Setting Up Email Flows for "Added to Cart" That Load All Items

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to the community to understand a recent issue we've encountered with our "Added to Cart" email flows in Klaviyo using Shopify. In the past, our flows were set up similarly to "Started Checkout" flows where each email would iterate over every item added to the cart, creating a detailed table of all products the customer showed interest in.However, we've hit a snag. Currently, when the "Added to Cart" event triggers an email, it only pulls one item, despite multiple items being added to the cart. This is in contrast to the "Started Checkout" trigger, where the iteration works flawlessly, listing all items in the checkout table.We've contacted Klaviyo support, and they're now indicating that the "Added to Cart" trigger will only ever show one item. This is puzzling because we have a history of "Added to Cart" flows that did exactly what we're trying to achieve now. How could we have multiple flows set up in the past that worked this way if it was never supp

Is there a way to automate flow creation

Hello there,  I’m trying to setup a flow on klavyio, products are synced thanks to the Shopify integration but i also have my own app where i create custom metrics, lists, etc … . My problem is that in my app, i create a list and an event everytime certains conditions are met, I need to be able to automatically create a flow based on the metric (custom event saying that my preorders have pass 50% of the preorder objective) and my list (containing the users who manifested an interest towards this product), I cannot create flows myself for each list because there are a lot of products and that would be really time consuming, so here’s a way to do this or am i doing something wrong ?Thank you !

Adding review link into an existing flow

Hello!I've already given up on reviewing multiple products in one email, I would settle for reviewing just the first product. However, it simply refuses to work. When I preview it, it looks fine. Even when I send it as a test, it navigates there and looks good. However, when I do a test purchase and the email comes that way, the product image isn't there, and no matter how much I click on the stars, it doesn't navigate to the review page. Why? What am I doing wrong?

Issue Contacting Customer Service

I was told by a customer service agent that I should contact her to follow up on an issue about a billing error AFTER I proceeded in downgrading to a free account. She advised me to downgrade first. So I didn’t receive my credit, but now I’m UNABLE to email with the free account!! Any workaround you can suggest?

Remove profiles from the list

Is there anyway we can remove profile from the list based on email? Like this old api https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/v1-2/reference/remove-members The current one only removes the profile from the list based on Profile ID.

Phone numbers with Facebook and Google Integration

We have many customers (over 90k) for which we only have name and phone number and I’d like to set up the integration with Google and Facebook to serve these audiences. Has anyone been able to do this with phone numbers and not email? There is an encrypted email address that we have, but we DON”T want the ads platforms to build an audience on these emails, rather to ignore them and use the phone number instead. Any ideas?

Embedded form submission DOES NOT equal people in segment?

Could use some help here…We are running a giveaway on our Shopify site. I am using a Klaviyo embedded form to capture emails addresses. Those who sign up are being placed on a list. No problems… until now.In Klaviyo, my form is saying it’s been submitted 3,300 times. BUT… my list (that is only fed from this form) has 8,000 names on it. Any ideas why I’m seeing about 1/3 the number of form submissions than I’m seeing on the list? I do have single opt-in on for this one, so I may need to revert to double opt-in if someone has figured out a way to make the list grow so quickly.Thanks for any advice!

Woocommerce checkbox issue on mobile

Hello,I have an issue with my Klaviyo checkbox on the checkout page. On mobile, the text is under the checkbox. On desktop, it’s better but the text is a little bit above the checkbox.I would just like to get the text aligned with the checkbox. Anyone has a solution?Thank you

Hide the variant "default title" for back in stock flow email

Hi there ! I am working on a back in stock flow and I a facing an issue with the email… I wanted the variant to show in the email (The Vase Blue is back in stock) so I had the variant snippet from the tutorial but, if the product has no variant, the “Default title” after the rpoduct name is showing. Would it be possible to add code with a condition so that the variant snippet shows only when the product has a variant and is hidden when it has no variant ?

My Sent From Isn't Working Properly

When I send an email it sometimes shows my company name as sent from (which is what I want) and sometimes it shows the beginning of the email address it’s sent from. On a computer and ipad it works properly, but on an iphone it doesn’t. It has drastically affected my open rate. Any idea what’s going on? We need help!

Klaviyo embed forms are being injected twice

The forms are being added twice within the div with the klaviyo id. We have confirmed that the klaviyo js script only loads once on the site and that the div with the klaviyo form id does not get duplicated. The beheviour we are seeing is that the form body gets injected into the div embedded twice. It happens for every form on the site.

Phantom Reviews?

Hi there,I am just wondering why some reviews are not showing up on my “Overview” or “All Reviews” page but are impacting my average rating for the widgets? Currently I have a product that has a significantly lower rating since I think a customer accidentally clicked the review link and left 3 reviews unintentionally (5-star, 4-star and a 1-star review). The reason I suspect this is that upon exporting all my reviews as a CSV, I can see the same name leave 3 reviews. I also noted that in the same CSV, there was a 1 star review that was left without any note or comment which makes me believe that was on accident as well. I have put the review submission form as requiring some form of comment.CSV Export - 3 review by same customer + 1 accidental?Unfortunately this means that that product now has an average rating of 3.88 and I can’t do anything as the review does not show up in the “Overview” or “All Reviews” page. This leads me to question:How do we ensure that customers reviews that ar

Pop Up Form Target by Product Type

I am hoping to have a pop up trigger on the cart page only for people with a certain item type in their cart but am having trouble with the “category” trigger - I am wondering if I am just not using the exact right name for the tags they are pulling from. Anyone know how to see a list of “categories” that Klaviyo has for a store so I can choose the right one?

How to combine multiple dynamic text blocks, into one universal block?

We’re looking for efficiency and accuracy gains on a frequntly built set of blocks. We have a large number of custom profile attributes we’re wanting to display if present, and hide if not present on a customers profile. We do this using multiple Text Blocks with dynamic content, and unique display logic on each.We have these saved as indervidual Universal Blocks. eg:However this list is growing, and adding these idervidually each time is time consuming and prone to error. We would like to combine all these Text Blocks, into one single Universal Content Block, but cant see an obviouse way?We found its possible to combine these into a Section, which you can then save as a Universal Block. This works perfectly, appart from the fact you cant put a section, in between other blocks within another section. This means we cant insert this content into existing content within a section, we’re limited to inserting between sections. eg:We could change our email building methods into using multipl

Hi guys,Like the title. It's like cold mailing, but instead of reaching out to them directly, I will enter their e-mail address into our Klaviyo system through our sign-up form first 🤡. How adding Birthday date in my pop up sign up

I want to add the birthday date in my pop-up so that I can collect my clients' birthday dates to create a flow and offer them discounts, gifts, etc.I don’t see how it’s possible?And how will the date be added to my clients' profiles?Also, what is the best method for asking my already subscribed clients for their birthday date? With a system that collects these dates directly into their profiles?Thank you.
