I am getting a lot of ADD TO CARTS but Flow is not sending to abandoned ones.

Hi @RoyaltrinketsUSA  Are you triggering the flow off of started check out or added to cart?  (I’d also confirm that you’re seeing activity on these metric’s activity feeds) For added to cart, if you’re using the flow from the flow library in Klaviyo you should see these filters:Someone has not placed an order since starting this flow. Someone has not started a checkout since starting this flow. Someone has not been in this flow in the last 30 days.It’s possible people are being skipped because they don’t meet this criteria, I’d suggest looking at the skipped profiles and reasons. The same could be true if you’re using started check out but the filters would look like this if you’re using the flow from the flow library:Someone has not placed an order since starting this flow. Someone has not started a checkout since starting this flow.I hope this helps!

Problem with Signup Form on Shopify

Hi @concretelab  Klaviyo forms should render on your website as they have been designed in Klaviyo. Do you know if your site has !important CSS, which overrides all CSS on your website?  If not, any additional details you can share about changes that were made to the theme to help members of the community chime In to help would be useful!

SMS sign up form not working

Developing a Custom Abandoned Cart Template

Hi @Bikramjit  I would suggest checking out this doc example to grab template tags to be used in your emails. You’ll want to create a table block containing the info you’d like to display. An example of what that might look like can be found here. You could also use the flow from our flow library and save the dynamic table block from that and plug it in to your own email design I hope this helps!

Why my new klaviyo account is disabled?

This typically occurs when a new account attempts to send to an uploaded list of contacts for the first time. You should receive feedback from our team within 1 business day. After Supressing Profiles - What to do?

Hi @Funky2021  Just to clarify, in case anyone else is able to hop in to help from the community, are you including “is not suppressed” in your segment criteria? If so and you’re actively importing them into the suppression list, I’d also make sure there are no errors with the import of just those 500 people.

Can you trigger welcome series to new website subscribers?

Hi @dre.w.  Thanks for sharing with the community! Depending on what type of subscription I would check out this guide for integrating a subscription based ecommerce platform (if this subscription is for a product). Or if it’s for a subscription to a newsletter or reading material of some kind, you should check out this doc on how to integrate a content based platform. This section of the doc talks through how to enable sign up forms on your site that you build In Klaviyo. From here you can  create a welcome series triggered off signing up for your list through your form I hope this helps!

Typeform Quiz Result -> Email Double Opt-In for Results Page - How to do it?

Hi @TrisG  Thanks for sharing with the community!  I think the initial way you talked about setting it up could work, but maybe a bit differently than you’re originally imagining. One way to do this would be to somehow work a question in to their initial survey that indicates which one of the 5 answers they should get. In this doc it talks about how to format your form for syncing. If you’re able to send over a specific response from the quiz, you could set up a flow that has multiple conditional splits based on the answers to the quiz. For example, the flow could be triggered off the joining the list, then you can create conditional splits using the typeform data to send them the appropriate email. Otherwise, we don’t really have a way to add multiple buttons to on the opt-in form. Your second solution of asking them to update their preferences or use buttons in your first email in the welcome series would work here as well. I hope this helps!

Segment condition pulling wrong customers

Hi @dsla  Thanks for sharing with the community, happy to hop in here! I would suggest taking a look at this help doc regarding creating cross sell segments. I’d confirm you’re using the ordered product metric to create these segments as it’ll provide the most in depth product info for passed purchasers. If you wanted to share your segment criteria with the community it may help if another community member can help as well! Hope this helps

Hi @Pascal88  I highly suggest checking out our Klaviyo Blog. I linked a search for “integration” to get you started, but in these blog posts we talk through common and successful use cases for multiple integrations. You can also check out the integrations directory. This tool walks through a ton of third party integrations, hosted by Klaviyo and also hosted by the vendor that integrates with Klaviyo. In the directory for most of these integrations you’ll also see a featured spot at the bottom that highlights popular use cases for these integrations. For example this foursixty page talks through that people add dynamic, shoppable Instagram galleries to email campaigns using this integration.  I hope this helps!

Linking a Fulfilled Order back to the Placed Order event via API

Hi @DanielStangaciu , Thanks for sharing with the community!  If I think I’m understanding this correctly, you’d like fulfilled order events to combine if they’re partial shipments, correct? As far as I know this is not possible to combine them as they should all have unique event IDs, but I’m wondering if it’s possible for you to send an order status with the Fulfilled Order metric that indicates whether or not it’s a partial shipment. If you sent this to Klaviyo as a top level property indicating it’s a partial shipment, you could filter flows or segments based on if it’s a partial or full shipment. In terms of Placed Order events vs. Ordered Product events, you should only see one Placed Order metric per transaction, but an individual Ordered Product metric for each item in that order. May I ask what the end goal is with these metrics? What does the audience and experience look like using this data? Are you planning to set up a flow for these metrics? This additional info may help s

Sign up form closing after clicking outside of the form

Hi @delonghuang  Just to add to @david.to and the great resources he shared, clicking outside of the form is usually my go-to move (as a consumer) to close a form when I’m not immediately able to see the “X”. I definitely think a fly out form could be more helpful as it won’t take up the entire screen so people won’t click out of it as easily. On the opposite end, you could also increase the size of your sign up form so it takes up more space on the page and give people less of an opportunity to click outside of it? I hope this helps!

