Is my idea possible in Klaviyo?

Hello everyone, I've had this idea I want to implement for a client. In a nutshell, I want to develop a flow system that uses the concept of progressive personalization. What this means is, I want to further personalize the next email, based on the users activity in the previous email of a flow. Here's an example: User gets sent Email 1 as part of a flow, and in that email they click on Product 1. This now means, that in Email 2 of the flow, they will receive recommendations for Products 1.2 and 1.3. As you can guess, these products are closely related to Product 1. I've been researching all the possibilities, but I'm not entirely sure whether this exact use case is possible or not. Also, if you know how this can be done, it'll be greatly appreciated to receive some sort of guidance of how the setup for this would look like. Updating Campaign Names

Hi Community.In order to implement a more clear organizational structure and/or to make it easier to distinguish between campaigns, I am wanting to edit some existing campaign names. This would be for campaigns that haven’t sent yet. I’m not seeing any way to do this. But I also don’t see that anyone else has ever come across the need or had any trouble doing it - making me think that either my request is asinine or that I’m overlooking a very simple solution. Thank you for any direction you have to offer.

Order Reminder SMS Automation

We are trying to automate an SMS reminder to all customers who have not placed their weekly order by the order cut off deadline. BackgroundNew menu released = Monday/TuesdayOrder deadline = Thursday 1.pm. Surplus item sales (one-off sale day) = Saturday What I am really trying to achieve is send an SMS to everyone that has consented, but has not placed an order in the Mon/Tues - Thursday window. Even when I back populate this, it only adds a handful of people.The biggest problem I see is that placing an order is required to enter the flow. So, theoretically, if week 1 we have 100 customers order, on week 2 only customers from this population who don’t place an order will get the SMS (where we are actually trying to send it to everyone who has consented and not ordered). I figured back populating would solve this, but it does not. I’m at a loss for how to automate this. We’ve been doing it manually with campaigns/segments, but with Klaviyo segments updating only every 24 hours, some pe

Does the new account need to warm up the domain again? If the domain is already warmed up by a different Klaviyo account, the new Klaviyo account does not need to warm up the sending domain again. However, it’s important to be cognizant of the performance of all Klaviyo accounts that are using the same sending domain, as it will affect the sender reputation of that one domain.

magento module uninstalled but still JavaScript

Hi,We used the official Magento plugin via composer for about a year or so, but recently we're forced to stop using.We followed instructions to disable and remove, and inside admin config area etc are gone.However we still see a load of JavaScript on the front page.Does anyone know how to remove this pls? Klaviyo and Shopify Integration

Shopify keeps forcing a new Klaviyo account to integrate with, when I try to integrate Shopify and Klaviyo. Not the Klaviyo account I have PAID FOR. I can not get Shopify to integrate with my actual Klaviyo account, and I can not delete the new Klaviyo account it created. What is the deal with Shopify and Klaviyo? Looks like they don't work well together? Noticed Klaviyo app has a low rating on Shopify’s app store. Can see why now.
