I’m looking to tap into the college student demographic. Does anyone have a reliable lead source they’ve used in the past to gather emails? Or perhaps the best trick for leverage our current master list so that I can sort out the college students or college emails? Thanks!cmfinigan
Hi there,I know that custom fonts don’t work in all email environments. Most email environments are displaying a backup font (custom font is Acumin Pro Condensed, backup should be Helvetica, Arial or a generic sans-serif). In Outlook 2010 and 2016 it’s displaying as Times New Roman. Is there a way to make the backup display correctly in those versions of Outlook? If it can’t display Acumin I’d like it to display Arial/Helvetica. Is this possible in the new drag & drop template?Thanks!
Hey, I wanted to change my avatar for my clients, I saw a post on this forum that said I had to create a gravatar account with the same email. But it doesn't work :/ So what can I do to customize my Avatar (the profile picture shown on my mail).(I use 1&1 for my work email).I already contacted the support klaviyo and told me it might be a problem with 1&1 (ionos) but what do you think about it ? I have a “Welcome Back” flow setup to encourage users to revisit the site with gradually increasing discount codes offered throughout the journey. Some customers are willing to wait until I offer the final code in the flow, but that code is the same no matter how many times they have completed the flow, so they cannot use it again. Is there a way to make it so every time the flow is re-entered, they are given a new code by the time they go through the entire flow?
It seems a version of this question has been asked and answered in the past, but just to confirm:It is not currently possible to inject actual content into a template (or direct HTML) via the API?Looking at the API documentation, I don’t see any way fields that seem to support it. The reason why I am asking is that we use Klaviyo for transactional emails right now (for ecommerce) and would like to test ways of publishing content from our site as newsletters. Mailchimp does to support this option, to fetch content from a site, and inject that content as HTML into a campaign (we are using Make for API integrations). Hi,My automation email when sending to myself, It won’t show the image unless I press the button “display image”. Is there a way to automatically show the image? the email I got from others seems like is from a image link or something. This below email I don't need to click “display image below” in order to show the image. Does anyone know why?
When I look at my flow data for the past X amount of days the skipped email amount showing for the lifetime of the email. For example, if I look at the past 30 days or past 90 the skipped amount stays the same and does not reflect the time period selected. The other metrics adjust according. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you!
Hi,I was wondering if it is necessary to get consent and make subscribers sign up the consent box in emails as well. I have seen some brands do it while some just don’t do it in emails.Also if I want to keep my double opt in disabled how can I make sure the message doesn't go to someone who didn’t decide to sign up. Like if someone misspells an email or gives some other persons email just for the discount how do I make sure they don’t receive mails without consent. What is the worst that can happen if I send to those people who didn’t actually opt in.One last thing, I am aware that different countries have different spam protection rules….so is there a resource that explains those rules in a much simpler form.
Hi, Im looking for advice on how to effectively segment my lists - I have a store that sells kimonos and jewellery. I have created segments for people who have viewed product or bought product from each category. However I have the issue of people coming onto the website and viewing the category page but not viewing a specific product meaning they dont get segmented. Now as far as I can tell, I can create a rule to segment for viewed product contains xyz but I cannot create a rule for viewed category page. I should also mention that they are being subscribed to a single main list and then being segmented from that list. One solution I have is if i want to send a newsletter about kimonos, I can send to my list and then exclude jewellery buyers/ viewers. However, the issue with this is that I have people who still come onto the jewellery category but dont view products, and thus dont get segmented. So then these people still end up recieving my kimono newsletter when they arent interest
I was in Klayvio the other night and noticed that I had a high number of skips. I did a bit of digging to see that most of the skips came from failing the flow filters. I’m running an abandoned cart sequence and the filter is simply “Placed Order 0 times since starting this flow filter”. What I found interesting was that to total number of skipped email and total sales on our site didn’t add up for a given time. Does anyone know of another reason why these email would be skipped or something in the flow that I could be missing?
Hello everyone. I am very new to Klaviyo. :-)I have installed a back in stock notification on my Shopify store (yes I am super proud of myself).I have totally tailored the pop-up with all my brand colours, but the notify me button on the actual product page looks awful and I can’t for the life of me work out how to change the colours of it?It’s set to btn but it comes up like this (see screenshot). I’m using the Taste theme if that’s relevant.The script says ‘centre’… but it’s not centred and while the text font matches the other text on the page, I’d really rather have it in another colour (we use a teal and a watermelon pink as our branding colours for which I have the hex codes). Thank you so much for any advice to fix this annoying issue!
Is this the right place to report platform / editor level bugs?Bugs:Editor > Product block > The cells inner content should be aligned to the “top” or “start.” As seen in my screenshot, when one cell has more content than the rest, it is centering the content in the cell, and create an undesirable space above the shorter cells. See screenshot below. Editor > Social Links block > The Tik Tok icon is larger than all the rest. It appears in the “small” icon size setting. For consistency, all the social icons should be realigned, across all size settings. We are running different campaigns at www.legeakademiet.dk where we would like to create a popup, which tells the visitor about the current campaign offer. So I have created a sign up form and removed the form fields and just added an image and a text block, so it works more as a sales banner. But i'm missing the opportunity to set a start and a end date for when the campaign should run.Is that not possible to schedule a sign-up form?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me? In order to comply with external regulations, one of my clients need to ensure that each customer on their database has their own account on their website. They currently have a list of customers that have different names and the same email address because they’re a family member, friend etc., but I need to segment these people so that we can add them into a flow to send them the email to update their details or create a separate account. Does anyone know how I could segment these people? I’ve already tried things such as Person’s first name equals 2 but have had no luck so was hoping someone would know if there’s an answer? I want to be able to get around manually uploading a CSV as a list but don’t know whether it’s possible or not? Thanks!
Hello Folks!So I just created a welcome series SMS signup and having issues with the discount link being sent back by Klaviyo taking over 1 min to come back. I originally had a virtual card also but that caused the delay to be 2mins so I removed that already. Great example of a gold standard here is Jaxxon’s mobile signup, the text message almost comes back instantly, sending you right back to the website. That 45-60s is going to kill the bounce rate for me. Any solutions/anyone else experienced this?
We have an integration between our platform (MentionMe) and Klaviyo and we’ve recently been seeing more and more 403 errors when calling the Get Profile endpoint (https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/get-profile). Think we saw this first ones on 15 March, and last night we saw about 150 of these for various Klaviyo clients.I had a look at our logs and the response we’re getting from the API is the one bellow:[image removed]These seems to usually happen during the night. For example, last night we had errors between 06/04/2022 02:14:02 - 06/04/2022 04:08:31I’ve checked the Klaviyo status page but there is no incident reported there. Has anyone else seen something similar?
