add a signup form to a shopify page

HiI have created a form in Kalviyo, called “Catalog Request” which has several fields to fill in.Want to create a page in Shopify and call it “Catalog Request” and want to form to be in that page.How do I exactly do this?(from the articles I red, I paste the embeded code, starting with “<div” in the page html, but no form apprear!) ThanksDanny

Embedded form on Shopify appears with no contents on site

Hi! I’ve attempted to follow Klaviyo’s instructions for inserting an embedded form created in Klaviyo onto my client’s Shopify site (Rewild Organics). There appears to be a div space made on the page when I insert the code snippet onto the page in theme files but the contents of the form appear to be empty.There was one instance in which I inserted the code snippet into a Template file (as opposed to in a Section file, which is where the installation manual points to), and the form successfully appeared both on the live site and in the Shopify front end page editor, but upon refresh the form was gone. So I have hope this can work, but I am confused.A few steps I have checked off according to the signup form troubleshooting page:My signup form code snippet is verified -- and we already have newsletter sign ups flowing to Klaviyo My site is live Behaviors tab is set to allow form to be viewable by all visitors and site URLs Not on internet explorer Have tried in an incognito window and c

Double Optin emails are not going out

When someone opts into the email list, I have them going to a specific URL (not the success note). I’m not sure if this is why the double optin emails are not going out, or if there is something I am missing. Help!Thank youi!

Signup Froms -> Subscriber and subsequent confirmation email "Yes, I want to subscribe"

Hello !Created a subscription form for new subscribers on my website.I would like to know if it is possible to prevent the user from receiving the subscription confirmation email to which he has just subscribed. Saving you a second confirmation from the user and making the flow go live right away.The Signup Forms works fine, it takes the user to the selected list, but if I can save that email that asks the user again if they want to subscribe to my newsletter again. We all know how this saving clicking user works.

"Active on site" triggered but not "viewed product" for some profiles

HiQUESTION(s):1a. Is it normal for “active on site” to trigger without triggering “viewed product”? If yes, then; 1b. Is there a way to extract product category information from active profiles that only have “Active on site” activity? Or is there a way to install a code for “active on site” to return to klaviyo the product category (or any product info) or page url.PLATFORM: BigcommerceCONTEXT:I’m working on creating profile segments based on product categories and my current approach is creating filters within “viewed products”, “started checkout” and “placed order”, where the respective product category is present.However, I noticed there’re lots active profiles that visited product pages but only triggered “active on site” and not “viewed product”, even though the “active on site” URL clearly shows a product page visit.It's a little frustrating because there's no way to dynamically get information on which product/product category the profile visited. New customers who sign up being added to Potential Purchases segment and not Newsletter list?

Hi, I have created a newsletter list that is connected to our welcome series flow. We have tested ourselves with emails with great success. We have disabled double opt in. However we have people appearing in the Potential Purchases segment, via the klaviyo sign up form. They are not appearing in the newsletter list and therefore not entering into our welcome series flow. From what we can see they are signing up and not going into the correct list. Are we missing something here?     We are using the standard welcome pop up.

unique coupon via form?

I know dynamic coupons can be added to email flows and SMS. But can a dynamic coupon be presented after signing up on a form? I mean, the coupon immediately appears on the site (in the form) not in an email.

issue with button return to cart on abandoned cart flow

Hello everyone,my issue is that my link to return to my cart isn’t working properly.It takes me to a 404 page of my bigcommerce site.I used the guideline for that flow properly I think, but I might have missed something.Here are the links I copied from their button:{{ organization.url|trim_slash }}{{ item.product.url }}and{{ organization.url }}cart.phpThese links aren’t sending me to the cart. Product subscription + location

Hi all!I appreciate any responses to a question I have in relation to how segment tags and lists can be linked.  My goals is to send emails based upon a set of preferences specified and collected in one subscription form.  (equipmentsurpluslist.com/alert)I would like to automatically send listings of products within specified area of search once they are listed to the site. Can this be done using Klaviyo?  Thanks in advance!Eric

How to trigger a flow based on a exit intent form?

Here is the scenario:Visitor comes to my site and looks around, and decides to leave.Exit intent popup shows and they fill it out to get a coupon emailed to them.They check their email and get the coupon.A period of time passes, say a month, and they come back to the site and look around and leaveThe exit intent popup shows again, this time prefilled since they’ve already filled it out.The problem is that they do not get a new email because they are already in the Exit Intent Coupon Flow. Is there a workaround to this?  Other platforms allow you to trigger a flow based on things like tags, and you can add/remove tags within a flow so you can keep people getting the same TYPE of email over and over again, like a exit intent coupon...

Klaviyo Basic Workflow - Trigger Inquiry

Greetings,Seeking for assistance with Klaviyo’s workflow triggers. I created the trigger for the following workflows:1) Abandoned Cart: Trigger will be when someone started checkout with delay of 1 hour, it will send an email. How does Klaviyo tracks the customer’s info when they started a checkout? Do you link the checkout page to Klaviyo for it to detect?2) Re-engagement: Trigger will be when someone ordered product with delay of 30 days, it will send an email. Does Klaviyo tracks all successful purchases or do you link it on the thank you page as acknowledgement that product is ordered?3) Can you also link a specific action to a list such as checkout that Klaviyo can add automatically in the list? 4) Is there a way to add a custom field for all contacts? I plan to have a workflow that will trigger based on their “Wedding Anniversary” similar to the birthday trigger. Hoping for your assistance and feedback. Thanks.

Is it possible to translate product.item.title to a different language?

Hi everyone!Hope somebody can help us with our issue.So we have a shopify store which was initially in German language (product names in shopify are in German) but lately we expanded to Netherlands as well.For the shopify frontend we are using a translation app.But here is the thing - when I’m sending abandoned cart email I use the item.product.title tag to show the product that the user wanted to buy, but because all the products are in german in shopify, it shows german product names even if we send emails to our NL customers. Because it pulls data from shopify.So my question is - is there a possibility to translate product names to a different language than it is in shopify and still use item.product.title tag.Hope I described the issue more or less clear.Thank you

1 list per form VS a couple main lists

Do you make a new unique list for each signup form you create? Or do you have a couple main lists that everyone is added to, and then use segments to pull form submission apart? What is your preference? What are the benefits? I’m interested in thoughts!

Referral integration or strategy recommendations

Hello Community, I’d like to incentivize and reward my subscribers for referring friends, coworkers, followers or family. I would love to offer tiered rewards based on volume of successful subscriptions. My plan is to add a referral block at the bottom of my emails. Is there an integration or a built-in feature that would allow me to track subscriber referrals that result in a new subscriber and reward customers accordingly? Rewards would be digital downloads, coupons and merch. Thank you,

Mailchimp Campaign data not imported although within 90 Day range and finished status

Hi there,i wonder why Klaviyo didn’t import any mailchimp campaign data although the conditions i’m aware of are all green.Mailchimp holds several finished campaigns within 90 days integration allows to sync campaign data Klaviyo integration itself is workingAny idea how i can make Klaviyo import campaigns from the past?Thanks in advance

Why is my account disabled?

Why is my account disabled and being reviewed?  I sent a test email out yesterday to 2 emails and it worked fine then I go to send my first newsletter to 13 people and it disbales my account and says it is under review?Highly frustrating when this is the exact service the app says it supports. Can anyone give me some advice or help explain it?
