I am using node.js using axios Post restApi :"method":"post","url":"https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/xcghc/members?api_key=pk_xxxxxxx" successfully added less than 100 members but can’t add more than 100 members.Please let me know how to add around 600 members.

Trigger Filter for Zendesk Resolved Ticket Flow

Hello there, we are currently sending feedback survey e-mails to users who resolved a ticket in Zendesk. However, there is a demand from customer service, that they can control if the user receives a feedback e-mail or not.How do I do that? Disable Double Opt-in for a Klaviyo List (Competition Landing page email)

Hi,I created a competition landing page using pagefly with Klaviya sign up form. I’ve created my list and welcome email flow for the competition, but the “confirm your subscription” email keeps coming through. Is there a way to remove that seeing as entrants are already ticking boxes to receive marketing and clicking a subscribe button?Thank you!

Hi We are new to Klayvio and CRM and Email management- we have previously used Google contacts + YAMM (yet another mail merge) to email clients. We use Tags in Google contacts to manage segments (location, vip etc). Any advice for importing these contacts here? Sam

Popup signup form inconsistent behaviour?

Hi there,We have a popup signup form on our website that should appear after 30 seconds or when the user attempts to leave the page.However, this doesn’t seem to be working for us consistently. We have tested it on multiple accounts on Chrome and with incognito mode, and very rarely will it pop-up after 30 seconds. Sometimes it will popup after a few minutes, sometimes it will never appear. The “leave the page” feature also only works sometimes too, even after waiting a minute or so. Is there anything I’m missing from the settings or is this working as intended?Thanks in advance.

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) for WooCommerce, why can't I create a segment that works?

Hi everyone,I've tried creating a segment based on Historic Customer Lifetime Value, but it doesn't work. It should work, because I've check a few customer profiles that have orders more than 800 in value.Is there a problem with Klaviyo not being able to get Customer Lifetime Value?Notes:The platform I'm connecting to is Woocommerce. Placed Orders in the Pass 5 months is more than 500 There's no customer lifetime value section in profiles Started my Klaviyo account 2 days ago, is that the reason?Appreciate any guidance on this.Thank You

Can Klaviyo make the Viewed Product event segmentation more customisable?

Hello everyone. I was wondering whether Klaviyo may consider making segment creation more customisable when custom and Klaviyo properties involving user behaviour onsite are selected. At the moment, when using properties like this to segment, the only inclusion criteria it is possible to select is “equals” (see below).But can other options also be added to this? Say for example, “does not equal”; “contains”; “does not contain”? This would enable segments to be created for, in the example of “contains” segments, the segmentation of users according to a wider range of products, for example those with similar prefixes, or those of similar kinds. Let’s say you want to run a “Christmas” campaign, and you want to send an email to everyone who had viewed a product with “Christmas” in the product name. This would let you easily create that segment. It may be necessary for the “contains” option to work, to enable users to input values with free-text. At the moment it is a drop-down. Could the t

I have 798 Profiles but can send Campaign to 198, Why?

I am new to Klaviyo and haven’t export all my list since I want to go little by little until I understand the Platform, I choose all the list I have Profiles to send a Campaign, but I can send to only 198, I have only 3 profiles Suppressed so I know is not that, why is not showing all the profiles in List? and if is because they are not on a list, how I get them in a list. New to List triggers 2 Flows using filters -- but only 1 is sending properly

We have a subscription service and have created 2 welcome flows based on very simple criteria:Flow #1 (Welcome Free Subscribers) New to List “Subscribers” Recurly Plan Codes is False Flow #2 (Welcome Paid Subscribers) New to List “Subscribers” Recurly Plan Codes contains beta228 (the name of our paid plan) We sent a bunch of test users through the flow, and in Preview Trigger Setup both Flows looks perfect. For example, here is the preview of a test email that should get only Flow #2:PREVIEW TRIGGER SETUP FOR FLOW #1PREVIEW TRIGGER SETUP FOR FLOW #2So this email clearly should get flow #2, but Flow #2 is NOT being triggered (oddly, it seems to have worked once, but I cannot for the life of me see what distinguished that one Profile from the others). Automate property update of an email list feeding form my database server every time

