Hello, I am struggling to add the second embedded form to the web-site. I have added the first one, which is pop-up on main page and now I need to add Newsletter subscription in the footer. I’ve created the second “embed” form, added <div> to the footer in code editor on Shopify, however it’s not showing at all. Do I need to do something with snippet? What can cause the issue? My Shopify theme is Dawn version 2.4.0 Thanks in advance for your help,Anastasia
HiI’m trying to avoid having to embed a form on our own site, and instead just use the hosted Klaviyo form (see screenshot).However, the form is much too small on mobile (see screenshot).There’s no immediate remedy to this that I can find, no Desktop nor Mobile views where I can change the layout.Am I missing something? Please wait and try again later.” WHY DO YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT SUPPORT This alone is going to be reason to start looking at better options
I’m using dynamic coupon codes in the signup form so that a unique code will be generated and displayed in the success message for a new subscriber. However, how can we email the same code to the same customer in the welcome flow later as well?
Is there a way to add a text input field that is multiple lines (similar to the input box that I’m writing this question within). I see Klaviyo has a text input block for forms but it’s restricted to one line. I would like to have multiple lines where user can right multiple lines of text with paragraph breaks. Is this possible? If not, what other service provides this that can be integrated with klaviyo?
Hey there,I just started using Klaviyo and I love it but I am running into one major problem. I think it is great that the integrated signup forms in Shopify sync with Klaviyo but it results in one issue for me: the Shopify system as well as the Klaviyo system send confirmation emails for the double opt-in. Problem is, I cannot disable double opt-in on Shopify because that would mean anyone can sign up (including bots) and I also cannot disable double opt-in on Klaviyo because double opt-in is required in my country.Does anyone know how to work around this issue?Any help is appreciated.Thank you,
Hi everyone I have a sign up form which is triggered by clicking a button. The button is installed correctly and is working. The only problem is that the pop up also appears on page load. Why is this happening? I have checked ‘only show on custom trigger’ and installed the code into the page.
Hi, not too sure if anyone knows what’s gone wrong here but I’m having a slight issue with a flyout form. There used to be a button to close the form, top right corner I think it was originally, anyway I’ve been tinkering around with the styling of the form and I can’t seem to find/see the close button anymore. This is a form live on a client’s website so it’s a bit of a problem that customer’s aren’t able to close this once it appears. I’ll attach a screenshot so you can see what’s going on. For some reason as well, the dismissal settings don’t seem to be available to me, I know there’s an option to have the form close if someone clicks back onto the page but is this not available for flyouts and just pop ups or something?Thanks in advance!
Hi,I have integrated Klaviyo with my Shopify and Gempages site, and I have a form now successfully showing up on one of my pages.However, when I go to submit the form I get the following error:“An error occured when submitting. Please try again later.”I have gone through the help page and double checked that the button is a “submit” button and that the list it is submitting to exists.Any help would be much appreciated.
Tackling an on-going issue where embedded forms do not render. While this is related to ad blocking, we have a specific repeatable use case:An Instagram ad appears while browsing through Instagram. User taps the CTA, which triggers an in-app webview that contains a page on our site. That page has an embedded Klaviyo form. Klaviyo fails to load, leaving a hole in the page. Users’ device checked: No ad blocking software installed, default Safari options. So it looks like Safari (15.4) is blocking it out of the box. That’s a LOT of users.There needs to be a better way of handling blocked content: or at least, Klaviyo needs to be far more transparent about what may and may not work and how to handle cases where embedded forms do not work.Asking users to disable ad blocking is just not going to wash as more and more browsers do this out of the box.Sadly, looks like we will now have to remove Klaviyo from many of our landing pages and replace with Shopify forms.Has anyone come up with an ele
I confirmed that the shopify / klaviyo integration is set-up on my site, but when I try to add an embed code to one of my pages, it will not show. I’m trying to create a landing page and was just testing it for now -- but the embed is supposed to show directly beneath the image on this page: https://www.affirmativities.com/pages/test-happiness-activity-book Can someone please help? I’ve created an embeded sign up form in Klaviyo which i want to connect to one specific site on my Website. I connected my Shopify store with Klviyo and did all the necessary steps (copying the code in a custom liquid form on my site etc.)Still my sign up form isn’t visible on my Shopify site. Can someone tell me why? Did i miss a step? Or is there more code i have to add directly to my Theme code?
I have 2 different buttons on my shopify landing page that I want to connect to my klaviyo sign up form. I have the form done and set as a pop up. I have it exactly matched to my landing page url. How do I connect it to the buttons on my shopify page? I did see where you had to paste some html code into the content on the page setup. However, when I did this it just showed up as code on the top of that page. What am I doing wrong?
We currently send a unique coupon code using a “Welcome Flow” that is triggered with a signup form. I’m excited about the ability to show the unique coupon code in the signup form confirmation but would like to have to also have the same unique code continued to be sent in the “Welcome Flow”.Is there a way to ensure the user is presented with the same unique code in both the signup form and in the flow?
Hello there,I am using wordpress woocommerce with wp bakery page builder, installed code snippet, copied the html code of the embedded form & pasted it on site, but the form is not showing.(see attachment) Also tried with wpbakery text block, the result is same(see attachment)What is the possible solution? In the klaviyo documentation & other sections, they are suggesting to use it on the footer widget. But I want to paste it on a web page
Hi, I have created a newsletter signup form which means my customers will be added to my ‘welcome’ flow and sent a unique shopify 20% discount code. I have set up the discount code in Klaviyo and entered the piece of code into my email. However when I test the email, the unique code is not populated. Please can someone help me resolve this issue asap? The test email shows this in the email body and it should be a unique code. Thanks
