Gotcha, well I agree with you that that filter seems like it would either prevent people from entering the flow all together OR be irrelevant as they would need to be “in the flow already” for that trigger to qualify as true - hard to tell without testing it.

How do I migrate to the new Public API key?

Hi everyone, my team at Gatsby.ai recently migrated our Klaviyo integration to their new V3 APIs so I may be able to help. @curtispeers and @bbjuwe it sounds like if you’ve just created a Klaviyo account and are using out of the box features, you probably haven’t developed anything using their V1 or V2 APIs right, so I’m thinking you probably don’t need to take any action regarding the V3 APIs. However, @bbjuwe you titled this post about migrating to a “new Public API key” - can you show a screenshot of the email you received / the one you’re referring to? Thanks,Brett

Is there a way to know if your newsletter subscribers follow you on your other social channels?

Thanks @ebusiness pros . Hey @Reyd yea Gatsby can do this with your Instagram and TikTok channels. Right now you can trigger flows when customers have a large influencer and/or tag you in content. And more to your question, by next week you’ll be able to create segments / flows that fire off when your customers follow you on Instagram. Yea good point, it should label the referring page / source if it was coming through that form. Sorry I’m at a loss, its outside my realm of expertise. I’m sure some others will take a look at your q and get back to you soon. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.

What kinds of flow should I create for offering an affiliate program?

@collossus I realize this is a bit outdated, been a year since your post, but I saw that Ashley had included a link to the Gatsby / Klaviyo integration.Gatsby was designed around this specific use-case you’re mentioning of automating ambassador, affiliate and influencer programs through Klaviyo. Adding Past Profiles.

Ya I second @gmartu ‘s response, basically creating a Segment that includes just these imported contacts, and a Flow that is triggered when people join that segment. If you then need to backpopulate the flow, it will work just fine.

Hi @rlscsi we face this often as well, many of our clients want to use our custom properties and events for Instagram mentions etc, and the only way we know of is to do a test submission or test event that pre-syncs the data to Klaviyo. Are you able to do that for your use-case?

Confirmation email is not sent after signing to a list

Hey @Elisabeth as another API integration partner with Klaviyo, I think there’s an option from Channelize when they built the integration to bypass the double opt-in when people are joining through that integration. I’m not 100% positive, but that may be what’s going on.

Klaviyo integration with Typeform not working properly

Hey @uadil7 can you confirm you’ve filled out the form such that all the custom variables have been submitted? I would need to learn more about your specific implementation of the integration but in general Klaviyo only receives custom variables from integrations after that variable has been passed over to Klaviyo at least one time.

Send a unique URL links to email contacts

Nice @retention - I second that top option if that works for you @caitlinknoepp .Adding the URL as a custom property on each person’s profile will make it easy to distribute those unique URLs to each person. Just like how you select ‘Insert First Name’ in an email you would select ‘Insert Custom URL’ variable.

Ya you should be able to: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005199947 I see a bunch of additional conversion metrics in my test account as well. Any idea why you may be missing the other default options?

We Integrate with Klaviyo but...

I’m with you @eMeg! Our app, Gatsby.ai, focuses on directing all our Klaviyo clients to use Klaviyo for email/sms. These other apps you mentioned are missing this strategic opportunitty. We prioritize our core competency and don't aim to match Klaviyo's email/sms functionality, just as they won't match our expertise in social tracking (I hope). Partnerships are the way to go in this day and age!

Hey @msl there are plenty of other form solutions that have pre-built integrations into Klaviyo. For example Typeforms and Justuno Forms, where you can sync the submissions into Klaviyo. How do I get all my profiles to one list?

Hi @GBotanicals from my understanding, every profile should automatically be associated with a list, can you send a screenshot of what a profile looks like without being on a list? That will help me come up with ideas. for example you could export everyone and then import everyone to a list. But another option could be to create a segment with a very generic definition, something like the below:

Segment behaviour - automatically removing someone from a segment

Hi @Bonza Dog Treats does this segment logic below get what you need? Add this to the logic from your $500+ segment and it would exclude people who received that specific email before.
