How do you exclude people or groups from campaign analytics?

I’d like to include all of the internal people in our company on certain external emails, but not have their opens and clicks registered when we review campaign results. Is there a way to do this?

how to use RSS feed in email

I set up xml feeds successfully in Klaviyo from RSS feeds from Shopify blogs… I did my very best to follow the one article that describes doing dynamic content, but it does not work… anyone have thoughts? also, there is no indication of how Klaviyo can pickup just the latest/new content since the last email went out, like Mailchimp does. any ideas?

Abandoned cart flow: emails not being sent when I test the flow

Hi all - can someone help me to work out if I have set up my abandoned cart flow properly? I have been testing it and haven’t received any abandoned cart emails after 4 hours.My website is a Shopify site.I placed a product in the cart and then left the website 4 hours later (which is the timing of the delay) I didn’t receive any abandoned cart email, even though I just used the default flow that was in Klaviyo. I set the filter to ‘placed order zero times since starting flow’. Then it should send the “It looks like you left something behind” email. (The 2nd email “Your cart is about to expire” I have intentionally left as a draft as I want to test just sending one abandoned email first)I thought maybe the reason I wasn’t receiving any abandoned cart email might be because I wasn’t logged in to the Shopify site. But I tried it by logging in and I still didn’t receive anything. Thank you all for any help you can provide!Cheers

Abandoned cart flow - multiple add to cart events for 1 user

Hello, I am setting up a flow for people that added to cart and did not purchase or started checkout.I am using the predefined flow in the flow library.I have some customers that are adding multiple items in their cart and it seems that this will create multiple events for that users, vs. 1 event with multiple product.Is it normal or a set-up problem on my store?The issue it creates is that:the trigger (add to cart) will potentially send multiple emails to the same person (manageable through flow filters and smart sending), I can only link show product in the email I will send to the customer during the flow (vs. showing all the items added to the cart, like on the abandoned checkout flow) I am not sure what product will be shown in the re-reminder I will send in that flow to the same customer. it might be another one compared to the 1st email I have sent.Am I doing something wrong? or misunderstanding how the flow will work?Thanks.Steven

How to link button to your Update Preference page

So far we’ve been sending out one email to all our subscribers. We’d like to better understand our customers, their needs and preference to better serve them emails that are relevant. I’m planning to send them an email to update their email preference. I’ve updated the default preference page with additional questions using the checkboxes option. What I’m struggling with is actually linking it to a button in the email. When I used {% manage_preferences %} in place of the button URL, it displays as:
