Hello everyone, I’m hoping i can find some guidance/advice on the issues I am having with my Klaviyo & Shopify. I’ve been in business for almost a year now but I am now just finally starting to collect more e-mails to gain more traction and revenue both online and in-store. I use Shopify for both my website and POS. I installed Klaviyo a number of months ago and played with it a little and gave up - I’m more eager than ever now to get in on email marketing but I’ve definitely made a mess out of things when it comes to my lists, segments, customers etc… Because I use POS through Shopify I find that those customers do not get added or e-mailed with any flows when I did have everything running (flows & campaigns) I’ve also found it hard to get the segments to work properly as currently I have customers who’ve been subscribed and shopping through my business for numerous months but have ended up in new subscribers… I kind of wish there was just a huge reset button to wipe the
Hi all, As much as I love the new template editor, it sure feels a bit buggy and not ready for prime time.The UI becomes unresponsive at times and you need to leave the editor and come back Sometimes auto save stops and the save button doesn’t work, so you basically lose your edits since last save. The section padding switch is funky; if you set some padding, leave the panel, and come back, it looks “off” even though there’s clearly padding visible in the section. Clicking the switch again “resets” the padding to default values. So better remember how much padding you have in there, and try not to touch it. Preview is weird, especially mobile preview. When you remove the mobile margins, preview still shows margins around the content. Only if you actually send a test email you can confirm that the margins are actually gone. Also, sometimes I need to leave the editor and come back in order for preview to show things correctly. Undo is nice, but not really unreliable. Sometimes it undoes

I am using the new editor and have run into an issue. I am using the table block with copy and an image. When I try to type copy in the Column box under Table Settings/Table Style (see image below), I need to re-select the box after every letter or space or delete...I cannot type normally to create the copy that will be shown in my email.Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there something I’m doing wrong? Is there a solution or workaround?thanks!
Hi, I wanted to know how do I set up flows in a way so that they don’t clash with each other.For example if someone is in my welcome series and they abandon their cart how do I make sure that the exit the welcome series and receive only the abandoned cart mails. Also I want my subscribers to receive the first three welcome emails regardless of their actions…… that is I don't want the abandoned cart to trigger if the subscriber hasn't received at least three welcome emails. We have a ported toll-free number (US+CA) and need to be able to receive images and videos from our subscribers. I’ve been searching desperately for a solution with no luck! Any ideas on how to work around this? I tried using the Zendesk integration (long shot), have researched toll-free text forwarding… Currently running in circles finding no solutions. Any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Hi there whenever I change the product image on my shopify store my existing flows load without any image at all. In the past I would go and update each email manually but now I have hundreds of automated emails with this product in it. How can I do this in bulk?
Hello, I’ve just started setting up some of my flows, including my welcome flow. I send out mini campaigns every week, and would like to exclude anyone that’s in the welcome flow so they don’t get the campaign emails just yet. I know I can exclude certain segments from the campaign but how do I go about creating a segment of anyone that’s in the welcome flow? I couldn’t see an option for ‘Is in X flow’ within the segments builder, what’s the best (neatest/easiest!) way to do this?Thanks,Meeta
Hey, I have been trying to make design for my email marketing but every time I make design. The size can’t fit right in the editor either it appears too large or small etc.How can I know the right dimensions of a photo that will fit in the editor and my design as total? Thanks in advance.
Hi - I am trying to update my Images & Brand settings and have been able to update everything but the default font under “styles”. When I click on the menu I have no option but century gothic. Is there something I’m missing?I have added Fonts under the Fonts section but it does not seem to impact the default font under Brand.
i am repeatedly getting this error every time i go in to edit flow details. error pops up on all new flows I create. Instantly when I go into the flow editor everything is froze, and ~30 seconds later this error pops up. If I click “wait” it will stay frozen for ~30 seconds and again will repeat the error. I’ve tried deleting and remaking flows and nothing works.

Hi, I have an issue with Dedicated Sending Domain. How to properly add the DNS, if I cannot use all the characters? It gives me this error: I can use ‘kl.domainkey’ or ‘kl_domainkey’ but I cannot use both dot and _ at once as it is stayed I should..I’d appreciate any help!
Hi there, I think there’s something broken in our flows and can’t seem to figure out why. I took over a brands email marketing. At the time, there weren’t sending campaigns, they had no pop ups in place and their entire flows needed a complete overhaul. So the first thing we did was to overhaul the flows and made sure they were set up properly. Next was to set up a pop up… which we did. But after a couple days, we noticed the pop ups wasn’t working properly. After troubleshooting, we found out Klaviyo’s onsite tracking wasn’t enabled for the website which meant customers weren’t getting our site abandonment and browse abandonment flow. We toggled it on this week and the pop ups started working. But here’s the thing… we’re capturing leads with the pop ups but they’re not being added into the welcome flow (most are but not all) and i can’t figure out why. I don’t know if Klaviyo’s onsite tracking contributes to why our flows are getting such low numbers. Hoping someone could help out wi
Hello, I have set up a segment for customer spend over $500 - this segment has 250+ customers in it.I was to send a thank you email but can’t seem to begin the flow. I have tried back-populating, changing filters and adding a time delay but nothing works. Any advice? thank you
