Hi Klaviyo Community,I am completely knew to Klaviyo and trying to learn how to become a Klaviyo expert and partner. I have a few questions, but I can’t seem to find someone to speak with directly! Could anyone answer these questions for me?How to operate Klaviyo for multiple businesses if being paid to do so? How do paid accounts work if working for a business? Ways in which to market your expertise? Opportunities to gain experience as a beginner?I’m sure I’ll have many more, so if someone is willing to sit down with me, that would be amazing. Thank you!
Does Klaviyo offer a user role/permissions that disallows a user from exporting/downloading my email subscriber list? I have an email consultant who wants to do an audit of my Klaviyo and I need to set them up so they have view-only access to my Klaviyo account but they will NOT have access to export/download subscriber profiles for obvious security reasons.
Hi,We are trying to update our account credit card information to stop using the free tier and get more active accounts and emails. But, when updating the credit card information and clicking on the update button, nothing happens. The button has a in progress indicator and it never stops. There are no error messages.This is kind of urgent since we need to unblock our emails.I submitted a ticket to support, but still no response after a few hours.Thanks.
Hello, in searching through the community and on klaviyo.com, I haven’t been able to find any mention of compliance reports for certifications like ISO271001 or SOC2. Are these available for download anywhere?The only mention of these I’ve seen is for Klaviyo One. But even on the post there’s no detail given about where to find such reports. Any help greatly appreciated!
Hello,my customer has two online shops and actual looking for a E-Mail Solution. In one Store (Woocommerce) he sell the items on the normal way like all shops. In the second Shop (Shopify) he sell other items as an auction. Customer are for both the same, because product range same as well.My idea is to have two different Klaviyo Accounts, but company is the same and we want to have the customer in both account to create marketing activities.Thanks for your help :-)
Hi Guys I’m receiving a ‘your request could not be submitted error’ when trying to submit a ticket on Klaviyo, so thought posting here might be the next best option..I am no longer to edit the delays/conditions on my flows - I am getting a 'Network error 403' when trying.I believe this is because I recently created a Private API key to integrate with Survicate (NPS Platform). I have tried:1. Removing Private API key on Klaviyo (but then I get an error saying 'unable to delete key').2. Removing integration with Survicate (didn't work).Does anyone have a suggestion on how I fix this?Thanks,Josh
Has anyone successfully set up their dedicated sending domain using AWS? If so, did you have to do anything differently or in addition to the steps provided by Klaviyo? I ask because we’re following the steps completely, yet unable to verify records. Any assistance is appreciated.
New added user is required to use Multi-Factor authentication and can't because no QR Code is presented beforehand. How should I proceed?
I added a new user as an Admin and when clicking on the invite email - he’s taken to a login page with Multi-factor authentication. The problem is no prior screen with the QR Code is presented, so he cannot get the 6-digit number.
Hi, I have a question about the free planI have this months:341/250 profiles58/250 emails send0/150 sms credits I thinked when I passed 250 active profiles the free plan will end, but Im still on 0$/month, maybe bc I haven't send 250 emails this month?Can anyone explain it to me? I don't want klaviyo to stop sending emails.I just use it when ppl subscribe to my newsletter that they get a 10% code. Would be not good if they subscribe and klaviyo stops sending emails. Hi, I have a client whose Klaviyo account was suspended today (Remembrance Day) because Klaviyo was “unable to process last payment.”The credit card and billing information on file is up to date but we’re still suspended. Have tried multiple credit cards but still suspended.Please help!We’re losing money because of this...
Hello everybody,I’ve recently installed Klaviyo in my shopify store and there weren’t any problem.But now I don’t know why every time I click on the app to enter, it doesn’t function, there is no new tab for Klaviyo, so the only thing i can do is to open a new tab on google and tap “Klaviyo”, which is a bit annoying.Does anyone have ever got the same issue and be able to help me to fix it ? Hi all, we came across a very weird page speed issue in Gtmetrix which appears to be (cancelled), and 0KB size. Our main question is: if this is flagged as an issue with a (cancelled) voice and 0KB size, is this actually an issue? What would that even mean, and is there anything we can do about this? Hi, we are switching over from Woocommerce to Shopfiy and I can’t see how to disable our current integration to then set up the new integration. On the new Klaviyo dashboard, the integrations tab is not there. I don’t want to set up a new Klaviyo account for the new shopify store as I want to see the legacy data and use all our current campaigns and flows. When we switch over, we want all current campaigns, subscribers and flows to be available and working. Please can anyone advise what updates to these are needed to make this happen? I have read that some flows need triggers updating - please advise?I can’t get started until we find out how to disable the initial integration!Thanks,
I recently upgraded my account, will subscribers be sent flow emails they should've received before I upgraded?
I hit my allowable profiles limit yesterday and upgraded to the next tier today.There were about 50+ contacts yesterday who signed-up after I hit my limit and before I upgraded and they weren’t sent any emails from the flow they were assigned to.Now that I’ve upgraded, will these 50+ contacts be sent emails from their flow, or do I need to manually do something?
What determines the decision for Compliance Team to remove Dedicated Sending Domain settings? I’m asking as a person who made a mistake and now may be facing a huge problem that can cost days to weeks of work if they decide not to remove the dedicated sending domain I set up.

Hi there, Recently I become a Klaviyo Partner Program Member as a Freelancer. So right now the badge is not showing in my profile, as you can see? I know the 9 numbers should be putted in the profile settings, but my main question is Where to find those 9 numbers ? You will say “ Go to Portal Dashboard, right hand size there is a Quick Links Tab, scroll down , you will see a Forum Key” , Is that you will say BUT BUT That are not 9 numbers, its showing like this k-002134397 ( It’s Showing 10 numbers ) , What should I do now ?
Hey, I have a shopify store and have implemented the added to cart, product view and active on site triggers as instructed.When I then tried to trigger the events, I noticed that the events are only triggered on myself.For example, when a customer cancels the shopping cart, nothing is displayed under klaviyo profiles.I have tried just about everything....The other triggers all work so far. Hope you can help me!ThanksDaniel
