i’m baffled what happened, I basically had an opt-in email list after collaborating with a huge national company for a competition and we got a really good participation rate, which meant I had 10K emails consenting to subscribe to our newsletter. Great, I didn’t think, and added them all to my email list via import, forgetting that each subscriber is actually sent a flow that welcome’s a new subscriber and gives them a discount.Of course this means over 10K people got sent a welcome email from our flow, not a campaign. So how did this work? I did get 2-3 notfiications that a few ££ had been taken out of my bank account, not large amounts, literally 2-3£. I’m now wondering whether klaviyo is about to destroy my business account with a huge bill of 300-400 dollars because they sent out 10,000 emails to 10,000 profiles? Hi, I’ve added the Web Tracking snippet to my site and tested that it works, but unfortunately it’s sending the data to the wrong account. I have 2 Klaviyo accounts, one is for testing and one is for my business. The data from my site is going into my testing account, rather than the business site.Any thoughts? Thanks!
I purchased Klaviyo basic plan in January, used it to its full extent. The results weren’t promising for me so i stopped using it but forgot to cancel. It charged in Feb, which isn’t a problem for me. Now it is trying to charge my card again in March. I had absolutely forgot about klaviyo during this period. I came to know when my card transaction was declined. So now my account is suspended, and i can’t find the option to cancel my account. This is supposed to be a prepaid service. If i am not using it in March and let me cancel it pls. Email & chat support is disabled and there is no call numbers available. So there is absolutely no way for me to approach Klaviyo team to resolve the issue. Please help. Thanks
Hello, have a question regarding finding support here,it took me days to cancel the program after the initial $30 first month payment For me at 84 it is a bid to complicated to go on with Klaviyo .……………. Finding someone to help to cancel is a task in it self, any advice, Bernie
I wanted to upgrade my Klaviyo Plan and tried to add my Credit Card as a payment method. If I click on the button to confirm my datas, it won’t stop loading. So it’s not possible to add my credit card as a payment method. It‘s a big problem cause my clients need to get important emails but it’s not possible cause it’s not working to add a credit card!
I meant to get access to my company’s account as a collaborator. I accidentally started the process of creating an account, I only got to the point of adding my brand information.Now, when the company I work for tries to add me as a collaborator, I get sent to the “set up” page of the account I created.I want to cancel this mistake account so I can finally access my company’s. Hello Klaviyo Community!We recently became Klaviyo Partner and I added a customer of my agency to the Managed Customer tab. But he says he did not find the confirmation e-mail sent by klaviyo (so he can confirm and be moved from pending to active in my partner dashboard). How can I send the confirmation E-mail again?I tried reaching out to klaviyo by e-mail, that was 2 weeks ago, still no response.I have been thinking of archive the client, but I do not know how it works, and if I can add them to managed clients again after that.Did you have a similar problem? How did you solve it?
Ive just signed up to Klaviyo but I cant get anything to appear when I log in on Chrome. It works on Firefox but I do everything on Chrome so I dont want to change. I’ve updated my Mac OS, updated to latest version of Chrome. All Im getting is a blank white screen.
I recently enabled double opt-in for my master list. Should the confirmation email show as an event on a subscribers profiles or should I trust that Klaviyo is sending it out? I guess would like some transparency as to whether new subscribers are confirming their subscription.
As you can see I can't access few of the buttons on the right side of the website through mobile. I tried to swipe but it won't move. It's only happens when I'm in the settings page. In homepage you can easily swipe to the right and see everything.

I’m new on Klaviyo, trying to scale my freelancing career. I already have 2 clients but to be honest, I’m just hanging in there, trying my best with the knowledge I got from Aweber and SendPulse (while working my past job) to set up campaigns, flows etc for them. But I need to learn everything on and about klaviyo, like, from dashboard to different triggers and segments, etc. is there a comprehensive course I need to take? or something that progresses from the basic like dashboard down to complex like analytics. please help, i don’t mind hustling this skill like it’s my Phd exam in a week.

Hi, I first created an account directly with Klaviyo as far as I know, with the mail X.then i added user Y and he created email flows. i could also put shopify triggers in it and it was integrated.I wanted to log in through shopify apps klaviyo but then was shown the klaviyo home page with the registration/integration.How do I get back to my normal account now? They just don’t give about you anymore.They don’t read what you write and don’t take additional steps to get into your issue. They take the route that’s the easiest - reply with macros. Most of the time, that macro is nowhere close to helping resolve the issue. I do believe now’s a hard time for Klavio’s support due to bad time management or some other reason X, but it’s been like this for months now. The second issue is - compliance. The time is of essence when it comes down to deliverability. On Monday, I’ve sent a request to Klaviyo’s compliance team to reset our email sending domain so we could add a new one, since we’re transitioning to our new brand name. Hi Guys,We have a setup with only a few email subscribers, but a whole lot of active profiles within our klaviyo / Shopify setup.recent dialog with a friend, got me thoinking about our billing setup.As we all know, the amount of active profiles affect the totalt amount of people you are allowed to send campaign mails to at once. But how does it affect the flows?We are on a billing plan with only the amount of active profiles, that is within our newsletter list.We do tho have 100.000 active profiles backend, that have been collected from shopify, before we got klaviyo.Simple question:Are 1/10 of our customers not entering our flows?
I'm wondering if there is an option where I can just have someone set everything up for me. I'm trying to add my email campaigns but I see I have to break apart and individually upload each text/image etc from my Canva templates instead of just drag and drop. It's going to take me hours where it might take someone knowledgable minutes. Is there a feature that I can have everything done for me? Obviously it would be an upgrade or pay feature but does it exist? Please help! I'm an old lady with minimal tech knowledge! Help!
