Hi all,I have been running flows and campaigns using klaviyo since the past 2 years. However since Feb 1st, I am noticing that there is zero revenue from the flows which seems very strange since welcome flows has always been the best in terms of revenue for me. But even that is zero. I have 9 flows which are live. There is no sudden hike in the campaign revenues either so that rules out the possibility that attribution went to the campaigns instead of the flows.I checked the flows and they are working fine. Delivery, opens and clicks are happening. How do I sort this out? Any suggestions?
Hi everyone, I might be missing something here, but is there a way you can create a one off segment WHILST building a new campaign? Drives me bonkers that I have to create and save a segment before creating a campaign, only to then have to delete it after the send (because it’s irrelevant after I send that particular email) Ie, If I just want to resend an email to those who didn’t open the first one, I have to create and save a special segment for that? Rather than just specifying that ‘rule’ inside the new campaign? Cheers, Sam.
I am using a quiz software as a lead magnet to my master list and it has many branches of answers. The software company (shockingly) doesn’t have UTM parameters as an option (UTM Campaign = Gift Ideas, for example), so I made a segment based on all the options they could choose from Q1.Definition is “Quiz Takers = people who answered Q1 as A,B,C,D, etc”They will go through Flow “B”After Q 1 it starts splitting off and wouldn’t capture all quiz takers.Now I also want to filter this segment OUT of Flow “A” so they don’t get a couple duplicate welcome messages.To create a filter I would need to once again say “do not send to anyone who answered Q1 as A,B,C,D, etc.” I am missing something. Essentially I’d like to say “make a segment of people who are in Segment Quiz Takers” but obviously I cannot do that. Interact integrates with Klaviyo but Klaviyo doesn’t support integration the other way for it to provide me with customer actions.Ideas? A work around? Thanks!
We have a flow that’s triggered when someone completes a 40 question quiz on our website. It is deeply personalized by gender, age, symptoms (we’re in health & wellness). So there are many variations of the same email but personalized depending on their quiz answers. It’s effective but confusing on the backend. Does anyone have suggestions for keeping this organized? Specifically - is there a way to name the emails (not the titles) that makes sense that will help us track? Thanks so much!!!
HI All,We just discovered that a part of a post-purchase flow, where we segmented out customers by region, has not been delivering at all on that side…Below are screenshots of the flow canvas and the filter to segment out certain states. Was wondering if off the top of anyone’s head here in the community they might be able to spot something I’m doing wrong… Someone suggested that it’s because Klaviyo does not save the Region when an order is placed….SMH trying to figure this one out.. Hi All!Wondering if anyone might be able to help with this...My conditional split set to send to a random 50% sample doesn’t seem to be sending to them. I set up this split up and set it to live a while ago (several weeks?) and it still doesn’t seem to be sending to anyone on this side. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! TIA,Daniel
Hello! We’ve got fulfilment issues and are looking to ‘pause’ our flows as they are promotional emails.The flow contains 7 emails across 100 days. Ideally we’d like to ‘freeze’ the activity so that if someone is queued up to receive email 2 they, they stay there and don’t flow through, and once we’re ready to put the flow back live, we can manually send out emails to queued people (without them being queued up for multiple emails) and resume the activity from where it was. I’m aware that emails can be put on ‘draft’ but I believe that doesn’t prevent people from ‘flowing through the flow’ so someone might end up being queued up for multiple emails (depending on how long it’s paused for). Has anyone got any idea of how best to approach this?
Hello, I’m currently in the process of setting up a replenishment program for a number of different products. We want these emails to be personalised based on the different products replenishment times and therefore have decided not to take the dynamic approach. This being so, I wonder is there is a filter to add into the flow where it excludes the customer if they are already in another flow so that they don’t receive multiple flow emails in one day but still receive any campaigns sent out on that day? Hey, we have 5 different Klaviyo accounts and would like to add a few sign up forms. However, creating a new signup form for each of the accounts is really a pain.Is there a way to clone a signup form to another account like with the flows or templates?
Hi Everyone, Need some help please, been trying to search but couldn't find the right answer. Can anyone give guidance on how to do it: I wanted to update contact lists that are already in Klaviyo with their birthday. Can anyone advise on how to import this contact to the profile? I already create the CVS file for this that include: email address - first name - last name - birthday (MM/DD) We just want to update the contact that already in Klaviyo, how to make sure not to import any new contact in there? (we are taking the data from our MailChimp, some contact is not in the Klaviyo) Thank you so much in advance
Hi, I am trying to add a link text and URL to a text block inthe email builder. However it will not save the information. I have already emptied the cache and restarted the browser. Hi all, Trying to optimise our pop up form to entice more sign ups. Has anyone manage to create a conversational type pop up using Klaviyo? Is multi-checkbox on sign up form the only option? Open to your thoughts / view on conversational pop up versus discount offer pop up.
I am trying to set up content to display using show/hide box using information from Shopify’s field such as Name, or SKU.When I send a newsletter through a campaign, I would like certain content to be shown to certain recipients who have purchased a certain product. I cannot seem to identify the Syntax for this, or find another solutions to do so.
Hey Klaviyo community! We are currently testing out how our referral programme might work. We have a list of referral codes and the email addresses / customers that they relate to. Is there a way to show specific coupons to specific email addresses? My account was disabled on Friday without any explanation. I have send 3 emails to the emails to customer support, no response. I also called the 800 number on your website and they did not help either.I don’t want to pay to a company that can’t even be bothered to help it’s customers.
I am trying to create a sign-up form to send free samples to customer.1st step - Name and Email ID2nd step - AddressSuccess - Thank you.My issue is in 2nd step, where address field is not taking as many characters, so the addresses are coming incomplete. Also I want Address 1, Address 2, City, PIN code lines but they are not coming through at all. The fields cannot be resized or moved, in other words I cant change the layout of the form. I have chosen text input block for these. I have not been able to integrate klaviyo to woocommerce. I have been getting errors for days. I deactivated some plugins but it still gives the error. Hello, for several months I have been billed on an account that I no longer have access to.The only way to cancel the billing is to create a ticket from the associated account but I can't even log in anymore since the email address associated with this account is deactivated.I've tried to contact Klaviyo everywhere but they either don't answer me or refer me to an FAQ.Can you help me solve my problem?DALLMER Nicolas