What we are thinking to put into operation, if it is possible using Klaviyo is automate teh update of email list We have created previously in Klaviyo. We want Kaviyo to call a URL on our server from time to time in which it would be delivered email list data in JSON or CSV format so that Klaviyo updates the properties associated with every email.We wanted a straightforward and simple way so as not to overcomplicate with the API. We do not know if this is possible.Something similar to as if you periodically upload new CSV of contacts but in a periodic and automated way to keep Klaviyo's list updated with that of our database on our server It would also be useful if from our server we can call from time to time a URL that we define in Klaviyo and the emails will be passed in CSV or JSON format for Klaviyo to update or add to its email listSorry my english, thank you in advance

Importing contacts from one list to another

I’m running an email competition at the moment, using a sign up form. The people that sign up are going into a list, which I will use to select a winner.Once the competition is over, I’d like to import the people from that list into my main mailing list. Is the best way to do that by downloading the profiles as a csv and re-uploading into my main list? If so, how do I ensure all profiles are GDPR compliant? I have some profiles that say true or false next to ‘Accepts marketing’ but others are left blank. Help!

Will manually uploaded contact to a list overrule unsubscription?

Hi thereI’m running a campaign on social media to collect e-mail-adresses for my company’s newsletter. I have set up flows in Klaviyo so I can just import a file of contacts to a list and a welcome e-mail will be sent. My plan was to upload a the same growing list of contacts every day, counting on Klaviyo to differentiate between new contacts on my list and contacts, that were added the first time a week ago (and therefore had already received a welcome email).But now I have run into a problem: Some of the contacts (of course!) unsubscribe from the list after having received the welcome email. How do I make sure I do not resend e-mails to them when I keep on uploading the same, growing list?The contacts agree to receive e-mail marketing from our company, so the file I upload has an email consent column. Hope you can help me out!

Importing contact list didn't succeed

Hi,I exported a Klaviyo list to csv, then deleted all emails/accounts which hadn’t accept emailmarketing. After that, I tried to import the csv file again in Klaviyo to a new list, but Klaviyo said the e-mails were invalid. Does someone know how to fix this? Artur

If you delete a list will a segment off of this list also get deleted?

If you create a segment from a list and then delete the list does it delete the newly created segment profiles, as well?

Flow Coupon Expiration Date Dynamic Tag

Is there a way to dynamically pull in the coupon expiration date into a email in a Flow. I am generating the coupons at time of send and using {% coupon_code 'NAME_OF_YOUR_COUPON' %} in the initial email and also the reminders. I would like to put a date in the email showing the expiration date. I have tried {% expiration_date 'NAME_OF_YOUR_COUPON' %} with no luck. Thanks

Can't Integrate Typeform

I am trying to connect my typeform quiz to klaviyo. I click integrate, then select “Advanced Options” then “only sync specific forms” i copy and past the form id as show in the how to guide. “OvXTX6fP” and select “connect to typeform”. It brings me to the page ive screen shot below. Ive tried checking typeform status but everything is good. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Why is my successful delivery rate so low on my campaign?

I feel like I may have screwed up somewhere… I sent a campaign to a list of around 50k subscribers using local send time (and 15 segments; excluding profiles that need to be suppressed and those that are unengaged. After all was said and done though, the estimated size to send to was around 50k. There’s one time zone left to deliver to and the successful delivery rate is only 24%. Is that normal? I’ve noticed a previous campaign was sitting around 12% successful delivery rate last night and is now around 55%. Do I just have to wait longer? I’m getting a little freaked out by not having 99% successful deliveries. How accurate are the metrics while the campaign is still sending and how long should I wait before assessing the data? Thanks
