BFCM Email content calendar

Hello, in a recent BFCM email there was a link to an excellent BFCM 2022 planning article, which had a  link to this BFCM content planning videoAt 3mins10s the video mentions that the content calendar is available as a free download on the Klaviyo Help centre, but I can’t seem to locate it - does anyone know where I might find it? Thanks,Meeta

403 errors on Get Profile endpoint

We have an integration between our platform (MentionMe) and Klaviyo and we’ve recently been seeing more and more 403 errors when calling the Get Profile endpoint (https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/get-profile). Think we saw this first ones on 15 March, and last night we saw about 150 of these for various Klaviyo clients.I had a look at our logs and the response we’re getting from the API is the one bellow:[image removed]These seems to usually happen during the night. For example, last night we had errors between 06/04/2022 02:14:02 - 06/04/2022 04:08:31I’ve checked the Klaviyo status page but there is no incident reported there. Has anyone else seen something similar?

Back in stock button DO NOT APPEAR as a BUTTON on Dawn Theme

Hello Everyone!I have new theme Dawn, and now when I install back in stock button, it’s not a button anymore 😃It is just a piece of text. I cannot access any support as my account is older than 60 days, but I am also not a developer to fix it myself. I would be very thankful is someone from our community would be able to help me to fix the damaged code Klavyio provides for back in stock button. I want it to be as before - instead of ADD TO CARD → Notify MeI also do not want to have this button ON when product is in stock. It worked very well before but now it is al messed up and for person without coding skills not possible to fix.

How to you search a sent campaign for a profile?

Hi There, Since migrating from CM we’ve had people complaining on a fairly consistent basis that they’re receiving emails despite unsubscribing.The latest person has ‘Accepts Marketing’ set to false and Klaviyo states ‘never subscribed’ - can we search a sent campaign for a specific recipient and if so, how?Also, this aspect to the Shopify integration is frankly baffling for something so important. We HATE finding out that we’re disrespecting our customer’s wishes like this.If an account in Shopify has marketing turned-off, why doesn’t Klaviyo honour this?Any help would be much appreciated.Cheers, BenP.S. Dynamic content in an email pointing at "Newest Blog Post"

I am working on building a re-engagement flow that will send an email template that dynamically pulls the name, image, blurb, and URL of the latest blog posted on our website.I know Klaviyo can pull products into an email dynamically - but can I o the same for our blog pages, How would I tag these pages for Klaviyo to “see” them and how can I keep them differentiated from the actual products that we have triggers around? Thank you

How do I correctly set up my product review flow

I have set up a product review flow & made it active but I don’t think it’s set up correctly. I would like customers that have purchased only once to get one email & then customers that have purchased multiple times to get a different email. Can you help me correct this?

Hello, I read all the google subjects on this matter yet no one found solution.I am using an adblock and because of that I am unable to finish signup email.On my iphone signup form isn’t even available..Never had this issue on any website doing a signup form.For those who would like to try and maybe figure out what is going on:www.essencehouse.co"An error occured when submitting. How to trigger a flow based on a exit intent form?

Here is the scenario:Visitor comes to my site and looks around, and decides to leave.Exit intent popup shows and they fill it out to get a coupon emailed to them.They check their email and get the coupon.A period of time passes, say a month, and they come back to the site and look around and leaveThe exit intent popup shows again, this time prefilled since they’ve already filled it out.The problem is that they do not get a new email because they are already in the Exit Intent Coupon Flow. Is there a workaround to this?  Other platforms allow you to trigger a flow based on things like tags, and you can add/remove tags within a flow so you can keep people getting the same TYPE of email over and over again, like a exit intent coupon...

