How can I change my Form teaser's wording?

Hello everyone,I have a popup on my Shopify website (popup created on Klaviyo).When exiting the form, it still shows an option to open it again down the bottom of the page. I need to change the wording of this but can’t find how and where I can do this.I have circled the area in red. The wording currently says "Get Free Shipping".My website is www.magicmagpie.com.au

Email flow not recording opens or clicks

Hi ThereI have launched a welcome email flow. It has worked as I have received it myself and other members of the business have received and opened it. However Klaviyo is not recording any opens or clicks?

Hey Klaviyo Community,Does anyone use Klaviyo Analytics to identify new customers & attribution ? I’ve identified I can find our new customers each day by making a segment on Klaviyo. What is the best method to determine where the sales came from ? I.e Facebook, Google etc Thanks for your help. C

Do you send a discount to a list or a segment?

I’m brand new to Klaviyo, so please bear with me.On my website, I want to have a sign-up form offering a 10% discount to anyone who signs up, and hopefully uses that discount to become a paying customer. Is it best to have those people on a list or segment?Also, how do I create a list/segment just for people who made purchases?Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

Newsletter Double Opt-in Email Confirmation Logo Size

Hello!I have a question about the automatic email confirmation that is sent to new newsletter subscribers when double opt-in is enabled. It exists here: Lists & Segments → Newsletter → Subscribe & Preferences Pages → Email Confirmation.I would like my logo to appear smaller, but I don’t see a way to do edit the size. Am I missing something obvious? Any direction here would be amazing. I feel like I’ve tried everything.Thank you!

Back in stock email displaying wrong currency symbol

Hi, i’m hoping someone can help me with this,.I have set up a ‘back in stock’ flow and everything seems to be working fine expect that the currency symbol is displaying as $18 instead of £18. My currency is set to £ in settings and all of my other flows pull through product prices in £.How product displays on site: https://prnt.sc/wd74wsQJt81UHow product displays in ‘back in stock’ email: https://prnt.sc/FzVeODwLXh16Any ideas why this might be?Thanks, Sam

Creating Custom Template Tags for repeat links

Hey All!In my CPG organization we are manually adding in links every time a product is mentioned in our emails. This gets super cumbersome, as we mention products multiple times and across multiple emails. I was wondering if it was possible to create custom template tags that would auto populate a link whenever the tag is included in the email. So I could create a library of XYZ product links as template tags. I’ve used other marketing automation platforms before, and this was a capability. So I wanted to check to see if it could be replicated in Klaviyo. Please let me know!

Is there a way to limit the number of popups to appear?

I have two popups available with a loading delay and they both appear in a single page. I was wondering if there was a way to change the behavior to prevent another popup if one is already shown. Is this possible?

Profiles with no source

I seem to have 64 profiles that have no source. All the others are  Either from my Klaviyo forms or -50(Shopify).Any thoughts on where these would come from?

Splitting Klaviyo data feed from a single Source URL

I work for an eCommerce. We have a URL from where our clients can have a Json file to use in their  Catalog Product Feed. The issue is that we want to split this Json into smaller files so they can load files bigger than 100Mb. How can they achieve this if the Dashboard only has one field for Source URL?

Can you restrict a form to only accept two email domains?

We offer our staff discount on the brands we own and we have noticed that the discount code has the potential to be abused by none staff members.We have two domains that staff have access to depending on the company they work for. Can we restrict a sign up form to only accept these two domains?for example,domain 1 @hello.com domain 2 @goodbye.comthis is so they can receive an email with a individual discount code for that staff member.We are using magento 2 on one domain and shopify on the other

back populating subscribers

Hey guys, hope you are fine!This is our situation:our shop went live 14 days ago 14 days ago we started collecting emails through a form connected to our klaviyo “welcome flow” we’re collecting emails in a specific list populated only by our customers emails (migrated from mailchimp) Unfortunately, at the moment our shop is live but our welcome flow is still draft and it’s going live in 12 hours; At the moment, we reached 70 new subscribers emails and no one of them are receiving our welcome flow; So, we have 8k email contacts from mailchimp and new 70 subscribers in the same list linked to the same welcome flow;My question is:can I just send welcome flow to the new 70 subscribers? I’m going to back-populating (attached option) the draft welcome flow in order to have just latest 70 subscribers as recipients. Is it right or wrong?

