Looking for a pop-up tool that declines emails from existing profiles

Hello @Alexemails! Welcome to the Klaviyo community :)Thank you for your question.Regarding your question around Klaviyo declining existing profiles, do you mean that Klaviyo is showing the Klaviyo popup to all profiles? If that is the case and your popup is in Klaviyo, you can limit the popup to show to new visitors only as shown in the Targeting setting below.   On another note… from a list quality strategy perspective, spin to win sign ups are not as effective as you might think. I love gamification for email in other forms but for list building it can get tricky. You will definitely build faster with this strategy but the quality of the leads will not be as strong. Some people enter their emails several times (misspelled most of the time or another email) to get a better offer so it’s a false sense that you are growing the list but it’s the same person entering several times. This, in the long term, can cause high bounce rates which can cause delivery issues. I’ve seen this with se

@LunaFr11, I’m glad it helped!Depending on the criteria used, yes, one person can be in multiple segments. When creating a segment, Klaviyo will provide a count of how many subscribers are in the segment so that will tell you in advance your segment count. Here’s a help guide to get you started: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005237908 Once you determine the goal of your campaign, you can decide which segment to use. Thank you!Alex :)

can a subscriber be in multiple segments?

Hello @LunaFr11!Thank you for your question!Question...Would you be emailing the segments within the same campaign or sending one segment per campaign?If you are emailing all the segments within the same campaign, the user will receive the email once.If you send one segment per campaign, there is a possibility that you would email the same user several times. A user in the 30 day segment, can also be in the 60, 90 and 120 if the user has been engaged.If order to avoid emailing them more than once and if you are sending one segment per campaign, you need to exclude the segments from each of the campaigns. This way, you ensure they only receive the email once. Hope that helps!Alex :)

Hello @The Lovemade Home!Welcome to the community and thank you for your question.Based on your explanation and what support mentioned, it seems that you need to create some Custom Profile Properties in order to save the data to someone’s profile so you can then see what they responded. You can learn more about Custom Profile Properties here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000250912 In terms of email, I would say yes since these users might not be on your list. Can't move past testing

Hello @Tradehome!Welcome to the Klaviyo Community 😊Once you hit done after you send yourself a test, you will get back to the campaign, you will click on the SAVE button on the top right.You should see the page below… you will then click on Continue to review (circled in green in the bottom right) and it will take you the Review page in which you can then schedule or send the campaign. Please let me know if this is what you were looking for.Thank you!Alex :)

Pop-up form teaser removed but still displays

Hello @LB3000!Welcome to the community!I visited your link and saw the teaser at the bottom as well. You are not going crazy! :) Go into the form and click on Edit Form. Once there, there is a button that says Teaser at the top of the page. You should be able to turn it off there.   Let me know if that is what you were looking for.Hope that helps!Alex :)

15000 profiles but only 8000 in list

@Woodtowater Technically, there is no harm removing those that have not signed up for emails but you probably have people that have not subscribed (but you can still email) and have purchased.What I suggest is that you suppress (don’t delete them so that you keep their history in case they resubscribe) those users that are not active at all by creating an unengaged segment. Here’s a guide: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044054732Hope that helps!Alex :)

Hello @Woodtowater!Thanks for sharing!Based on your screenshot, you have 17k total profiles and 15k active profiles that you can email. @Raybuck Design It sounds like the same issue that I encountered.That email is recognized in their Apple mail and it updated the name automatically to be Customer Service.Always send check emails outside of your typical environment and you will see what most of your subscribers are experiencing. You should be all set! 😊

Hello @kjb23! Thank you for your question!Let’s troubleshoot this….Is this for your campaigns and flows? or just a one-off campaign? Can you take a screenshot of the campaign details? See example below.   Is this happening in your inbox only or are clients stating the same issue?I actually updated the friendly from name for a client today and it changed to another name when I sent myself a test because I had the email saved in my inbox. I use Apple Mail - this might be an anomaly but wanted to share. It had never happened to me before.Looking forward to assisting you!Alexandra :)

Thank you for your question.Profiles represent all the emails that are in your Klaviyo regardless of subscription status. Active Profiles are the emails that are subscribed and should be mailable.See the example below.The account has 46k total profiles but only 24k are active and 22k are suppressed. The 24k is a combination of profiles that can be mailed to and if you have SMS in Klaviyo, accounts that you can send text messages to. You can have profiles that have email subscription only, sms subscription only or both email and sms. Let me know if this helped or feel free to share your screenshot of your profile count.Thank you for being a Klaviyo community member!

Can you ask them to add you as a safe sender?Unfortunately, it’s not a Klaviyo issue. Are you able to identify these users within Klaviyo in any way? Can we add a first name before our sender name?
