Can a profile be automatically removed from the 'SMS subscribers' list after sending a standard keyword?

There is a list of standard keywords https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035285472#01H8PSCKC0XVP9F1S1SSVD4JMNSTART, UNSTOP: …  Note: You must have a list titled "SMS Subscribers" for the keywords to work.  Сan the use of any of these keywords remove a user from this list?Or the user always remains in the "SMS Subscribers" list but only his general SMS consent status changes? Thank you!

Can I modify AC flow to only display four products if more are available?

Actually, I can. But the case is more specific, and I need help, please.Requirments:1. Free products ($0) shouldn't appear in the email.2. I need to display a maximum 4 products with price no matter if there are more than 4 with price available.3. Using embedded Sign-up forms without cookie acception

Hey there, I’m wondering if someone had the same issue like me and were able to solve it.I would like to embed a Klaviyo Sign-up form in Shopware 6 as Landingpage, but if the user doesn’t accept the Klaviyo Cookie before, the form will not be appear. In order of GDPR I have to use a Cookie banner, but I would like to use the sign-up form always. Does anyone have any ideas on how to implement this?

Phone numbers with Facebook and Google Integration

We have many customers (over 90k) for which we only have name and phone number and I’d like to set up the integration with Google and Facebook to serve these audiences. Has anyone been able to do this with phone numbers and not email? There is an encrypted email address that we have, but we DON”T want the ads platforms to build an audience on these emails, rather to ignore them and use the phone number instead. Any ideas?

Hi folks,I would like to ask my customers for ratings for trusted stores.However, I wonder how I can check this?If I send the mail within the flow and tell the customer that they will receive 10% off their next order if they leave a review, then I wonder how I can check this. re-enabling a subscriber pop-up

I set up a pop up to test a new form - https://www.threecitiessocial.com/404 - and i used my work email to test. the test worked and the info flowed into Klaviyo. I have the form set to ‘show everyone’. Now i want to test the form again (without having to se multiple email addresses) and went into klaviyo and removed my subscribed work email but when i go to https://www.threecitiessocial.com/404 i can’t get the form to show. Is there a way to have the form show?

Reviews aren't showing as Verified

We’ve used the flow to request product reviews from customers after they purchased but they are not showing up as verified purchases when the review is published in Shopify or in the CSV. Does anyone know what I can do to check for user error on my part, and hopefully resolve the issue for future ratings and reviews? Thank you!

trigger and conditional split

hi,I am trying to set up a replenishment flow based on a custom property ‘weight’. I collect customer input with a sign up form on this property where customer can fill in the values weight_1, weight_2 or weight_3. I am using this data in a conditional split.I am struggling with the time delay of 3 different replenishment emails:Send customer with weight equals weight_1 a replenishment email 60 days after he/she placed an order Send customer with weight equals weight_2 a replenishment email 30 days after he/she placed an order Send customer with weight equals weight_3 a replenishment email 20 days after he/she placed an orderCould you please help me out? Cheers

Using Klaviyo for third party app emails notifications

Hello!I request your help once again. In my Shopify store I use some third part apps. Some apps have the feature to be integrated with Klaviyo, so I prefer to keep the same style and so Klaviyo manages those email notifications.One example, an app which manages the shipping. This app sends some emails based on the status of shipping because in linked to my transport company.Well, when I create a template in Klaviyo I need to insert some app's variables, for example {{shipment_status}}. Klaviyo saves the template without any problem.Soon after I create a flow where the trigger is an event from my app, no problem also. This is the triggerAnd this the flow:The issue is when I select the email template within the flow becuase Klaviyo says "The template you have selected contains invalid syntax. Please click here to edit it." It's obvious Klaviyo doesn't recognize {{shipment_status}}, but this variable will be provided from my app.Is there a way for Klaviyo to ignore these variables? Becaus

Images are broken on the Featured Reviews Carousel after updating product images in Shopify

After updating my product images in Shopify, the images in the Featured Reviews Carousel show as broken. The images are showing correctly in the preview while editing the shopify page, but fail in the browser. Clearing the browser cache and history does not fix the issue, which is happening in both Chrome and Safari.

Coupon Filter Suggestion

Just a suggestion that would help a lot for ecommerce businesses - when selecting a coupon we just have three optionsAll orderSelect productsSelect collectionsIt would be really helpful being able to select all products BUT have the opportunity to manually exclude a few. We usually want to exclude 3 products where the discount from welcome/birthday flows would lose money. Having to manually select them can be an issue, as creating a collection without those products in shopify would need to be monitored and it’s nice being able to do everything within Klaviyo.

