Hi there, the latest email sign ups via Shopify password newsletter page wont sync with my Klaviyo account. 'This has not been an issue before. I've already checked the integrations settings in shopify and everything looks fine and integrated with Klaviyo. Please advise what else I can do to fix it. Thanks

Hi there, I am looking to create an enquiry form on my page and I have a couple of questions:I have created a form and embed it on my Shopify website, where do the enquires go? Can I direct them to an email inbox? I want anyone who submits an enquiry to get an automated back - how do I set this up?

Hi ThereI have launched a welcome email flow. It has worked as I have received it myself and other members of the business have received and opened it. However Klaviyo is not recording any opens or clicks?

I’m in the process of re-doing a post purchase flow and for some reason, just in the order confirmation email, the block that contains the product details (image of products order, quantity, price, discount, subtotal, tax, shipping, and total) will not show up. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a reason an entire block wouldn’t be visible?

We got someone to help us set up the email and we’re told there are some segment or features are only available ( active on site feature is one of them  ?) when we upgrade.  On pricing page,  the plan is free for accounts with less than 200 subscribers. Can someone share what features are we missing for a free plan ?

How do I generate a report of subscribers in a list showing their name and a custom field?

Hello team,If my subscribers are still going through Post-Purchase flows, I would like to exclude them from the campaigns. What’s the best way to do it?I tried creating a segment for those who are still going through the Post-Purchase flows. And then I’ll exclude that segment from the campaign. But I can’t find the correct conditions. Please note that I have multiple flows with different lengths(in terms of days). And I want to make sure my audience are not in any of those flows before they can get the campaigns. What’s the best way to implement this? Thank you,.Best,Jep

Tried to add Instagram feed to my e-mails, but it is not working. What do I do wrong? This is what it looks:

How add your own typography? please :))

Hi there, since our WooCommerce checkout is custom built, I am trying to implement the “Started Checkout” metric with an onClick of a button. The onClick is definitely fired (according to the console.log) and the data is not empty (according to the alert), but somehow the customers profile is not appearing in the Klaviyo dashboard. What is wrong with my code?  <script>jQuery("#ceesbutton").click(function($){    var email = jQuery('input[name="billing_email"]').val();        var first_name = jQuery('input[name="billing_first_name"]').val();    var last_name = jQuery('input[name="billing_last_name"]').val();            <?php            $cart = WC()->cart;            $event_data = wck_build_cart_data( $cart );            if ( empty($event_data['$extra']['Items']) ) { return; }            $event_data['$service'] = 'woocommerce';            unset($event_data['Tags']);            unset($event_data['Quantity']);                        $taal = strtoupper(ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE);        ?&g

Hey all, We have some dynamic blocks of text we’re trying to show / hide, depending on whether a product was purchased or not.We bring in orders from Shopify and they display a ProductID. What I’m after is the variable field I would enter to show display the dynamic blocks if that product ID was purchased or not. Thanks in advance,Danny

Hey everyone,I’m running into an issue when I’m uploading a clients HTML source it seems to be off center slightly.  I’m by no means an HTML expert but messed around with the padding and took a quick look at the source coding but nothing stood out to me.  Any help is much appreciated!

I’m trying to setup a Flow trigger that triggers if a user receives or clicks on an email. I noticed that there is not Klaviyo specific flow for this, but there are Mailchimp Flows for this? I’m wondering why Mailchimp has more advanced email triggers than Klaviyo? Is there no way to do this in Klaviyo? Seems like a pretty powerful feature.

When I send out my emails, the product name doesn’t show up (even though it is ticked in the options to show product name). When I highlight over the area, the name is there - but it just doesn’t show up.    How do I get this product name to show up in the emails? Thanks.

Hello, Quick and simple question:First I created a Segment and updated it according to my set definitions and Klaviyo filled it with approx. 12 000 members. After this I made a new Flow from which a series of emails will be sent to members who join this Segment. Now is the Question: Will Klaviyo send these emails only to new members after I make the contents of this Flow “Live”, or will Klaivyo send it to these 12 000 members as well? Thank you for your help! Best regards,Alex

I use this variable for payment method: {{ event.extra.payment_details.credit_card_company }}. It works when customer uses credit card but for Paypal it doesn’t show anything. What can I do to accommodate non-credit card payments?

hi - Can a contact be on the active profile as well as suppressed list? Thanks

We are tracking all visitors to our e-commerce site in Klaviyo, then when they subscribe to our newsletter we add them to the Newsletter list in Klaviyo. This has resulted in 514,854 active accounts who are not subscribed to our newsletter, and 85,000 accounts who are subscribed, meaning we are maxing out our active users max limit. What is the best practice here, should new visitors be added as suppressed, and then when/if they subscribe un-suppress them and add them to the Newsletter list? can a suppressed account even be added to a List via the API?

Hello everyone. I know there are a lot of topics about this issue, but it seems like nothing is working for me. I did everything that is written on ‘How to Create a Custom "Added to Cart" Event for Shopify’ article. Here is my button code on Shopify: I have tried to install with ID and with class notation. Here is screenshot with ID: Screenshot with class: Even tried to add both codes at the same time.. Event still not showing up on analytics.Viewed product event is set up and is working good. Can you help me to fix this issue please? Will appreciate every recommendation!

I’ve added two new emails to a flow for one of my clients a few weeks after the flow was created by them.In between the time they created the flow and I added new emails, many customers went through the initial flow.As I add my new emails to this flow, they are not being sent to the people who went through the initial version of the flow. They are only being sent to people who enter the flow right now.How do I get it to send the new emails to people who already went through the earlier version of the flow?

Hi KlaviyoI am trying to access attributes of an Order into an email template.{{ event.extra.attributes.delivery_date }} doesn’t seems to work.Do you have any idea?Thank you!

Klaviyo Set Time Delay Not Working I create segment A for new user and flow B trigger from this segment (A).I setup flow with steps:trigger from segment A send first email to user delay 5 minutes send second email to user delay 10 minutes send third email to user For now, Klaviyo send first email for user in step 2, but after delay time, I don’t see any email send to user more.I’m not sure issues from my end or klaviyo, please give me some advice, thank a lot.

When suppressing  email subscribers -is only email is supporessed? If they have consented to SMS - they will still receive SMS?When removing SMS subscribers due to not engaging - this must be done manually? Thanks

Can someone help me centre the social icons on mobile. To do it for desktop I had to add a space - but I can’t figure out how to centre them on mobile.

I’ve been reviewing the pages and the Academy re: SMS marketing but where I’m getting stuck is what list to add these contacts to. Do I create just an SMS list? Do I continue to add new emails AND SMS to my existing email list? If so then how would I create the separate SMS sign up form ONLY for existing email list customers?