Variable for 2+ items in "Thank you" flow

How to add a clickable phone number to an email

There are many reasons you might want to provide a phone number for customers to reach you at, and it’s a great way to keep an open line of communication with your customers if you offer phone support. So how do you easily share that with a customer in an email?There are two ways you can add a click-to-call link to your emails:Add it as linked text. If you mention your phone number within a text block, you can hyperlink it to your phone number by adding the following HTML to your text block’s source code:  <a href="tel:+18881235467">1-888-123-5467</a>.   Add it as a button. Drag and drop a button into your message. Add an appropriate call to action in the Button Text field, and instead of a Link URL, add “tel:+18881235467”  Be sure to replace the example number with your own number, and keep the same formatting as in the example.

If you’ve set up a Back in Stock Flow, you might be wondering which products have the most requests. With Klaviyo you can generate a report of product requests from your Back in Stock Flow and subscribe to it to get regularly updated reports. To do so, navigate to your flow and click on the back in stock delay in the flow. From here, click on "View Back in Stock Product Request Report." This takes you to the report for the back in stock flow. Adding new drag n drop functionality to an existing template

Hi there,I saw a couple of answers that almost hit on this topic, but not exactly. I need to add some custom code to an existing KL d-n-d template. I’m assuming that the ENTIRE template needs to be imported from new html and the KL tags added after. (When I do that, the editables act the same as KL templates). Thanks!Don

Can I block certain names (spam) from ending up on my profile list?

Every few months I get hit with 20 - 30 new profiles All from Mark Mustermann with an email of fake(insert zipcode here) @fakemail.com Is there a way to mass delete them or maybe a way to prevent that name from ending up on the list or maybe anything with fakemail.com addresses?

Hello, I am trying to set up a flow where I get notified when a customer joins my list.I saw “You can also customize the triggered notification to include all key details about the new subscriber as well as any form data that got populated to their profile after filling out your form.” - how do I get this information included on the notification email?

Lead magnet to new and existing contacts

Hi. I’m setting up a lead magnet for a client. This will be an embedded form on a landing page on the website. I think I know how I can deliver the freebie AND add them to the welcome flow, but how can I offer this same freebie to existing contacts via the embedded form.They’ll likely see it and want it too, but they’ll already be signed up.How can I do this?

Recover Deleted List/Segment?

I just accidentally deleted an important list or segment (not sure which type it was) and now my flow isn’t going to work. I created the list/segment a while back and don’t remember how to set it up.It’s for people that opt in to my store footer and or are coming from Etsy for a coupon code. Is there a way to recover it or recreate it? Thanks!

Why does my Abandoned Cart Flow has low Delivered message numbers?

I have had the abandoned cart flow up and running on my Shopify store for over a month.  The flow is triggering however, the percentage delivered is extraordinary low, less than 3% (image below).  What is causing this behavior and what’s a possible fix?Metrics of Flow Over 30 Days

How to double check product links are working in Browse Abandonment Flow?

Hello, I’ve just set up a Browse Abandonment Flow using the Klaviyo template for this. I’m ready to go live but I wanted to double check the links are going to work. I’ve tested it in the Preview but when I click on the product link it goes to a 404 page. I presume this is because it’s not live? Or are my links broken? This is what I’ve done… Here’s the code of the image:Is that Link URL correct? I’m guessing that might be the issue. Why don't the subscribers from my Shopify Subscriber Box get added to my Welcome Series List?

Hi Everyone,New to Klaviyo but loving the features so far. Way better than Mailchimp and Seguno which I’ve used in the past.I’m having one small problem that I can’t figure out. I have 2 subscription signup areas on my website:First is the Signup Form popup through Klaviyo. These subscribers get automatically added to the “Welcome Series” List in Klaviyo. They all start receiving emails from the “Welcome Series” flow. This is perfect. Second is the Shopify Theme Subscriber Box at the bottom of my homepage. These subscribers get added to the “Customers” in Shopify and then get added to my “All - Newsletter” Segment (my full campaign list of everyone who has subscribed) in Klaviyo but don’t get added to my “Welcome Series” List in Klaviyo. How do I also get them included automatically into my “Welcome Series” List so they start receiving the “Welcome Series” flow?The site is www.sharetoiletpaper.com for reference.Thanks in advanced!Jeff