Issue Contacting Customer Service

I was told by a customer service agent that I should contact her to follow up on an issue about a billing error AFTER I proceeded in downgrading to a free account. She advised me to downgrade first. So I didn’t receive my credit, but now I’m UNABLE to email with the free account!! Any workaround you can suggest?

Feature Request: Image Folders to Organize Digital Assets in Klaviyo

Hello Klaviyo Community,I’m a very new Klaviyo user, coming over from Wix email marketing. I’m just getting set up now, and would like to use best practices right from the start. However, I’m getting hung up on this, since I can’t for the life of me figure out how to group my images into folders.I believe grouping images into folders might not be possible in Klaviyo. If that’s true, I would love to submit this as a feature request. If it’s not true, could someone help me out?If we want to get really advanced, I’d love to see a Klaviyo/Canva integration for importing images, so I could send images directly over to Klaviyo from Canva (so instead of downloading to my desktop and upload to Klaviyo, I could “download” from Canva to Klaviyo.)Thanks for reading!

Differentiating between repeat customers buying new products and customers buying the same product in flows

I am creating a post-purchase flow, and I need to send 3 types of thank you emails:For brand new customers For repeat customers buying the same product For Repeat customers buying a new product.The way I am thinking of structuring it is this:Conditional split - Placed order equals 1 over all time.YES - Email 1, for brand new customers.NO: Trigger Split - Items contains product A - checking if the order has Product A        YES - Conditional split - Ordered product A is at least 2 over all time where name equals ProductA - checking if the product A has been ordered more than 2 times              YES - Email for repeat customers buying the same product              NO - Email for repeat customers buying a new product.        NO - Trigger Split - Items contains productB                                       YES - Conditional split - Ordered product A is at least 2 over all time where name equals ProductB                              YES - Email for repeat customers buying the same product

API Endpoint that Returns a list of profiles in a Flow filtered via Recipient Activity

I tried finding an answer to this question but I wasn’t able to find one. I could have missed it too so I apologize ahead of time if the answer is available somewhere.  When you view a Flow, you can view Recipient Activity which contain profiles filtered by Waiting, Needs Review, Recipients, Opened, etc. Is there an API endpoint that would do something similar? For example, can I make an API request to a Flow, and respond back with a JSON of all the profiles along with the scheduled send date/time that are in the Waiting status? The JSON would contain data that looks like:{     “email”: “johndoe@acme.com”,     “schedule”:”2024-05-10T08:30:00” } Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Create Event API does not work as expected since revision v2023-07-15

Currently, I am using API revision v2023-06-15, and everything works fine for me in this revision.However, I want to upgrade my service to use the latest stable revision (v2024-02-15), but it seems it does not work as expected.The functionality of the APIs (Client and API) to create new events in Klaviyo within revision v2023-06-15 is particularly advantageous. In this version, a single request can achieve the following actions:Create or update a profile based on External ID, Email, and/or Phone Number. Fix typo in a custom property name

I created a custom property by defining and setting the property for a single user, but I ended up with a typo in the name. Is there a way to edit the property name or to delete it? I tried deleting it from the user it was added to, but have not yet tried deleting the user altogether. I mangled the name on two custom properties so far, and so wonering if it can be fixed without having to start an entirely new Klaviyo account

I have tried a number of sources and maybe I am being dumb, but how do you edit the source information of a profile? I have people I add manually who gave us their details in our shop… I want to add the source as shop, or another field, so I can segment them later. Thanks!

How to test replenishment flow dynamic discount code?

Is there a way to test out a post purchase discount dynamic discount code without purchasing? I want to make sure that my replenishment flow is working correctly but it does not trigger until after 20 days after placing an order. The discount also expires after 24 hours. I see Klaviyo suggest the following steps:Test your flow email's couponBefore you send our the flow and coupon to your audience, we suggest testing it first.Test a coupon with a variable expiration date (e.g., 7 days)In the flow builder, click Review and turn on. Change the status to Manual. Click Turn on.  Trigger your flow by performing the trigger action (e.g., filling out a sing-up form to join a certain list). Your flow will automatically generate 100 coupons upon you triggering the flow.

Google PageSpeed Insights - Impacted by Email pop up `overflow: visible`

Hey - I’m new to using Klaviyo and after installing an email pop up I noticed our Google PageSpeed Insights (https://pagespeed.web.dev/) took a big drop on Best Practices (from 100 down to 81) . The message from google is this:Specifying `overflow: visible` on img, video and canvas tags may cause them to produce visual content outside of the element bounds. See https://github.com/WICG/shared-element-transitions/blob/main/debugging_overflow_on_images.md. When I inspected my site, it is coming from the Klaviyo email pop up form.I tried designs with and without an image and both have this same issue. Has anyone else seen this and have a solution to fix it?