Flows only send occasionally

Hi @Kira  Thanks for sharing your questions with the Klaviyo community! There’s actually a really great trouble shooting guide for why flow emails aren’t sending here. It’s a form you can fill out at the bottom of the help doc that helps direct you in the right direction depending on how you answer.I’d also recommend making sure people aren’t being skipped for smart sending, or any other skipped reason like suppressions or suspicious emails Regarding the emails that are sending after someone purchases, check your flow filters to ensure this flow is set to only send to people who have “placed an order zero times since starting this flow”. It might also be helpful to include a “fulfilled order zero times since starting this flow” filter as well. I’d also double check the events are being sent at the right time stamps. I hope this helps!

Best approach for cleaning list?

Hey @Jjhayi  Thanks for sharing your list cleaning ideas with the community! There’s actually a great article flow about the sunset flow in the help center. In the article it goes through how to actually identify who is unengaged, how to format the emails, and also how to set up tags for people who don’t open or click any of the emails. You can use the pre-built flow in the library that includes flow filters that kick people out of the flow if they open or click any emails. It talks about creating a suppression list with the “suppressed” tag at the end of the flow. You could replace this with your “limbo” tag so it fits your workflow. Then instead of suppressing this segment, you could exclude this segment from your campaigns. You could then also exclude anyone with the “limbo” tag from your other flows. Eventually you could run a re-engagement campaign on those profiles marked limbo.  I hope this helps!

Show content based on the day of the week

Hi @SDBradfo  Thanks for sharing your question with the community! I would suggest taking a look at the Klaviyo help doc around time delays. You’re able to limit a flow email to a specific day of the week. This will delay the email going out to the days specified in the filter, in your example M-F. I believe you were trying to show the block based on event variables but unless we get the day of the week as a piece of data with the metric that triggers this flow, it won’t work. I hope this helps!

Billing: Active Profiles vs Recipients a month.

Hi @Luukee  Thanks for reaching out in the community! There’s a great article in our help center here that provides an overview of how Klaviyo bills for Emails. I’d also like to mention this guide around SMS billing.  As @Admire Marketing the best way to manage your pricing is to regularly clean your list and suppressing them so they are not active profiles.  I’d also suggest reaching out to Klaviyo’s sales team regarding specific account pricing by requesting a demo from the top right of the klaviyo.com home page or by going to https://www.klaviyo.com/pricing I hope this helps!

Missing products from shopify site when using select from catalog option in product block

Hi @candi.baratta  Are these products live and published in your catalog? Are you seeing any integration errors? I’d suggest reviewing your ecommerce integration and ensuring all periodic syncs have gone through without any errors as this would include any catalog updates you make. I hope this helps!

Double opt-in stopped working

Hi @JaSn  Thanks for sharing with the community! Are you signing up on the form with the same email? You will only receive a double opt-in email once per email per list.  If not, it would definitely be helpful if you could provide any additional information about the steps you are taking to recreate this issue. This way, a member of our community may be able to chime in with more advice! There was an FAQ that was added in the Community here that might provide a little more clarity on some of the reasons why Double Opt-In emails weren’t going to the right place:Why are my double opt-in confirmation emails going to spam?It’s also possible that these profiles were created within your account, but were not added to any lists, so they wouldn’t be considered as consented yet.

Creating a Product Review

Hi @Drewseph  Thanks for sharing with the community! Depending in your ecommerce integration, the tags you’d need in your email could look slightly different. We have a great article in our help center that I've linked here that walks through how to create a product review flow. It covers best practices as well as instructions for building out this flow. In the flow library Klaviyo has prebuilt flows per integration, and product review/cross sell is available there once you integrated your store. You could use this flow, or even just save the dynamic table block from it and plug it in to your email design. I’d also like to mention this guide that talks through dynamic table blocks and how to build them in case you’re curious about how these pre-populated blocks are formatted.  I’m also including this exceptional guide that walks through what flow filters or splits you can use to make a product specific flow. I hope this helps!

Klaviyo Popup not working

Hi @SunrYz Lighting  Thanks for sharing with the community! I’d definitely suggest checking out our troubleshooting guide as it walks through possible reasons your form isn’t displaying on your site. As you mentioned other apps, if you have other sign up forms or pop up’s on your website, it’s possible it could be appearing instead of the Klaviyo form. I’d suggest reviewing the troubleshooting guide first to confirm, and then exploring the apps you have installed. I hope this helps!

Klaviyo report card - shopify revenue group by missing items

Hi @ks2025 Thanks for sharing your question with the community. I would highly suggest reviewing our extensive help article that reviews how to create specific cards on the analytics dashboard.  To get a more extensive look at product performance I would definitely suggest looking into a Product Performance Customer Report. The linked article goes through how to create this report on the analytics tab under “custom reports” tab in Klaviyo. A custom report will give you a much more detailed and digestible view of revenue by specific product. These reports can also give insight into interaction with your products with started check out and viewed product data. I hope this helps!

How can I set-up a Do Not Reply email?

Hi @johnphysio  Thanks @forman for hopping in here. You are correct, we can not create a new address in Klaviyo for you but you can change your sender name. You are able to update your default from address or change it for a specific email. In that same setting you can have one address display, and then use a separate address for replies. If you uncheck the box that says “use this as your reply-to address” you are given an option to add a separate email: I hope this helps!Marissa
