Where are my form unique IDs? I need to add them to triggers/conditional splits

Hello. I’m almost ready to pull my hair out, so any help will be very much appreciated.I’ve got a list going, and I want to set up two different triggers: one Welcome email series for Discount subscribers one Welcome email series for Non Discount subscribersIf I understood things correctly, my initial trigger is “Subscribes to Mailing List”, then I add a conditional split in my Discount email flow thusly:Properties about someone > Unique ID > equals > (the first discount email ID) Properties about someone > Unique ID > doesn’t equal > (the first non-discount email ID)I’ll then have to reverse this in my Non Discount email flow, so that those subscribing to my non discount list see the non-discount emails but don’t see the discount ones.FIRST QUESTION: is what I did above correct?SECOND QUESTION: where do I find the correct Unique IDs for each email list? I’m assuming it’s the code that appears when I click Edit on my Email #1 for each series, but I’m either going ment

How to bulk update profile properties , & without wiping out existing data?

We sell a STEM product and have different kits depending on whether you’re a grandparent buying it as a gift for a grandchild, or a teacher purchasing a kit suited to their kindergarten.We’re wanting 1 master list, and to segment that by different verticals that use our products. Our list size is around 5k contacts.We want segments such as “gift buyers,” “kindergarten teachers,” “primary school teachers,” etc.I’m lost as to where to start, have tried to look into tags, segments, properties...So far I suspect it’s best to create custom properties?But I can’t see how to bulk add properties to existing profiles.Do I need to export our list, add the new column/property, then re-upload? I’m so worried it will override the existing profile of each email address!!! But am OK with manually going thru the exported spreadsheet and updating each contact if that’s the best way to do it and it won’t affect other existing profile data when we re-upload.And do I understand right that once we’ve uploa

Table - Stack on mobile

So, I’m very surprised that the Table element doesn’t have a function to allow stacking columns on mobile. I’m trying to create a design where you have [image] [description][description] [image] And I’d like the description to move under the image when I am on mobile.Currently, it’s really not looking great.And adding a “mobile only” version table increases the size of the email and it ends up being clipped on Gmail. The Split option doesn’t work for me as it’s not possible to vertically align the description textAnd the column layout just adds useless bits of code + I need to add single columns on top of each 2-column I want to create to give more space and to add titles and description to my design.Overall, I’m stuck between trying to create a mobile-friendly version of my email and good design :/Now I understand more and more why most ecom brands are going for the “image” only emails as it makes it much easier to do whatever you want without risking to have emails ending up too heav

What is one best practice or recommendations you have for creating a high-performing welcome series?!

Regarding klaviyo client subscription api of v2023

Hello I am using 2023 api that is this one https://a.klaviyo.com/client/subscriptions/?company_id=my company id to subscribe profiles in list I m able to that with postman but with node api I am getting 202 accepted but the data is not getting stored and also my list have single opt in enabled kindly help me with this I m not getting error but data not getting stored except data sent with postman.Any help would be appreciated. I have verified my body databy consoling there is no error in json format

Re: Outook 365 email formatting - no paragraphs

I am trying to work on my email templates, however in outlook 365 desktop, they show up with no paragraph breaks in them. They look fine out my mobile device. Does anyone have any tips?

Why Doesn't my Abandoned Cart Flow Send When A Customer Doesn't Check Out?

I had setup the abandoned cart flow, I also notice there is someone add to cart. However, when the customer didn’t check out the cart, the abandoned cart flow didn’t send out the email. Just wonder didn’t i missed out any setting?

Shopify newsletter subscribers are not going into klaviyo newsletter list

Hello, I have a problem with the subscription sign up area on my website. I would like all of the subscribers to be added to my klaviyo “Newsletter” list so that my welcome series can be triggered.When a new subscriber signs up, they are added to the “email subscribers” list with the tag “newsletter” in shopfiy, but it does not get added to any list on Klaviyo. I have set up Klaviyo.js and it says it’s successfully installed on the site In the integrations tab, I have selected “Newsletter” for the list for the subscribers who accept marketing through Shopify. I don’t have “double opt in” selectedI would appreciate any suggestions! Thanks

Any way to "click and copy" discount code from an email?

Hi all,A client wants to allow customers to “click and copy” the Klaviyo discount code to their clipboard and be taken to the cart to “paste” that code into the coupon field.  I guess they’re trying to make it easier for a customer to use the coupon code, but I’m not sure how this can be done in Klaviyo email.

