HELP! DNS Record for Google Domains

I’m having an issue with Google Domains while making the DNS change updates, but want to make sure this isn’t something that can be changed in Klaviyo or if there’s a workaround!Simple issue: Google Domains doesn’t accept multiple identical host names, which is what Klaviyo has in their updates. It keeps giving an error under the 2nd, 3rd and 4th record that the “host name is already in use”.Does this mean that I’ll have to go with static, instead of dynamic? Or is there a workaround for this? I’ve looked at the help articles, nothing talks about the host names needing to be different. For some reason it won’t let me attach the screenshots.

Building out templates on iPad

I spend a fair amount of time on my 12” ipad pro, and it would be awesome to be able to sketch out templates, however the blocks do not drag via touch from the menu to the template area. Can anyone offer a solution, or are we forced to build templates via desktop?

I can’t find an app on the Apple app store (except an app that’s 17 years old and seems to be when Klaviyo was an appointment setting company). Need: access my Klaviyo account, see lists and performance associated directly on my iPhone Question: Is there a Klaviyo app that I can download on my iPhone to check my Klaviyo account directly on my phone?

Wrong Product Variant Image On Order Confirmation

   We are using Shopify. When order confirmation emails are sent the feature image is being shown and not the variant image (when those cases arise). What is the proper placeholder code to display the variant image? The current is line.product.featured_image | product_img_url: 'medium'. Thanks in advance!

Editing a Flow whilst live, or clone and rebuild then switch?

HelloI’m planning to make some significant changes to a post purchase flow that I currently have live which will take some time to do.  Am I best cloning the existing / starting from scratch, or can I just set the existing one to Manual mode, make all the changes then update status to Live again?Appreciate any advice!  Thank you :-)

My analytics say I have people who have clicked who have not opened an email- how is that possible?

I just started a flow and I have 2 email users who have been recorded as “clicked” in the analytics for that email….but those 2 email users do not show up in the “Opened” category as well.  I know that those 2 email users opened and clicked on those emails because both of them are personal email accounts of mine.  Why isn’t Klaviyo recording those 2 open events?

Automatically suppress Amazon customers pulled in through Shopify integration

Is it possible to automatically suppress Amazon profiles?  We have Shopify integrated with Klaviyo and it is pulling in our Amazon customers.  I went ahead and setup the segment > uploaded to the Suppressed list.  Seems there should be an easy way to do this through a flow.

Subscribe Profile and add custom properties using latest Klaviyo API

Using this endpoint:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/subscribe_profiles Is it possible to subscribe a profile to a list and also add custom properties to that profile in one request? This was possible with the previous API version but now I’m not sure. My request works without adding custom properties, but when I tried adding ‘newKey’ => ‘value’ to the Profile’s object and I got this error:newKey' is not a valid field for the resource 'profile'  Thank you

Link Error for Abandoned Cart

Hi,I am using Woo Commerce for my website. Stop Flows from sending when product is Out Of Stock

Hello! Has anyone had success in pulling through stock levels/inventory through to Klaviyo from Big Commerce so we can exclude flow emails from sending out when products are out of stock?  This would be great for Abandoned Cart, Price Drop, etc. Potentially through custom API? Thanks heaps!

How do I make a replenishment flow based on Klaviyo predictive data ?

Hi,The topic is for a CPG brand, where clients consumes the product and need to rebuy it.First, I was considering a 50/50 time split (ie 30 and 40 days) for my replenishment flow trying to find the perfect time to send the email. Also to pintpoint the exact time the client will run out of the product.But, I was wondering if instead of this setup I could use the Klaviyo predictive IA with the Expected Date Of Next Order trigger.What do you recommend to have the best performing replenishment flow ?Thanks !

Fallback fonts not changing

Hi There! Im having trouble setting up my fallback fonts, originally I set them to be Century Gothic, but after seeing this font doesn’t render in Gmail Mobile, I changed them to Helvetica and Arial Black as you can see in the images below.However, the first fallback font I set up (Century Gothic) is the one I keep getting in Gmail desktop, and in Gmail mobile I’m getting a completely random one (see images below). The new ones I set up won’t render.Anyone knows how to fix this?Gmail desktop (I’m getting Century gothic)Gmail mobile (Im getting what I believe is Lucida)

Adding a Dynamic code to a CTA Button in a Flow.

