Shopify Product Block dynamic feed - not working?

When I create a dynamic product feed and check the preview of the email to see what products it selected it doesn’t accurately match the most popular products in my Shopify analytics. I have selected the same metrics: last 90 days, most viewed or most ordered, etcetera. Any ideas why this is incorrect?

Does the Time Delay reset?

We have a custom flow with custom metrics that has to do with customer submitted quotes. They put products into their cart then submit that cart as a quote. Our team looks at the quote, makes any pricing changes and sends it back to the customer. The customer then accepts the quote and pays for it.We’re sending a metric to Klaviyo for when they submit their quote (Placed Quote), when our team sends the adjusted quote back to them (Approved Quote) and when they purchase the products in the quote (Converted Quote).We have a flow set up that is triggered by the Approved Quote and three days later if they haven’t Converted Quote we send them a reminder email.However there are some customers that may change their quote or ask for a better deal after Approved Quote which results in a back and forth between them and our team. On some occasions this can take several days. What I would like to know is does the 3 day Time Delay reset every time the Approved Quote metric is sent effectively trigg

[Help me out Please] Can't find any solution to this Deliverability Issue

I recently started doing email marketing for a client. They’ve never done email marketing before. But when I started sending emails for them, majority of the emails(flows) started landing in spam. Especially with Gmail accounts. I even tried sending just text emails but they land in spam as well.So I checked with google postmaster to see if they domain reputation had taken a hit, but that is high as well.They already had around 3.3k members in their email list collected while placing orders. Initially I just started sending flows to new subscribers, and dint engage with the 3.3k already existing members. I also don’t have an option to create an engaged list because I would hardly find 15 people to send to, because we have not done email marketing before, and very few people have opened our emails.Please help!!

Why should I use klaviyo if I don't have an e-commerce?

I have a client who wants to use Klaviyo. He has wordpress and sells services. One of the strengths that I see in Klaviyo is the issue of super segmentation that could be very useful, but with the issue of flows, the only metric triggers that I find are "Active on the site". I also want to ask if there is any way to collect data through a fixed contact form that is on the page with the Klaviyo open API. Does anyone else use Klaviyo to sell services? How have your results been?

Looking for a way to make a segment that finds people who are signed up on the email list with multiple emails. I see you can do properties about subscribers but can’t figure out how to make them work together.I do discount code on signup & also have contests, people sign up multiple times.. TIA

Is it possible to provide customers an option to submit a custom message?

I am creating a contact form for my contact page on my wordpress site, and using Klaviyo to achieve this.I have created a simple text box for the customers message/feedback, but would like it to be larger than the other fields (like name/email).The text box only allows one line of text, rather than paragraphs. Is there a way to do this?Is there a way users can drag and expand the box vertically to view their longer messages?Thanks

How do I contact Klaviyo about billing when I've cancelled my plan?

I’m trying to contact Klaviyo to get them to refund me my bill after I cancelled but it’s absolutely impossible.Because my plan is cancelled, I can’t use the live chat or email function. I’ve raised a ticket which they’ve replied to but I cannot reply to them as the email bounces back because apparently it’s spam. I don’t want to spend all day trying to find out how to contact Klaviyo, I’m trying to run a business!! All I want is a refund for my cancelled plan. The plan was cancelled on the day the money was taken!
