Hello, We are hoping to pull out records who have redeemed a welcome unique coupon code from a flow. Is this possible or do we need to simply say purchased in a certain time frame? Thank you! Ericka

Why do I set up a new welcome series email, I click live and set up newletters to subscribe to my shop's emails on my shopify page, I will receive the welcome series emails, I have tested several email accounts and I have not received the welcome series email can anyone help？

Why are my abandon checkout and abandon cart emails going to SPAM?

Hey,I’ve been working with a new client for the past 1 months. They were sending Welcome & Abandon Emails prior to my onboarding for 1-2 months. No campaigns were being sent. We began sending weekly campaigns to engaged customers for the past month and are getting 30-40%+ open rates.But we’re not hitting the same for our abandon checkout and abandon cart flow.I’ve noticed the abandon cart and abandon checkout email for my client are going to spam.  and don’t know why.Can anyone provide any advice? Really at a loss with how we can turn this around for the client right now as we cannot capture revenue from these flows.

What does it mean when a property is "set" or "not set"?

Hi, What does it mean when a profile property is “set” or “not set”? I’m understanding it to mean that there is something in that profile property for a specific profile, as opposed to the profile not having that property at all. Is my assumption correct? I’m asking because I’m setting up a conditional split in a flow to only allow profiles with a certain profile property to move to the “yes” side of the split. It doesn’t make a difference what the profile property is, just that it exists. Is the correct way to configure the split to select “Properties about someone”, “x profile property” is “set”? Thanks in advance!BB

Trigger a flow when someone places order using a specific coupon code?

Hi!I’m trying to set up a flow that will trigger each time someone places an order using a specific coupon code. This a unique code that I created inside Shopify. I can’t seem to find it when building the flow trigger. Is it possible to build such logic? How do I collect consent for SMS through desktop signups?

Hi there.I am a bit confused about collecting consent for SMS which I will describe below.I have a form that confirms opt-in for SMS that only shows up on a mobile. This is easy to configure because of the special "Subscribe via SMS" action button that you can put in mobile only forms. So people click that button on their mobile, they get sent a text message asking them to "Join" the list. That problem I have is this...I have the same setup on a desktop. I have the same sort of form but it only shows on desktop. People have to manually type in their phone number to sign up for SMS and press "Send me texts". But I don't know how to get their consent for the list it sends them to this way. I've tested it with myself and nothing happens asking me to confirm my sign up on my phone. If the list they are configured to join has "double opt-in" checked or "single opt-in" checked, they just join the list anyway. So it appears to not matter if I have double or single opt-in checked.I hope I expl

Abandoned cart flow - how to do the flow correctly for new customers and returning customers?

Hello everyone, I am encountering some questions on the abandoned cart flow:  This is the trigger for the abandoned cart flow that I plan to execute based on Klaviyo template, here comes the question: should I put another filter to split out new vs returning customer? For example: Adding another condition in Flow Filter where Placed Order zero times since all time.In this way only new customers will get abandoned cart email._______________________________________________________________________________Or another way is I keep the current filter condition, then further down the flow I split it like this: In this way, both new and returning customers will still get the abandoned email. Would like to know which way is better? Thanks for all the input!

Editing a Flow whilst live, or clone and rebuild then switch?

HelloI’m planning to make some significant changes to a post purchase flow that I currently have live which will take some time to do.  Am I best cloning the existing / starting from scratch, or can I just set the existing one to Manual mode, make all the changes then update status to Live again?Appreciate any advice!  Thank you :-)

Campaign status : This campaign is still sending to XXX queued recipients.

The campaign has been scheduled to send for several hours now, but it is still showing an error message saying, "This campaign is still sending to 223 queued recipients."I have tried everything to fix the issue, but nothing seems to work. Hi Community.I want to create the Win-back flow in my Shopify store, sending 4 emails and with a 5-day dynamic coupon.My question is how to send the same dynamic coupon and without others being created, since through each email I want to remind you that you have fewer days left to use it and insert said dynamic coupon.Thanks.

