Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me resolve a worrying problem.Over the last few weeks we have been hit by spam activity which is adding a large number fake email addresses to our audience. It looks like they are using our Newsletter sign up facility as access. The format of the spam record’s name is always 0ykAAKrjU2 9Bygq83ijO. A 10 character ‘first name’ and a 10 character ‘last name’. Email domains are very varied with no clear pattern.I’ve managed to remove lots of the spam records but approx 200 are being added per day. How do I block them?

Since all emails sent from Klavyio in my shopify site are bounced I found this interesting article https://www.duocircle.com/email-security/learning-to-set-up-spf-dkim-and-dmarc-for-klaviyo - but I cannot do anything since there is no Domain tab in my settings in Klaviyo.

I’ve been building abandoned cart, checkout and browse email flows, following the instructions in:How to Insert a Dynamic Image in an Email (new editor) How to Insert a Dynamic Image in an Event-Based Flow Email (classic editor) How to Build Dynamic Blocks in a Flow Email (new editor) How to Build Dynamic Blocks in a Flow Email (classic editor) How to Build Dynamic Blocks in a Flow Email Repeating a Block Based on Dynamic DataI can get the table to repeat, and bring in the subsequent products. However, if there’s more than one item in the abandoned basket it shows the text of those products twice (i.e. if there were two products in the basket, it shows product 1, product 2, product 1, product 2). Also, for some reason I can only seem to bring in the image from the first product (‘0’) and that then repeats so it shows for the wrong items. I know it’s because the variable is wrong, but I’ve played with iterations of what I think it should be and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried:{{ event.extra

Hello, good afternoon. I'm Julian and I would like to know how to import a font. I've read all the Klaviyo documents and I don't understand one thing. I have the folder with the downloaded fonts on my computer and I don't understand how to upload them to Klaviyo. I understand that I should put the URL where the fonts are hosted, but I don't have that URL, only the folder with the fonts. Is there a way to upload the folder with the fonts, or should I create a host to host them? Thank you.

Is it possible to create a send preview email in saved templates? At the moment you have to edit template, then preview, then send a test. Would be much easier if had the option here in this drop down as well. Thanks

Meta (formerly Facebook) has supported and recommended ‘Value-Based Customer Lists’ since 2017. It has been best practice for advertisers ever since, yet Klaviyo still does not support them. Where this was once a ‘new feature’ that Klaviyo doesn’t support - it has gradually matured into being a glaring omission of the Klaviyo x Meta integration. Put simply, this feature enables audience uploads to feature a ‘Lifetime Value’ column for each customer - so that Meta can create lookalikes weighted towards your most loyal/valuable customers; rather than finding lookalikes of low-value customers, which results in you finding more prospective low-value customers. Klaviyo has data available to support the ‘value’ column in their Meta audience uploads, but this feature requires their attention and some prioritisation in order to deliver the baseline feature support that empowers the Custom Audiences they create. Here is some additional documentation: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/10330

Hello Klaviyo Community, I am currently creating an Abandoned Checkout Flow and used the pre-built flow with the "Checkout Started" trigger. When I preview and test the button on the first customer profile, it redirects me to the checkout page as expected. However, when I check the other profiles (from the 2nd onwards), the button redirects me to the home page of the website instead. Can you please help me understand why this is happening? The checkout button only works correctly for the first profile in the preview, but it fails to work for profiles 2-10.You can try it in the pre-built flow of Klaviyo to see if we are encountering the same issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

The reviews carousel widget that has been installed on my site’s homepage has stopped updating featured reviews as of 13 days ago. I’ve selected many reviews to feature in the last 13 days and none of these latest reviews are showing up on the homepage widget. I’ll also mention that every other widget is updating and displaying on my site accurately, it is only my carousel widget that isn’t updating. Any suggestions on how to fix?

I am trying to have an analytics report sent to my email inbox so that I can see performance at a glance, using this kind of thing: https://www.klaviyo.com/analytics/report/It seems to be that if I schedule a report, it sends me a reminder and I have to visit Klaviyo to see the actual report, which is not what I'm looking for. Is there a way to have the report sent straight to my inbox?

