Active On Site data, View Product Data, Add to Cart Data is not working
Hi there,Hope you guys are doing well. I have never faced this issue before. I have integrated with shopify properly and perfectly. And I also tested myself by using this Link ?email@example.comBut the active on site and View product data is not working. And also I have set up the Add to cart Snippet. It’s also not working as well.Integration Active On Site data is not working. Viewed Product Data is not working as well. For Add to Cart Trigger. [ When I click on the Add to cart button it doesn’t redirect me to another page. So I follow the First Method of the Add to Cart guidelines. Shopify them version 3.0.0 I have also tried for this issue: Looking forward to hearing you. Thanks in advanced.
List and payment billing questions
Hi. My question is, I’m paying about $100 for my list of contacts, problem is I’m currently not using that list at the moment, if I stop paying will I completely lose my list? Is there a pause of some kind? My business requires many emails but does not require to use the emails often at all, I’m talking 6/7 months at a time or so. Is my only choice to keep paying monthly even though I’m not using it for months? Are there any options here? Thank you.
Shopify Theme Change
I am already using Klaviyo on a vintage Shopify theme, and have Back in Stock, Viewed Product Tracking and Added to Cart Tracking set up, together with embedded forms.Currently migrating to a 2.0 theme, and unable to find any information about whether I need to add these all over again?If so, can I do that before the theme is published? Who do my subscriber emails not go to any list?
Hi, Can you please help me about the link between Shopify and Klaviyo ? When someone subscribe to the newsletter on Shopify, the contact information goes to “Profile” on my Klaviyo but i did not go to “list”. Why ? Is my Shopify is well connected ? How to solve this problem ? Thank you
Why Can't I Upgrade my Plan?
Hey everyone, does anyone else have issues with their billing on Klaviyo? I have many customers on this platform, but for some reason for one of the customers, I am unable to get out of the FREE Version of the software. The billing went through last month with no problems, but it didn’t allow me to send the right amount. The past three days I tried three different credit cards to upgrade the account another tier higher or swap out billing methods. Nothing seems to work. I don’t get an error message. Once I click the upgrade button, the window just sits and nothing happens.
How to edit my partner profile?
Hey there community, I’m managing multiple accounts as a Klaviyo Partner, but since I began my business has rebranded with a new trading name and email address.When I’m registering my managed accounts, the old details are coming through for confirmation and new clients are getting confused.I’ve searched high and low but I can’t seem to find a way to edit my business name and email/login credentials without losing access to everything and starting over? Klaviyo is asking me to setup and integrate with shopify again
When I logged onto klaviyo, it acted as if I did not set up my account yet. I have been a paying customer of Klaviyo for over a year. The prompt was to run the integration with my shopify store, which I have already done. I did not run the integration again for fear of losing everything I have set up in my klaviyo account in the past 15 months.And since the system does not recognize me as a paying customer, I can not access Chat. VERY ANNOYING!!! I need to access my account immediately. I did submit an email, but no response yet. Argh….Anyone have ideas?
added admin user in settings but the link says its been expired
Hi,I tried to add an account as an admin and when the link got was clicked it said the link has been expired ask for another link. Then I send another and it still said the same. I am aware the link gets expired after a set number of hours but this all happened in the course of a few minutes and it still said the link has been expiredA little backstory: The account I added is already an admin in some other account but then a new account was created under the same email id and different account name after referring to klaviyos multi user article. It’s still running through the same problem tho
Customer in two different accounts for two shops
Hello,my customer has two online shops and actual looking for a E-Mail Solution. In one Store (Woocommerce) he sell the items on the normal way like all shops. In the second Shop (Shopify) he sell other items as an auction. Customer are for both the same, because product range same as well.My idea is to have two different Klaviyo Accounts, but company is the same and we want to have the customer in both account to create marketing activities.Thanks for your help :-)
Is there a Klaviyo User Permission that Disallows the Export of Things in My Account?
Does Klaviyo offer a user role/permissions that disallows a user from exporting/downloading my email subscriber list? I have an email consultant who wants to do an audit of my Klaviyo and I need to set them up so they have view-only access to my Klaviyo account but they will NOT have access to export/download subscriber profiles for obvious security reasons.
I just made a mistake I integrate it into a wrong shopify store. How can I remove the API key in the theme?
Hello guys, I accidentally integrate the klaviyo of my client to a wrong store, and the pop up it showing already, I saw the API key in the shop, using inspect.I re-integrate it already but still it showing.But I try to locate it in the theme but I can’t see it. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
Viewed Product Tracking being removed by Pagefly
I am using Pagefly - a Shopify third party page builder app for my custom product page codes. I have recently launched my site so am making on-going changes to certain elements of the page, in doing so, when I have published the page it is removing the Viewed Product tracking code. Has anybody else experienced this or found a solution for why viewed product tracking might be getting removed when changes are made to individual product pages? Thanks

I create my first email flow and just as I’m about to test it, YOU DISABLE MY ACCOUNT and NO ACCESS TO CHAT?This is a terrible early experience for a business about to launch an e-commerce campaign.I had to send an email. Update credit card information not working (always in progress)
Hi,We are trying to update our account credit card information to stop using the free tier and get more active accounts and emails. But, when updating the credit card information and clicking on the update button, nothing happens. The button has a in progress indicator and it never stops. There are no error messages.This is kind of urgent since we need to unblock our emails.I submitted a ticket to support, but still no response after a few hours.Thanks.
Web tracking only works for myself, not for customers (added to cart, product view, active on site)
Hey, I have a shopify store and have implemented the added to cart, product view and active on site triggers as instructed.When I then tried to trigger the events, I noticed that the events are only triggered on myself.For example, when a customer cancels the shopping cart, nothing is displayed under klaviyo profiles.I have tried just about everything....The other triggers all work so far. Hope you can help me!ThanksDaniel
