How to insert most view product per mail on a landing page

Hey @Mathieu Malige , I believe this won’t be possible since it’s “outside” of the Klaviyo infrastructure which makes it possible for these dynamic blocks to work in the first place. However, you might be able to create a dynamic feed of recently viewed products using Shopify’s native recommendations tools - provided you still build that landing page on Shopify. Ashley shared some great links above!

Hey @WLABoss , can you share a screenshot of your pop-up settings? This will help us get to the bottom of the issue. It is very unlikely they “flipped” on their own, it’s probably a changed setting by mistake.

Price Drop Flow Testing

Hey @Keeks , it would definitely help if you can share with us the way you’ve set up the flow. In the meantime, how exactly are you testing if the flow’s working? Do you have a test account that’s part of your list? Are you matching the conditions you’ve originially set (e.g started checkout with the same product that dropped in price)? Did you actually change the price of the product? Looking forward to reading your response.

Abandoned cart tracking on Shopify

Hey @Vik85 , the Checkout Started event is tracked by default with the standard Klaviyo → Shopify intergration. The Added To Cart snippet needs to be added additionally. Good luck!

Hey @Andrea at Stormy it’s pretty hard to figure out what happened without looking inside, but I’d recommend reading this Klaviyo article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035055312 that explains the different SMS compliance laws - it is likely you may have broken one or more of these.

Troubleshooting SMS Consent via Shopify Checkout Page

Hey @JMD71 , it is very likely what @kaila.lawrence said might be causing the issue. I’d suggest you check the opt-in settings of your SMS Subscribers list. You can find this under Settings → Consent.

I've sent a campaign and users are still queued

Hey @george12345245135124 , this could be happening due to a number of reasons. For example:  A large number of recipients: Your campaign is being sent to a large number of people, and Klaviyo’s smart enough to not send them all instantly (because it can be flagged by the ESP as shady behavior and potentially hurt your domain reputation) Campaign settings: If the campaign settings are not configured correctly, it could cause delays in the sending process. For example, if the campaign is set to send at a specific time but the time zone is not correctly set, it could cause the campaign to be delayed. Also, If for example, you sent the campaign to send at 10am of the Recipients Local time zone, the campaign will deploy in buckets and you’d see contacts in queue if their time zone had not reached the scheduled time for the campaign. Delivery issues: Some emails may have failed to deliver due to issues with the recipient's email server or because the email was marked as spam, which coul

Hey @Eamonn , as long as you have enough customer data, you can definitely give it a try. There are ways to calculate how many days it takes for someone to re-order, in which case you’d set-up a replenishment flow with a specified delay, but if you believe it’s too rigid, then just create an EDONO flow (Expected Date Of Next Order), and give it a try. Here’s a screenshot from an EDONO flow I’ve set-up before:

Can we add a first name before our sender name?

Hey @Konic Group , in my opinion, it’s a bit scammy. I’m pretty sure it breaks a few compliance rules as well. Why would you put your customer’s first name in the sender name? This is how people identify who this email is from and after looking at the (1) subject line and (2) preview text, they decide if it’s worth opening. Tricking people with a gimmick like this might get a few more opens, but at what cost? Spam report, lower trust, no real buyer intent, to name a few. Next time, that same customer will think twice when he sees an email from you. Bottom line: If you want to play with your sender name, maybe add Bob from <brand name> or something, but I wouldn’t recommend tricking people like this. Popup form showing to existing Klaviyo profiles (but it's not supposed to)

Hey @LMayberry . Klaviyo’s cookie can track and identify site visitors through an auto-generated ID. The setting "Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles" makes sure cookie'd people don’t see your pop-up.However, in the case that they do see it, the most likely reasons are:they recently cleared their cookies they are using a new device they are visiting your site with an incognito browser Unfortunately, they’ll be treated as a new, anonymous visitor. I don’t think at this point there is a way for Klaviyo to mitigate this.  Bottom line: Don’t sweat it 😊 Hope this helps!

Back in store with Woocommerce

Hey @PAJ GPS, as far as I know, WooCommerce’s standard catalog does not include inventory; as a result, the back in stock flow cannot currently be implemented with the standard WooCommerce catalog. There are a number of WooCoommerce plugins that might do the trick. Example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/back-in-stock-notifier-for-woocommerce/

Hey Shannon! I’d recommend you do a quick DNS lookup here: https://mxtoolbox.com/DnsLookup.aspx to make sure you’ve set the nameservers correctly. If you have - It’s best to give it a little more time. If not - you can refer to this helpful article and troubleshoot: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4417768780827 . Unfortunately, without providing more information, this is the best I can do I.
