How can I display the amount a person would save if they apply a coupon?

I want to show and calculate the amount a person would save if they apply a coupon.I can show cart total with  {{event.extra.SubTotal}}E.g. I want to show how much they would save if they applied a 10% discount.However, I cannot find any information about math calculations, or whether Klaviyo even uses liquid. any help is appreciated!

Hey There,  I have this situation where people sometime subscribe with one email, but there account on site is with another. I am wondering if I can send two emails (in an array)?  for example:'email' : ['email1@mail.com', 'email2@mail.com']

Allow Multiple Emails with different ID on Profile

I’m currently trying to Add Multiple Profiles with the Same Email but different ID. I’ve used the external id which is $id. Every time I trigger the profile with the same email. It overwrites and updates the profile and It doesn’t create a new Profile for the one with a different ID?

Klaviyo revenue reporting vs Shopify revenue reporting

Which survey tools (including free options) does Klaviyo integrate with and recommend?

Typeform looks like the obvious tool to use for customer surveys, but it’s an expensive option, as is Survicate.  Does Klaviyo integrate with any other survey providers that offer a cheaper/free service - like Tally?

Klaviyo editor painfully slow, constant crashing, am I missing something?

Klaviyo has always been somewhat slow, clunky and painful to use but today it’s unbearable, I’ve had to walk away from the computer several times before I forced to launch it out of the window.I’m trying to do the simplest task of adding links to a selection of static images in a table and every time I come back to the editor (from another tab where I’m retrieving the links) it either completely freezes, crashes the browser, or is so slow I don’t know what it will do next.I’ve cleared my caches, tried another browser, toggled content blockers, the works. Still the same.Am I missing something?I need Klaviyo for work and right I’m wasting time troubleshooting instead of actually working.

Show/Hide Block Based on whether or not someone has placed an order

Hi there, I’m trying to add a lookup to my email template which would go in every email so that if someone has placed an order in the past, they will be shown an image, but if they have never placed an order, then the block will be hidden.Is this possible? My intention is for this to be the case for every email, but I’m not sure if I have to use a custom profile property or I can query the Shopify Placed Order event type for the person? Thanks!

Hi All, the company I've just started at imported contacts without adding in the previously accepted marketing consent. Can I add this in retrospectively? and if so, what timestamp should I add in? The first consent from the previous ESP? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Create a wishlist flow

Hello ! I have installed Wishlist King and I have created a trigger to start a wishlist flow (decscription of the trigger below). Now, I want to send an email in which people can see the articles they have in their wishlist. I would like to add in the email,  a picture of the product, the title and the price. I have created a dynamic block and here are the details of the codes. But when I try to preview the email, nothing appears. Here are the screenshots. I tried to modify with the instructions in the abandonned cart flow but it does not work. Can you help me ? Thank you !

Hello everyoneI have created an embedded form (signup) in Klaviyo.I would like that form to appear on a new page I have created in Squarespace.I have done everything corretly - or so I thought - but I cannot get the form to show-up on the squarespace page. is it even possible to do in Squarespace?

IP Address List to Whitelist

Can someone please provide a list of IP addresses to be whitelisted? I use SiteLock and the firewall is blocking the integration process for WooCommerce. I have been waiting and searching for almost a week now and have not been able to find this information.

How to add JudgeMe's review widget path to a dynamic URL

Hello, everyone.I believe my issue is simple to solve, but I don’t know how to do it yet.I’m creating a Review Collection flow for a Shopify store, and they use JudgeMe to collect reviews.For this flow, I used the “Fulfilled Order” trigger (not sure if it’s the ideal one), but I don’t know:1) What’s the trigger’s code that outputs the dynamic URL of the product the person ordered - Is it just the {{ event.URL }} code for that trigger?2) How to add “#judgeme” to the end of that dynamic URL - For it to open the product page already at the review widget, automaticallyCould someone help me?Thanks!

How to exclude people from this flow once they make a purchase

Hi I’m very new to all of the form building so I’d like another pair of eyes on this to make sure I’m doing it okay! I want to create a specific welcome flow that goes to a group of people who sign up via a specific sign up form. I am pretty sure I’ve managed to do this part thanks to some advice yesterday! BUT, I want the welcome flow of emails to stop being sent at the point a purchase has been made. Having read up a bit about it it looks like I need to add a filter (placed order zero times since starting this flow) which means that at whatever point a purchase is made the flow would stop. Does it look like I’ve done this correctly? I don’t know how to do a test on something like this without making a purchase! thanks very much

Can I connect 2 Separate Shopify Sites to my one Klaviyo Account

Hi friends,I have 2 shopify sites where I sell product. I have one for my wholesale sales and one for my retail sales. The wholesale one is a totally separate site, not a subdomain. Is there a way to have a separate sign up form for my wholesale customers- they get a different welcome sequence, etc. Thank you for your advice! I'm having trouble with fake orders!

It seems a bot is filling out my sign-up form and then randomly placing orders for various items in my shop, as shown in the image below.Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you stop it?

Is there any need to keep active profiles?

My question is - are there any good reasons to keep active profiles that are not opted in for marketing?As the monthly plans are based on the number of active profiles you have, it seems silly to be paying for these if they can't really be emailed. We do send an abandon cart email however that is sent a few hours after their visit so after a few weeks, are these active profiles of any use if we won't be emailing them?Do you recommend keeping these for a certain amount of time?If deleting them is the way to go, is there a way to automate it so that it deletes non opted in active profiles after a certain period?

Trigger Event Based on Shopify Order Paid event

Does anyone know if it is possible to set up a flow using Shopify Order Paid event as a trigger?  I need to send an email to the purchaser (who may or may not be a subscriber) with a link to fill out a customization form but unable to figure it out so far.  Any assistance is appreciated.  Thanks.

Placed Order event is time-stamped & recorded with different times and customers get abandoned cart flow even though they have placed order

The metric Placed Order is time stamped the time when a customer is doing a purchase, but it takes longer to record this and send back to Klaviyo. Around 4-12 hours. See screenshots. In the abandoned cart flow, I have set a time delay of 1 hour after starting the checkout. Because the Placed Order has a delay of more then 1 hour to record in Klaviyo, customers get an Abandoned Cart flow. I don’t want this to happen.  How can I fasten the process so that the metric is being recorded immediately in Klaviyo? Backend is Shopware 6.

What is the &_kx= string at the end of my URLs and can it be switched off?

Hi everyone and happy Friday!We have the normal UTM tracking on our links and we have added a custom utm_lc to track the “last click” source on a profile.but Im seeing another code on the end of our links that I can find the source of, the &_kx= and this string can get quite long and messy looking:?utm_source=Klaviyo&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Testing_1&utm_lc=Klaviyo&_kx=u7eRR65NqnLZ15DPx3ylMy9oSyyH_ttWWReiaicE1yg%3D.TLh3LFIs this an important string, what is it measuring/writing back to and is it editable/switch offable? Thank you

Birthaday flow

Hello I want to set up birthday flow but it’s not working. I have set up below steps for that : - I have set up the custom property as a “birthday” in the profile. - Also select that property in signup pop up which is shown when our site load. and in that any customer add their birth date ( DD/MM ) ( https://prnt.sc/YxmMRjwKt_mP ) - Create flow “Happy birthday” ( https://prnt.sc/1Wwqhz4ncsM6 ) Question : - When I Submit pop up form from the site date will be add year also why this is happning ? I have not set that date formate in pop up  ( https://prnt.sc/VshRUFKWv0Zz ) - How can I test this flow is working or not ? Is there any way to chek ?