Hi!i have an Klavyio Partners Account on https://partners.klaviyo.comI want to change my password and email for login. But i cant find anything for it.Can anyone help me where i can change it, thanks :)

Hi everyone, We send out numerous emails to various segments daily, but we want to make sure our seed list receives all of them. Is there a way to activate Smart Sending while excluding our seed list from the skip settings? Thanks, Pez

Hi, I’m new here :)I need help with the app. I have an online store offering 5 free PDF products. I want a signup form on each product page so visitors can enter their email and get the PDF via email. The problem is, if a visitor subscribes once and gets a PDF, they can't get another PDF with the same email from a different product page. How can I set it up so visitors can use the same email to get different PDFs from different product pages?

Hi, I am struggling to get hyperlinked Privacy Policy text on SMS consent disclosure text. This is the text I’ve entered on Klaviyo SMS Subscribers form to collect SMS subscribers via WooCommerce during checkout. View our <a href="https://allnewbornprops.com/privacy-policy/" target="_blank">Privacy Policy</a> What am I doing wrong?

I recently moved to Klaviyo, and brought across our emails from another tool.   Seemed odd that all 12500 emails were active when brought over.   Then we’ve been trying to suppress the 2200 from before that are unsubscribed. We tried with a CSV file imported - that didnt work.   We tried by setting up a list called “unsubscribed from before” and clicking for these to be suppressed.   That also hasn’t worked. We now have 12500 profiles when we should have about 10300.  It seems something odd happening  and contacted  support but  no solution yet.Any ideas why this happening?, And what can be done to fix it?Thx

HeyOne of my ATC flows is pulling across the pricing as per below - I copied the event (highlighted where the cursor is hovering) does anyone know why it’s appearing like this? Price: <span class=money>240.00 AED</span> Thanks so much

Hello Community Support,I hope you're doing well. I'm currently working on an Android native app and looking to integrate a signup popup from Klaviyo. However, I'm facing some challenges with the implementation and would appreciate your guidance.Request for Support:While attempting to integrate the Klaviyo signup popup into our Android app, I encountered difficulties in achieving the desired functionality. Specifically, I'm unsure about the best approach to trigger the popup within the app and handle its display and dismissal seamlessly.Questions:What is the recommended method to trigger the Klaviyo signup popup within an Android native app? How can I ensure that the popup displays correctly and captures user information effectively? Are there any specific considerations or best practices to keep in mind while integrating Klaviyo's popup in an Android environment? Are there any sample code snippets or resources available that demonstrate the integration process step-by-step?

Hi there, I am new to Klaviyo and have a question about the email confirmation process. I have heard it is advised to have just one list for you email subscribers so I am using just one list.My strategy is to use 2 sign up forms for subscribing to my list. One form where I will let the customer subscribe in return for an E-Book on my website One form where I will let my customer subscribe in return for a 1-year warranty on my product they bought on AmazonMy question is, if it's possible to send these 2 different subscribers 2 different email confirmations, where they can confirm their email. One where I give them the E-Book in the confirmation One where I give them the warranty for their confirmationOtherwise, if that's not possible. How do I create different welcome flows to these 2 different subscribers, where one will receive their E-Book in their welcoming email, and the other one will receive their warranty on their product in their welcoming email? Thanks for helping out, and wishin

I have a list of around 300 custom properties we are using and I’d like to find a way to bulk upload them to a segment definition filter. Right now it seems like my only option is manually enter them as “OR” filters but this is very time consuming for so many properties. Surely there has to be an easier way to do this?

Hi guys, I am setting up a back in stock flow and was wondering how I could add the product description. I am using the following code, which pulls the description dynamically from the catalogue.{% catalog event.VariantId integration='shopify' %}{{ catalog_item.description }}{% endcatalog %}However, the description includes HTML tags (see Screenshot). What do I have to do, to remove them? ThanksHendrik

Hi I think I have tried everything now, so I hope someone can help me 😯I can't see my prices with VAT in abandoned baskets but elsewhere in Klaviyo are with VAT… Product description also looks weird :-/

I’ve been using the Grammarly google chrome browser extension for spell checking my klaviyo content. As of a few weeks ago, its has stopped working for some reason. I assume it is to do with the editor changes. Just wondering what everyone else is using for spell check when they are working within Klaviyo’s editors/any suggestions to try fixing this? Thanks.

Any one facing issues with his/her klaviyo integration to shopify store

Hello, I have different guides that clients can download, and each guide has its own flow. How can I configure the flows so that clients receive the guides they download but that the flows do not start at the same time? If someone signs up for two lists, they can complete one flow first, and the next one starts when the current one is finished.
