Hi, Recently set up a ‘browse abandonment flow’ but quickly realised that all staff members will constantly receive these which could be quite frustrating. Is there a way to: Remove emails from receiving this flow (internal members of staff) Potentially restrict how often this flow is sent to a customer who regularly browses are websiteMany thanks for your help,Stefan

Hi,I am curious on how you guys define “active on site” and “viewed product”. Because in my cohort analysis, the number seem to be much lower consider the amount of traffic the site is getting.For example, if a user come to my site the first time and entered his email and continued browsing products, does klaviyo count that as 1 “viewed product” and 1 “active on site”? or does this user has to come to site again, and until then klaviyo will track that metrics?Can someone explain exactly how this works? THX  

Hi. I have multiple client accounts I administer. And using the Klaviyo admin interface it’s easy to switch between them.BUT… my workflow is within ClickUp, where I manage the campaign calendar for each client.(BTW answering this question doesn’t require knowing anything about ClickUp).For this workflow to stay within the confines of ClickUp, and avoid flipping between applications, I am needing to embed the Klaviyo campaigns page for the client I am currently working with.Embedding the page itself works fine in ClickUp — no problem.EXCEPT… the Klaviyo admin interface “remembers” what client account is currently selected.This means, when I switch to a different client in ClickUp, the last client account I worked with is shown in the embedded campaign page view.This’ll lead to some disaster before too long. And doesn’t help with the flipping between apps thing I’m trying to avoid because I still have to flip over in Klaviyo to the account that I’m wanting to set up campaigns for.What I’

As part of an email flow, I want to send subscribers to a landing page so we can ask questions and gather feedback. I want to dynamically append their email address to the URL so that I can use this to pre-fill the form with their email, ensuring data is captured against the correct subscriber in Klaviyo. e.g. button link = {% update_property_link 'volunteering_still_interested' 'still_interested' 'https:example.com/survey?email={{ email }}' %}

I am needing some help with  Custom Report. I have report the following Metrics; 1.Subscribed to List2.Unsubscribed3.Subscibed to Back in Stock 4.Marked as Spam5.Updated Preferences6.Email Clicked7.Email Sent It appears that profiled that add their email to pop up form whilst already sudscribed how can I adjust the metric so that it only counts new subscribes.( It would also be interested to know which metrics you include in your reports?) Thanks Sean 

Hi, I trialled an SMS subscription and cancelled it after 1 month. But now I can’t send any emails… it says my account is cancelled. When I update my plans, it says I’m already subscribed to the free email plan. However it won’t let me send any emails despite having many credits. Can you assist?

Hello,I have taken over running the company's Klaviyo account. The first thing I noticed is a fun red rectangle saying “Your account is canceled.” We currently don’t have enough active emails to need a paid plan and because of that, I can’t find a way to contact support. I am looking to create a segment of customers who have spent $1000 within the last 180 days. However, as we offer subscriptions, many of our subscribers have already spent $1000 on our website within this timeframe.Can I create a tag to exclude these subscribers from the segment? What is the purpose of the following filter in the flow preset:what someone has done - started checkout zero times - since starting this flowIt seems a little strange adding this filter rule after a trigger: Started checkout. I am wondering what would happen if I were to leave out this “started checkout zero times filter”. Any explanation with potential scenario would be helpfull.Also: does the filter: placed order zero times since starting this flow remove people from the flow if they decide to purchase at any point during the flow? Best regards and appreciate your thoughts.

Hei guys I need your help again. The situation is this. I ve an app that wants to create an appointment between patient and doctors. My objective is to send an email on the same day appointment visit to the patient (and to the doctor) in order to remember them of the visit and the slot time. So I created this metric coming from a no code application (bubble) and brought throughout Zapier. Metric: YesDate visita final: event custom property - it represent the appointment dateSlot Final: event custom property - it represent the time slotHere the example:  Now, I want to trigger an email on the Date Visita Final custom event property but I am not able to do it. I have tried with a creation of a flow triggered by a metric - Can’t find the Date visita final  I ve also tried to create a flow with data based property but also here I cannot find the Custom event property. I can only see the custom property related to users profiles.  How should I do it? Is it the right process? Thanks :) 

I seem to have 64 profiles that have no source. All the others are  Either from my Klaviyo forms or -50(Shopify).Any thoughts on where these would come from?

I have a transactional “Activate Your Account” email in a flow without a time delay, yet the email is in the waiting stage and will be there for a few hours.I’m confident I don’t have any other rules in place to delay the send. I just sent a few copies of this email type without delay, yet a latest tranch of emails is delayed. Why does this happen?

It’s always been a lottery for me when setting up this flows with this specific action as a trigger.Should I be more specific and add a filter which will specify the amount her customer will be paying?Thanks in advance for the help.Juan

Now, I'm looking to enhance our method by collecting birthdays on the thank you page as well.I've created a new sign-up form titled "Birthday Collection Thank You Page" and linked it to the appropriate subscriber list. However, I'm trying to find a way to collect birthdays using Shopify Plus on the thank you page without asking customers to provide their email addresses again.Since customers have already submitted their email and other details, I want to create a seamless experience by only asking them for their birthday and a simple call-to-action button click.I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to achieve this. Hey!As an aspiring email marketer, I’m practising my template designing skills by recreating emails of another brand that I like and sending them to a hotmail and a gmail account of mine to test the deliverability.Aside from the fact that they always land in the spam folder, I am particularly troubled with the innability of the pictures to show on the hotmail account. Even the logo! All I receive is emails with just the text parts, although the colours and the blocks of the original email are still on point. It’s like someone just removed the images… All I can think of is that it might be because I take these images directly from the other brand’s website without any authority to do so… Is that valid?And if it is, then how does it differ from having a client give you pictures from a file of their own? Wouldn’t it be the same?

Hello community, I know that there are similar topics like this, and trust me when I say that I’ve tried everything. Here is the issue, I'm having difficulty with getting my Shopify subscribers getting added to the list that I want on Klaviyo. There are two lists, a pre-launch list and the newsletter list. The integration of Shopify and Klaviyo is already successful, also I’ve synced my Shopify email subscribers to Klaviyo and I’ve as well synced it to the list, “Newsletter”. I also have set the DOI for the Newsletter list, but every time I try testing where the subscribers would get added to (with one of my emails), I only get the confirmation message that was initially set for the pre-launch list, and when I confirm, my email get added to the pre-launch list and not the Newsletter list. Would deleting the Pre-launch list help? Although I am afraid that if I delete the Pre-launch list, the emails would get added to somewhere I do not know of (I’ve been a website developer and I have P

Any one else frustrated that using HTML code for buttons in the new editor does not work for Outlook - but the classic editor works fine??!! I get that the new editor has more functions, but if the output does not yield clean emails, then whats the point!! PLEASE KEEP THE CLASSIC EMAIL BUILDER

HeyI can only find information about deleting profiles, i can’t find anything about suppressing profiles via the API?The docs arn’t the best either to be honest. Is it possible to suppress users via the api?

I am trying to do a full list clean, I have 35,000 active profiles, which need cleaned up desperately.  I made an unengaged segment of:This only gave me 600 profiles- I don’t know how to move them to the suppressed folder and I also don’t know how to tackle the other thousands of names.  Any Advice?

Hi There, can we please get a huge Suppress button on profiles?Manually suppressing a person is incredibly convoluted in Klaviyo currently.Sometimes we naturally want to accomplish tasks from a profile context as well - right?And because manual unsubs occur rarely, you waste 5mins trying to accomplish it, then 5mins googling it -  EVERY TIME!Hope that makes sense.
