overlay element to the top of the image rather than the bottom. It won’t let me drag and drop and I can’t find anything in the layout tab that let’s you set it’s position so I can’t for the life of my figure out how to do this - can anyone help please?
Hi, I’m subscribing visitors to double opt-in lists using non-klaviyo forms, and I’m required to get the email on the first and the phone number on the second page.However, the phone numbers are not getting into the profile. My suspicion is that until the DOI verification is done, the contact is in the dark. Is it so?Do you plan to enable contact update while DOI is in progress? Mailchimp does.
I need help with a flow, I have a wholesale company but also do direct to consumer, smaller orders. I need to make sure my wholesale clients from my list are not getting my abandoned cart and any basic flows for that matter. How do I weed those out when setting up my flow.

When looking at the price drop report, and even setting the date range to 'all time', I get the message:There was no price drop activity over specified period of time.Can anyone tell me what the issue is here? Hello,I’m having issue setting Trigger Filters in the Flows section of Klaviyo.I’m attempting to send an email when a specific product is purchased. However, when I try and search for the product it’s not showing up. As you can see here, Klaviyo can see that there are 6 Items. But when I try and add a trigger for Highly Sensitive Thriving Circle - Annual Membership, it doesn’t appear the in Dimension Value.For some reason only 3 of the products show in the drop-down.I’d appreciate any advice on what might be causing this. We've been facing this issue every single time we build an email in the new editor. We'll build the email, but when we click 'Preview and test' there are many blocks missing. Not all, just some. I have no idea how it decides which ones o keep and which ones to not. Even more annoying than that is when you exit the editor and come back (or refresh the page), and find out those blocks are missing.Refreshing, or exiting and coming back, and then rebuilding the email with those missing blocks usually works. But obviously this is frustrating because we're doing twice the work for no reason.Anyone else having a problem with this? Not to mention that this new editor is outrageously slow… Typing anything inside a text block is a slog. We've been having to resort to typing everything in Word or something, then copy / pasting it into Klaviyo and having to format everything for each block. But that's another issue entirely. My company offers a TON of different variations of products. While we only have about 3 different categories of products, we have maybe 30-40 different item names within each category (for things like different variety packs, sizes, subscriptions come in as a different item name).My issue is when I go to build a segment of purchasers for a specific category. If I use the “Placed Order” at least once, then I use “where name contains” then I have select every single item one by one that belongs in my segment for that category.Its even worse if I tried to use the “Ordered Product” metric where I would have to pick one item at a time and then use the “or” feature.I am aware I could also use a collection to filter, which would be my best bet. However, a different member of my team manages collections and not all products in the category all always in the same collection. Even if I resolved that going forward, it doesn’t solve the need to look back at people who have already purchased.What I
HiI have had the subscribe function on my website for many years and just this past week is is no longer displaying properly. It should be under this text in the first graphic.This is in the elementor tool. Instead of displaying it is showing the </> This is how it is set up in Klayvio and should be displaying. I’m in the process of migrating from Mailchimp to Klaviyo.I seem to have successfully imported all of the historical data from Mailchimp to Klaviyo and I’m getting ready to start sunsetting our Mailchimp account.If I remove the integration between Mailchimp & Klaviyo, will all the historical data remain in Klaviyo or will it be deleted once the integration is broken?Thanks!
Product blocks display broken images and the catalogue is no longer displaying the images either. Is there a way to re-sync the product feed like with Shopify? Or do I need to do something else to reset it?https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406529213083
