Our Pop-ups are overlapping

Hi! I hope you can help me, we’ve created two popups, one is supposed to show up when someone enters our website and the other one when someone intends to leave but the two show as soon as you enter to our website. Can you please take a look of our settings and let us know if there's anything wrong with it?

How can I change my Form teaser's wording?

Hello everyone,I have a popup on my Shopify website (popup created on Klaviyo).When exiting the form, it still shows an option to open it again down the bottom of the page. I need to change the wording of this but can’t find how and where I can do this.I have circled the area in red. The wording currently says "Get Free Shipping".My website is www.magicmagpie.com.au

Why is my Popup form border still appearing even after removing?

Hello, my Pop-Up Teaser border is still showing up even after removing it. So is a border around the “x” for cancelling out, even though I removed it in the form editor.

Custom back in stock missing product image

I’m implementing a custom back in stock flow via API and the flow seems to work properly. However I don’t get an image from the catalog when creating the email. When previewing the email I have these variables connected to the event The item is obviously found in the catalog, I don’t send the name in the API call. When checking the catalog this product have an image. The price is for some reason set to null in the feed so that is not an error :). Anyone with an idea on what can be the issue?

Can I change the unsubscribe link for a segment?

I have created a custom hosted page for my unsubscribe link, but I am only able to set this for ‘lists’ (Lists & Segments > Subscribe & Preference Pages > Customize for this list > Edit unsubscribe page > Hosted pages > Select .tmpl)Is it possible to do the same for SEGMENTS? This is something I am unable to set.Thanks,Arushi

Can't turn off double opt in

Hello there, my title says it all.I am going to List&Segments, choose my list, go to settings, then consent and Single opt-in is selected.But then when I enter an email in the form I get an email asking me to confirm and also the first email of my flow.How can I make it stop sending out this double opt-in email?Thanks

Migrating eCommerce platform Can we integrate before the new platform is live

We’re moving from Bigcommerce to Shopify. We use Klaviyo on Bigcommerce and plan to continue to use it on Shopify. I’ve read this the help article about integrating a new platform to Klaviyo.https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003124151-How-to-update-Klaviyo-after-switching-ecommerce-platformsThe article recommends waiting until all historical data is imported to the new platform to integrate Klaviyo. I get it BUT I don’t want to wait to start migrating flows, segments etc until after we’re live.So my question.  Can I integrate Klaviyo now and then use the “Re-Import Historic Data” function to bring in customer and order information that wasn’t available in Shopify when we first integrated it with Klaviyo.(Our shopify site is about 90% complete and has order and customer data current as of about a month ago.) -Ken

Wix Bookings Integrations

I run a business with 12 branches throughout the UK and am looking to set up some flows where if a customer books onto a course at a certain branch, they receive a ‘personalised’ email confirmation from the teacher who operates that branch.I cannot seem to be able to set anything up with Wix Bookings though… It only gives me options for when the purchase something from our shop (which we do not use anymore).In my head, the flow should work something like:Trigger - Customer books onto a course at the Nottingham Branch Trigger Filter - ‘Course/Item Name’ {Nottingham} Email - Sends specific Nottingham Email to customerI hope this makes sense and someone can help.Thank you in advance...

Cannot reference custom profile properties in email template

Hi there,  I’m trying to replicate this article to insert recommended product IDs into profile properties and referencing them in email templates: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004785571-The-Catalog-Lookup-Feature I’ve successfully created a custom property on the profile I’m targeting, and am inserting the code block into the text block of the email template editor, however upon previewing the email, I can see the for loop skipped which renders a blank text block.  Under profile property section when previewing the email, I also cannot see my custom property in the list. Am I doing something wrong? Can someone help?

Split Block - Image Not Showing on One Side

I am using a split block so I can add 2 side-by-side images. On one side, it shows the image has been successfully uploaded, but it’s not appearing in the body of the email. How can I fix this?

Issue with Wrong Welcome Email Sending After Placed Order

We’re having an issue with our Welcome flow. Even though we have filters and conditional splits to avoid sending Welcome Email #1 with a discount to customers, it’s still sending. So what is happening is customers who placed an order (and checkmark to subscribe to emails), get an email with a discount and are then manually asking for a refund of the amount. It’s been a headache!It seems to be because Klaviyo and Shopify are not syncing in time. In this case, what can we do? Place a delay? But then it would affect others who signed up via footer or pop-up, who want the email with the discount to place the order.