Flow Filter not working - Person that purchased is getting emails for non purchasers

I recently set up a new coupon welcome flow that has a conditional split at the beginning. People that HAVEN'T purchased get a coupon code and some emails to drive the purchase. People that have purchased get a standard welcome email. However, someone that DID make a purchase after entering the flow is continuing to get the welcome flow. What is wrong with my setup that it isn’t removing people when they purchase mid flow? I was under the impressions these filters only need to be applied once and people will be removed when they meet the condition later.  Troubleshooting notes:I verified that the user used the same email to purchase and enter the listusers purchased at 2:53pm and received the next email in the flow at 6:56pm so there was plenty of time for them to be removed from the flow

Applying specific discount codes to specific customers

Hey Klaviyo community! We are currently testing out how our referral programme might work. We have a list of referral codes and the email addresses / customers that they relate to.  Is there a way to show specific coupons to specific email addresses? "newsletter sign up form" in post purchase email

Once again I’m turning to the always reliable and helpful KLaviyo community =) Is there a way that someone can sign up to my email list directly in a email I send them? So I’d like to add an email to my post-purchase email flow that invites people who have not yet signed up to my email list, to sign up.I’d like for them to be able to sign up directly in the email they receive. So they don’t have to go to my website to sign up but can do it directly in the email.Ideally there should be an empty field where they can type their email adress and a button that says “sign up” or “submit” or something like that. So in a way I’d like to “integrate” a sign up form into the email.  is that possible?  Or if that’s not possible and since I already have their email adress, maybe alternatively I could instead add two buttons to the email, “sign up” and “don’t sign up”Then those buttons would have to collect that information (yes/no) about those customers and add them to corresponding lists/ segments

Inserting Past Profiles into a dynamic Flow.

Issue.  We had our ad agency change the wording of one of our items in Shopify without informing us, resulting in a flow trigger not firing and 53 of our prospects not entering a sales flow.I am trying to figure out how to get these past profiles into that flow.I have created a segment with the 53 profiles in it. Then I cloned the flow and attempted to have that segment go into the top of the flow, but for the life of me, I can't find a way/ trigger to initiate that action.Any advice welcome

Hi,I am trying to setup up a new Browse Abandonment Flow, but there is no template showing up in search or other.Actually all the available templates are quite limited from what I have seen in the past.Is there a reason why?I am using the Free Plan, and I am under the 250 contacts limit. Thanks.

Dynamic Content Based on Current Date

Is it possible to show/hide blocks of content based on the CURRENT DATE(not a date stored on a customer profile or in metric/event data) Use Case: Showing different product blocks for different categories of products based on what the customer told me they are shopping for. If they say they’re shopping for the Holidays can I say show this block if the date is after X and before Xand then show a different block during a different date range? This way I can show Christmas stuff at one time of the year, and Mother’s Day items at another.

Preventing an email in flow from sending if user already took action

Hello all,I currently have three emails in my welcome series. The first one welcomes the user and gives them a dynamic coupon code. The second is an email about the company, and the third is a reminder about their code expiring in x days.How do I prevent the third email from going out if the user used the coupon code before the third (last) email goes out?Is there a way to do this?Thank you, -Chris

Hi - klaviyo beginner here! I’m setting up an email capture pop up that offers a discount codeWhen I go to email subscriber list option it only offers me groups that I don’t want to target -  ie those who are already signed up to our newsletterWhat is the process to create a group that is for new visitors on our website, that I can then select as the group to receive this pop up? ThanksClara

Back In Stock Delay

I have everything setup for a Back In Stock flow. There is one setting preventing me from launching. It is the Back In Stock Dealy. Which waits for product to come back in stock before sending email. I do not see any settings for that, just a delay of days. It should look like this sample.

We recently started a deal for “new customers” on Shopify . . . a coupon discount for customers who have never placed an order. I’d like to have a special email welcome for them. But I don’t see a condition here in Klaviyo that’s based on them using that coupon (the only way I can think to identify them.)How might I go about setting up a flow like this?