We are building a flow - “ email sales campaign”  we want to offer a discount for 4 of our products.  -  We have created a dynamic coupon code with a variable expiration date.   We can paste this into the email so the prospect can manually enter it at checkout.   BUT can we add the discount code to a CTA button so that when the prospect clicks the button, they are taken to the shop so they can select one of the four items that the discount applies to, and when they proceed to checkout, the discount is applied?    Or is this a bridge too far.

Add To Cart Metric not working - Gempages

Hello everyone, I’m stuck on setting up the “Add to cart” metric and I’m starting to run out of ideas. I started out by trying the default script.I tried adding the code to a Custom Liquid Element in Gempages → Did not work. I tried adding the code to a Custom Liquid Element in Shopify → Did not work.After the first script did not work I gave the button an id, namely: “AddToCart” with the following script: <script type="text/javascript">var _learnq = _learnq || []; document.getElementById("AddToCart").addEventListener('click',function (){ _learnq.push(['track', 'Added to Cart', item]); });</script>Once again, I added the code to a Custom Liquid Element in Gempages and Shopify independently, which did not work. I tried opting for the third script, which is defined by class name. From this code I identified the Add To Cart button class to be: “gf_add-to-cart” I tried the following script on Gempages and Shopify independently as in previous trials.<script type="text/javas

Best Practices for Staying Organized

Hi there! We just finished our warming process and are ready to switch over our email campaign sending to Klaviyo, but we’re having some issues keeping everything organized. In our previous email client we could put campaigns into folders to keep them neat. I know that Klaviyo has the ability to tag and filter, but it seems like that’s not the best way. Maybe we just aren’t used to it, but wanted to see if anyone has any tips on this and how to keep your images/assets organized as well.

Still NO textarea input field?

Hi thereIt's amazing: Klaviyo has many good features, but it doesn't have a textarea input field. Imagine you have to enter more than two words in a form field, the description of a problem, for example. You'll go crazy if it's all on one line. Why is the 'edit image' feature gone from the template editor?

I’m wondering why the Klaviyo team has decided to remove the edit image feature from the template editor?  I relied heavily on that feature to edit images down to a lower file size and add rounded corners — my whole process revolved around this feature and it’s disrupted the whole end of week for my output.Have you done this to cut down on the server space required to resize & edit images? I just can’t see the value in removing every edit option except for “Crop”.

Using a form to collect emails at a live event - Reset the form after submit?

We’ve got a full page signup form which we want to display on an iPad for in-person events. After someone submits, we need the form to reset so that’s it’s ready for another person so use it. I haven’t been able to find a way to achieve this in the form settings. Anyone have a solution for this?

How can I display the amount a person would save if they apply a coupon?

I want to show and calculate the amount a person would save if they apply a coupon.I can show cart total with  {{event.extra.SubTotal}}E.g. I want to show how much they would save if they applied a 10% discount.However, I cannot find any information about math calculations, or whether Klaviyo even uses liquid. any help is appreciated!

For context, I would like set up a Klaviyo webhook with a Flow and when handling the webhook request, I would like to be able to identify which Flow was responsible for triggering the webhook from the handler side. Can this be done?

Sudden Increase in Email Campaign Bounce Rates?

I have noticed that recently my bounce rates have increased significantly from where they were previously. It seems as if the majoriy of them are coming from the Comcast.net domain. I have also seen hotmail/outlook/office365 and the second highest that much less than Comcast and some from something called “Proofpoint”. I’m not doing any differently with my email acquisition with emails subscribtions coming from people who actually touch my site and I’m using the same segments to exclude email addresses who havent engaged with any emails after a period of time.I’m wondering if this could be do to a setting possibly from when I setup the new branded sender domain or if there is something else I may need to look into. I’m getting a litte concerned because though the rest of my deliverability metrics seems to be favorable this one clearly needs to be addressed.Any advice on how to properly troubleshoot or correct this b/c I’m getting worried. Klaviyo and bigcommerce sending domain setuo

Is there any documentation on how to set this up correctly? There is no clear description from klaviyo on how to do this. I have followed the steps but thier is a lack of information. I am on the fence about leaving Klaviyo anyway. so if I can’t get the help I will just switch. I think its ridiculous that this is a requirement and there is no information on it.