Can I Automatically Remove Someone from a List and Add Them to a Flow?

Hi all,Would it be possible to remove someone from a list automatically? I mean through a flow or 3th party integration?I have the following use case:I have build a yogaselector in ManyChat that puts someone on a list in Klaviyo (and updates custom properties). Klaviyo kicks off a flow that sends the results of the selector in an Email.If someone fills out the yogaselector in ManyChat again the custom fields might be updated and the Email with the updates scores would be sent.I thought that maybe removing someone from the list just after the first mail is sent and put them back on the list would be the way to go. But I don't see any possiblities to automatically remove someone. Not with a flow, not directly with the ManyChat integration nor via Zapier.Do you think it's (im)possible and/or would there be another way to accomplish what I'd like?Thanks in advance for your thoughts!Tim

Klaviyo will not save the link text and URL on my text block.

Hi, I am trying to add a link text and URL to a text block inthe email builder. However it will not save the information. I have already emptied the cache and restarted the browser. Also I pressedthe "Save and Return to Templates" button afterwards but it will just not keep the information.I am trying to link this URL: https://www.it-fits.com.au/pages/8-reasons-to-buy-it-fitsIs there a problem with the format perhaps?Attached 2 screenshoots, first one where I have input the the infos and second one when I go there again to check.It seems also other designs elements or text we used did not always save. Bulk Upload Property Filters for a Segment

I have a list of around 300 custom properties we are using and I’d like to find a way to bulk upload them to a segment definition filter. Right now it seems like my only option is manually enter them as “OR” filters but this is very time consuming for so many properties. Surely there has to be an easier way to do this?

Back In Stock with woocommerce

Hi,Do somebody find a solution to implement back in stock flow with Klaivyo and Woocommerce ?natively, it is possible only with shopify. I did it with a List, form and woocommerce hooks but with this method, I have to send email and create new list manualy each time… Regards

Why Are Both Shopify and Klaviyo Sending Confirmation Emails for Double Opt-In?

Hey there,I just started using Klaviyo and I love it but I am running into one major problem. I think it is great that the integrated signup forms in Shopify sync with Klaviyo but it results in one issue for me: the Shopify system as well as the Klaviyo system send confirmation emails for the double opt-in. Problem is, I cannot disable double opt-in on Shopify because that would mean anyone can sign up (including bots) and I also cannot disable double opt-in on Klaviyo because double opt-in is required in my country.Does anyone know how to work around this issue?Any help is appreciated.Thank you,

Conditional Split Specific Email Open

I'm looking to add a conditional split to one of my flows. Essentially, we are sending 4 emails over 1 month. After 30 days they hit the conditional split. I'm looking to have anyone who has opened one of those 4 emails continue on the flow and anyone who has NOT opened one of those 4 emails to be split onto a separate branch. However, when I go to make the trigger, it is just a generic "Opened Email at least once in the last 30 days".  There is a filter option, but when I select it and go to choose my property it says there are no items on this list. I found this article on segments where it's mentioned that you can build segments off who opened a specific email. Flow notification opt-in for email address is not working

I’m having troubles adding an address to receive a notification email sent by a Flow. All the addresses I add don’t receive any opt-in emails.Is it possible to manually opt-in an email to receive Flow notification emails?

Back in Stock Button Not Working

Hello,Is there anyone out there that might be able to help me out with this issue?Problem: When selecting a product that is sold out - #1 the notify me when back in stock button is not showing up. #2 But, when the product page is refreshed it does show up - #3 however it will show up even for products that are in stock (right under the add to cart button)I attached a few screen shots of the code and what the buttons looks like. 1,2,3If someone has experienced this and can help me out it would be super helpful. Why isn't my flow sending to everyone in my segment?

Hi!  I have created a Segment where about 7,000 subscribers got in. I used this Segment to trigger my Newsletter flow. However, when emails were sent and I get to check the analytics, only 1,000+ emails were delivered.   Can someone please tell me why it wasn’t delivered to all 7,000+ segment subscribers? This goes the same as the next emails on the flow. The Delivered number just keeps getting smaller and smaller. Here’s for the last email that is in that flow:  Only 137 were delivered, 482 waiting to be delivered. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I already back-populated the flow. Will that help? All I want is for the 7,000 subscribers to receive all the emails I have prepared in the Newsletter flow. Someone help please! Thank you so much!