Help - emails aren't added to my list after abandoning checkout

Hello guys, I’ve set up an abandon checkout sequence and it seems to be running smoothly. I’ve checked the analytics and it seems to be sending out emails on the regular. I’ve even tested it with my own email and received the abandon-cart sequence.However, my lists doesn’t seem to be populating at all. So i’m unable to collect email data for further promotion.Other info you might need- I’m using WooCommerce- I’ve checked single opt-in for the opt-in process- Klaviyo is properly integrated with woocommerce- I've checked "subscribe to email marketing"

Which Woocommerce metric would I use to create a segment of purchasers, excluding $0 orders?

Hi, wondering which metric I would use for a segment of purchasers, to exclude $0 orders. I see there’s a Revenue Metric, Ordered Product Value, etc, but not quite sure how all of these filter the actions, as there’s nowhere to enter a value.

Hi Community, Did you use Klaviyo flows to send transactional emails? If you have a need to send notification to all customers about some privacy policy changes or in regards for example site maintenance. How you can set up a trigger to include all customers unsuppressed and suppressed?

"Sent" in Advanced Reports & Calculating Clicks under Metrics

          the first one, in the abandoned cart flow，Advanced Reports， does the “sent” includs all of the email we sent. （cause the just show the email domain and when i plus all of the different domain sents，its not match with the number of deliver in the same time）And does the sent number equal all of the delivered emal plus the bounced email. Or if you could tell me how could i get the number about all of the email that i send in the abandoned cart flow.          the second one, how to calculate the number of “clicked”, cause we find our clicked number is less than the “placed order” number, and we did a reservation then we found some customer they inter in our flow and the placed the order but without “clicked”. And we found just the people who clicked the picture inter in our home website page, its “clicked”; and if someone just click the “ shop now” or “go to checkout” button and went to the checkout page, it wasn’t define “clicked”. There are some picture we shot to prove this is

Welcome Flow Not Sending Email

I have connected my pop up registration form and my embedded registration form with the corresponding email list and the welcome email flow. BUT when someone signs up there, they don't get the emails from the welcome email flow. I don't know why. Please help me

How can I export coupons and see what coupons came from which flow?

Hi, I have a store where a customer can add a specific product (X and Y in this example) to their checkout cart and complete their purchase. They will then need to enter a product-specific flow and receive a dynamic code generated by Klaviyo, which they can redeem at a participating merchant (restaurant/massage therapist etc). I need to export these codes for each merchant.  For example: Sally orders product X on my online store. She then enters a product-specific flow that generates a dynamic code that she receives in her inbox. She takes this code to her local hairdresser, who is a participating merchant. Sally receives 10% off her bill at the hairdresser. Fred orders product Y on my online store. He then enters a product-specific flow for product Y which also generates a dynamic code. He takes this code to his local butcher (a participating merchant) and also receives 10% off his bill. Can I export these dynamic codes from Klaviyo - and see which codes were generated for each flow?

How can we write in email how many days are left relative to contact’s date field? 

 Hi Guys, How can we write in email how many days are left relative to contact’s date field?  For example: The name of the field is: {{ person|lookup:'ESA Expiration Date'|default:'' }} and for a specific customer the date equal to 8\13\2021, so we would be able to use the number 9 in the email. (Because we have 9 days until the 8\13\2021) Thank you

Segmenting by region

Hey guys.If I want to segment by region, do all users must have that info as a custom property, or under “location” alone should also work?Not sure what’s the difference between the two, and how Klaviyo operates in that manner.Thank you guys.

How to use SMS to remove from list?

It’s simple to add someone to a list in SMS via the keyword, but how do I allow remove from list via SMS? I want in-stock notifications only to go to certain lists, and I want people to be able to OPT OUT of a list versus OPT OUT of SMS entirely!

Uploading customers with CSV file doesn't add to list

Hi, I accidentally deleted all of my profiles on Klaviyo so I’m manually uploading the contacts I have from my Shopify store. I created an audience list in Klaviyo, and exported all my email subscribers from Shopify into a CSV file. I seemed to uploaded the CSV file successfully, after amending any errors it highlighted to me, but the customers have not populated in the list. You can see in the screenshot it shows the contacts have been successfully added to my list, but there are 0 members in my list. The spreadsheet has 664 customers.

How to Change the Email # in a flow

It’s probably one of those simple things but I just can’t find it.  I rearranged the order of my emails in the flow, now i want them to be numbered sequentially again.Email 1Email 2Email 3 and so on.I can’t find where I can edit that info.  I can edit the email name, but where do I edit that Email 1, Email 2, etc.
