For the past few hours I’ve been unable to log into Klaviyo to work on my clients’ accounts. Using Klaviyo.com/login takes me to this page: https://www.klaviyo.com/conversations/smsI’ve used Incognito pages, separate computers, different browsers, etc. and have the same result. Going through the ‘login’ link on Klaviyo.com (or the Account button on the same page), after entering user name and password, plus going through the 2-step authentication method as usual, leads me to this page: https://www.klaviyo.com/dashboard but the content of the page is a 404 Page not found page on Klaviyo.com.I would normally try support from within the app, but I can’t get in there to use it, and the options for the support form access don’t cover this situation (my account is not disabled, since Klaviyo still thinks I am logged in!) and none of the other options apply. Anyone here have suggestions on what I can do next?
I registered two accounts, both of which were blocked. I contacted the customer service, but the reply was very slow. I have provided the materials every day these days, but it is still not unsealed. I'm really worried, if klaviyo doesn't make things easier for customers, what's the point of Klaviyo? I'm just a businessman, doing business for more than ten years, just want to use SMS to contact customers, if you can't do it, please refund!!!!!
Companies that use Klaviyo NEED to be able to understand how they are trending on credits usage. How many credits were used yesterday, last week, last month, etc? Whatever is in account overview can be described purely as vanity metrics. They are not helpful i understanding if you have enough credit or if you are going to get charged overages at some point. This is baseline functionality that should have been consider an MVP feature by the product management team at Klaviyo because it builds TRUST with companies. Without this Klaviyo feels like another Attentive (not a good thing). PLEASE prioritize helping your customers (the actual users of Klaviyo). Is there anything currently being worked on to address this? How do we get this prioritized?
Hi there, This is an urgent request. One of my client account & disabled & because of that I'm unable to access any of my client kalviyo account because I'm unable to switch account. Please switch my kalviyo account to the one Im admin so that I can access all other account while my client can contact kalviyo for account reinstate.
I was on chat today to get help just canceling while a take a break. I got the directions and followed them. Now, I get emails telling me I will be upgraded to another level. I want to cancel, I cant, not an option, I can close it, lose all the data from years. Any ideas to cancel? If not, im ready to kick them to the curb, enough!
Please Help. I’ve spent hours on hours setting up proper flows for my business and love this service. However, upon attempt to run them my account was disabled. I have tried reaching out to support via the chat but have yet to hear a response. It’s been almost 1 month and my account diable has yet to be resolved.. Can someone please fix this asap, I don’t want to switch services but this is hurting my business not running properly. Thank you so much.

Today I bring a question to you guys.I have clients who have a klaviyo account and in that klaviyo account, my client has two stores connected. One is Woocommerce and another one is Shopify. My client already integrated with woocommerce. But he will switch to Shopify soon.But here is the main topic is. My dad was charged (from Klaviyo inc. software) about 120usd on his credit card in the name of Klaviyo but we can't figure out where it comes from. My dad is a retiree, he has no business for which he needs Klaviyo. He doesn't even have a klaviyo accountIs it possible to go back to the details? could it be a hacker or fraud problem?This is the second time this has happened to him. We fail to understand. Hi everyone! Is there a way in Klaviyo to for a customer to send a favorite product via email to a loved one - like a wish list style share button? Tiffany & Co has a “drop a hint” email feature on their product pages that allows a a consumer to share a product via email that they’d like to receive as a gift. It’s brilliant. Maybe I need to play around with the embed options…. Just trying to wrap my head around this! It’s seriously brilliant.
Hi,Since starting with Klaviyo I’ve noticed I get asked for 2FA every time I log in and that when returning to the website my session isn’t remembered.I don’t know of any service that’s this strict. It’s actually quite annoying when I’m on the same browser/device every day!Even payment services like Stripe give you the option when signing in to be remembered for that browser for a week.It seems a bit overkill for an email/SMS platform.
We had replaced our card on the account. It was not updated until recently as we had a new card mailed. This card was updated today, but the account is still showing Disabled. How do I talk to a Human at Klaviyo so that they can get this corrected ASAP?
Hi, I have an issue with Dedicated Sending Domain. How to properly add the DNS, if I cannot use all the characters? It gives me this error: I can use ‘kl.domainkey’ or ‘kl_domainkey’ but I cannot use both dot and _ at once as it is stayed I should..I’d appreciate any help!
I’m trying to contact Klaviyo to get them to refund me my bill after I cancelled but it’s absolutely impossible.Because my plan is cancelled, I can’t use the live chat or email function. I’ve raised a ticket which they’ve replied to but I cannot reply to them as the email bounces back because apparently it’s spam. I don’t want to spend all day trying to find out how to contact Klaviyo, I’m trying to run a business!! All I want is a refund for my cancelled plan. The plan was cancelled on the day the money was taken!
