Hi all –We are looking to start using the catalog feed feature of Klaviyo, but are trying to wrap our heads around what sort of functionality it would allow for. The obvious one, of course, is utilizing this product information in dynamic blocks within templates. But going beyond that, what are the capabilities for example when it comes to setting up automated flows around state changes in the catalog (e.g. new item added, trigger a campaign with a template that utilizes the catalog item info). is it possible to dynamically create audiences for such campaigns depending on some of the catalog item parameters (e.g. category/type/brand, etc.)Just curious how other folks are utilizing the platform when it comes to dynamic content and marketing automations.We also want to make sure we do the catalog set up with these capabilities in mind, as it may impact the schema, etc. (and beyond catalog, of custom events tracking in relation to these items).Thankful for any and all feedback or pointers
Hi!I have so far for this account hired 2 people in marketing claiming to be experts on Klaviyo marketing. The first sent out a campaign sucessfuly to about 200 profiles. I later hire a new person who sent out to now over 500 profiles. To check to see how it went it says all 514 emails were skipped. The marketing person wants to get paid. i dont want to pay untill emails are sent out. Since most of the 500 are new emails., it cant be the smart sending time limit since most profiles have never been sent out to before. most are first time recipients. Secondly i notice there are 20 suppressed emails it say out of 1500 profiles. I then choose delete all supressed profiles. It returns error on deleting. Then I go into each and every list i have and ask to see suppressed profiles. When I go one by one and do this in all lists, each list returns there are no supressed profiles. But still the dashboard inssits there are 20 suppressed. I can find any in the lists. I dont use the Klaviyo since t
I’m trying to add a block to my post purchase flow that shows based on the collection the item they purchased came from. I was planning on creating 5 different show/hide logics (one for each of the collections I want to return specific content). I am having trouble getting the event logic to work. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with my logic code? I copied it over from the preview event, just removing the brackets.

I’ve created my first sign up form. The customer enters their email and receives a unique code. But the unique code is not working. It just says [insert code]. What am I missing?Thank you in advance for any advice.
Hi, I´m having some issues adding a user to my Klaviyo account. I send the invite, i´ve already re-send and the user says that didn´t receive any email. I´ve already send invite to my self to a different email and i receive the invite. How to fix or check this situation?Is there any restriction that a domain account can´t have access to differents Klaviyo account?
Greetings,our company has done a rebranding and we have currently two websites on Shopify. Both are using Klaviyo, however we plan on switching over completely to site #1 and reduce the traffic to site #2.For this, we need to import site #2's lists and segments to site #1. I was wondering if it was possible to import customers from site #2 to site #1 with ALL the data Not emails etc. only, but ESPECIALLY including amount spent by said clients on site #2, number of purchases etc in order to have high quality analytics.Furthermore, I was wondering if we could link old products to new products (same product with different name and packaging) for targeting sake.Thank you!Best regards,Carlos
I am currently having issues with the added to cart analytic showing just like many others!I followed all the steps with adding “viewed product” and as well as “added to cart” via by class. Also my code for my theme doesn't go by “product.liquid”, but “main-product-liquid”. Not too sure if that makes a difference. Also not too sure if I need to take out certain strings within the class element or if I should just keep the full string. I added screen shots in regards to my code. Please let me know if there are any adjustments I need to make.

I have setup a new abandon cart flow fro woo commerce and it’s not working. I have other flows as well which are working fine so Klaviyo is well integrated. Someone told me that it could be happening because I have a single step checkout on the website. Can someone tell me if Abandon Cart flows work with single step checkout on Woo commerce?
Hello, We are on Shopify and have enabled the Back In Stock Flow -Standard.The flow is pretty straight forward, a user subscribes to be notified when an item is back in stock, there’s “Back in Stock Delay” that will wait till the item is back in stock and when it does come back in stock, it will send out an email to subscribers of this specific item letting them know that it’s back in stock.With our catalog though, a lot of items might never come back in stock or could be out of stock for a long period of time ( 6 - 12 months).What we would like to do is add a split, after 4 days, if the item did not come back into stock then send the customer a follow up email letting them know that we haven’t forgotten about them.There seems to be no trigger or filter that would allow us to conditionally split after X amount of time if the user has already received the notification that the item is back in stock or not.
Hello Klaviyo community,I have a doubt how we can collect data from existing customers via forms. We want to set up a pop-up to collect preferences about a new product release that will only be showed only to customers or people that are already in our email lists. Since we have already their email address I can omit to add the email field on the form? Klaviyo is able to detect who submitting the form and add answers into respective custom fields? I would like to keep the forms as simple and straightforward as possible to maximize the submissions, and I feel making people that are already subscribed submit their email address again will turn out to be an high-friction point. I'm wondering if there is an option where I can just have someone set everything up for me. I'm trying to add my email campaigns but I see I have to break apart and individually upload each text/image etc from my Canva templates instead of just drag and drop. It's going to take me hours where it might take someone knowledgable minutes. Is there a feature that I can have everything done for me? Obviously it would be an upgrade or pay feature but does it exist? Please help! I'm an old lady with minimal tech knowledge! Help!
My company sells a DIY ring carving kit. When customers order their kit, they can sign up for a virtual workshop where they learn how to carve. I’m trying to set up email flows for my customers post-virtual workshop, and I’m a little stumped. Ideally, the flow would work like this:TRIGGER: customer completes carve (thank you email, follow up email with possible upgrades, etc.).I am not quite sure how to connect the dots between customers ordering a product, and then choosing a date on my Shopify website, and translating that into a Klaviyo trigger. If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it!
Hi,I’m using Klaviyo to send out emails.At the bottom of every mail, I have a contact section. Here I want link to my e-mail through text. I’m doing exactly as this guide says (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005085147-How-to-Add-a-Link-to-an-Email-Address) for the Text block email link.It works on my phone but when I try to click the link on my computer, it just opens a blank browser page.Can anyone help? :-)Best,Kristine

I have an add to cart pop up ie when customers click on add to cart they are offered the opportunity to personalise their experience. I get the hidden properties of the product they added to cart to trigger the pop up. Question is how ccan get this field value into our custom property field for Brand? I will also need to be able to trim the field ie to remove product model number so that only Brand name enters the custom property... Thanks
Hi there, I’ve read all the threads on this topic and i still haven’t found the solution to my problem. The code is showing correctly and the button is showing perfectly on our site. When stock is added to a product, the notification emails aren’t sending to the subscribers. Can anyone advise on how i can resolve this? Below some screenshots for your reference.