Can you restrict a form to only accept two email domains?

We offer our staff discount on the brands we own and we have noticed that the discount code has the potential to be abused by none staff members.We have two domains that staff have access to depending on the company they work for. Can we restrict a sign up form to only accept these two domains?for example,domain 1 @hello.com domain 2 @goodbye.comthis is so they can receive an email with a individual discount code for that staff member.We are using magento 2 on one domain and shopify on the other

Need help: Back in Stock Email will be sent out to recipients after its DOI confirmation only

Hey klaviyo community,as some of you may know German regulatories are strict on online marketers here. Therefore to be able to send a Back in stock/ Back in order flow to the people who signed up for it, I must have their consent via double opt in mail before.The problem: Back in stock is a metric not a list and therefore no DOI can be triggered over the affiliation of a profile to a list.I would need something like this:Trigger: When someone Subscribed to back in StockIService Email: Send out Double Opt In Mail.IBack in Stock Delay: Wait until recipients item is back in stock AND recipients consented to marketing mail via DOIIBack in Stock: Email #1Can somehow help me with that? My logical thinking is not strong enough 😅

Mimecast deliverability

We’re having problems getting out emails to consistently and successfully deliver to Mimecast. Have read on article that suggests to remove open and click tracking as mimecast doesn’t like that, not ideal, but wondering if it’s worth trying to build up successful deliveries and then turn tracking back on when we have built up successful delivery.If we turn tracking off - is that for all campaigns or can it be done campaign specific?Any other suggestions to try?

Time Limited Coupon Codes

Hello,I use Shopify & Klaviyo.I want my discount code I created in Klaviyo to be active with the email I send to the user and to be available for 9 days after it is active.I created a timed coupon code this way, but when I tested it, it didn't work.I can't even duplicate the coupon codes in quantity.I wonder where I am going wrong, I read the relevant articles, but none of the time codes I created worked.Is there anyone who can help with this issue :)

Klaviyo Support states that their SMS is not able to send order tracking texts because it doesn’t pull in carrier tracking data from Shopify. What platform or APP do you use to send text’s to customers with order tracking?

hello, I finally created a newsletter that I would like to send to my subscribers who signed up a year ago. So I want to send them my email chain, how do I do? it seems that only new subscribers can read my newsletter channel. is there a way to send them via klaviyo? THANKS!

Error status code 400 on flow webhook

How to download a list of phone numbers if some were already downloaded before and now they are duplicates?

Hi!I have been trying to download a list of phone numbers that are subscribed to our notifications. I downloaded the csv list to see how many active numbers are there.Then i have decided to devide the initial list in random groups of 1K of phone numbers to send them sms.But when i started downloading those groups og 1K it didnt download and just said there duplicates that can't be uploaded to the new lists.Now I have deleted the initial list and cant upload any numbers anymore because of duplicates.How do i create lists of 1K phone numbers thet were already in the database but i cant downloan them now? Problem is I cant even do the segmentation, because phone number is all i have.

Do you send a discount to a list or a segment?

I’m brand new to Klaviyo, so please bear with me.On my website, I want to have a sign-up form offering a 10% discount to anyone who signs up, and hopefully uses that discount to become a paying customer. Is it best to have those people on a list or segment?Also, how do I create a list/segment just for people who made purchases?Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

Is there a way to limit the number of popups to appear?

I have two popups available with a loading delay and they both appear in a single page. I was wondering if there was a way to change the behavior to prevent another popup if one is already shown. Is this possible?

Where do I access Chat support if I'm a paying customer? - Double opt-in email is not my brand experience

I purchased a subscription and don’t have access to chat support since I want to disable double opt-in because I can’t for the life of me find where this confirmation email is pulling from. How can we write in email how many days are left relative to contact’s date field? 

 Hi Guys, How can we write in email how many days are left relative to contact’s date field?  For example: The name of the field is: {{ person|lookup:'ESA Expiration Date'|default:'' }} and for a specific customer the date equal to 8\13\2021, so we would be able to use the number 9 in the email. (Because we have 9 days until the 8\13\2021) Thank you
