Revenue missing from flows (and all analytics)

Hi,During a review meeting today, my client did a screen share so we could work through some edits to the welcome flow. Her view looked very different than mine - hers includes revenue and my view doesn’t (even though I have admin access). Here’s an example of one of the email’s analytics. Email Bouncing and Getting a Dedicated Sending Domain

Good Morning! I hoping someone could help me with my email situation. So I have been talking with klaviyo support about my all of my emails bouncing. So he informed me that I shouldn’t use my yahoo email to send messages and that i should set up a Dedicated Sending Domain. My question is: Should I purchase a business email and use that email with my klaviyo account?Thank you in advance!

Why can't I find my Add to Cart code in my Shopify theme files after I added it?

Hello. I am following these steps: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001396711-Guide-to-Creating-an-Added-to-Cart-Event-for-Shopify However after I have added the script to product.liquid, I am not able to locate the script on the product page. Am I editing the wrong template?

Bounces t-online.de

Hi there - we experience huge problems with bounces to all @t-online.de address (which is Germany’s biggest online provider, hence a big problem for as as Germany is our key market). Essentially all e-mails to @t-online.de bounce for several months already, and we now have several thousand suppressed profiles because of that.I contacted Klaviyo several times and they always say they will look into it (and trying one more time now), however the problem persists.Does anyone have any advice on how to best address this? Is this something Klaviyo needs to fix (i.e. is Klaviyo getting blocked), or is our domain the problem? Note we just started to set up our own domain in Klaviyo (have added DNS accordingly), but no results yet.Also does anyone know how I can un-suppress the profiles in bulk?Thanks for the help, any advice highly appreciated!

We use WooCommerce and have a fairly large catalog of 70+ products. I’m looking for a way that we can analyze orders over a certain period of time to determine which products are frequently purchased together. Is this possible with Klaviyo?

Where can I get error logs from bouncing mails?

Hello, we have big problems to send e-mails to our customers with t-online mail accounts. We follow all tipps and steps from Klaviyo like have a dedicated sending IP, warming IP etc. But our mails are still soft bouncing. We get in contact with the t-online support and the need the exact return messages to filter out the problem. So where can I get or see the log files from the bounced mails? Thank you in forward!

I can click into the “Profiles” tab and view a specific customer’s predictive analytics / CLV. But how do I find an average and also filter it to those who purchased more than 2 times, 3 times, etc.

My mails don't fire at the right time!

I have throughly gone through setting up my Klaviyo account to the best of my knowledge and research. However, even after setting every timing right and keeping the automations set correct, most of my mails don’t fire. Some do at some odd hours in the day, but for some the mails don’t fire instantly. I have seen mails delivering around 11-19 hours past the trigger. I have 2 mails with disabled time delay, so that they fire immediately after the trigger is made, but sometimes they just don’t do. And that keeps me unsure of all my users getting the important info at the right time. Does anyone know of any such glitches or bugs with Klaviyo, going on currently, or what other possible reasons could it be for the above? Would appreciate any help!Thank you

Why are Emails to mac accounts bouncing?

My personal email is a mac account. I subscribed to my list and was able to successfully send a preview email to my mac address. This happened twice and now all emails are bouncing. Not in junk/spam folders, just flat out bouncing. I had my husband check his mac address and same thing, all emails are bouncing. Does anyone know why this is happening, or more importantly how I can fix it? I can’t unsubscribe and start over as I am not receiving the emails.Both mac addresses were migrated over from a previous Shopify list. I would think that’s it, however I was able to receive two preview emails just fine. I made sure the sender email address (which I receive emails from just fine) was added to contacts. Are email addressesv using mac.com compatible with Klaviyo? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

All of my emails are bouncing. Need help please

I'm having trouble with my emails. They all are bouncing. I just recently migrated my Wix account to Shopify. I've set up my Klaviyo account and a few flows, but none of the flows are reaching my customers once triggered. Also i sent myself a test email and it still bounced.Am I missing something on my end? I’m not sure why my emails are bouncing.

How to work out how many Placed Order from FB lead gen segment?

Hello, I am new to Klaviyo so excuse me if this seems an easy to solve question.I have been paying for a Facebook Lead Gen campaign so gathering new emails to my newsletter list in Klaviyo. I want to work out how many of these FBLead Gen people have placed an order. How would I do this?I’ve created a segment of FB Lead Gen people. But how do I then anaylse this segment to see who is responding to my newsletter campaigns - the welcome series - or just general campaigns? We have used the Shopify integration for conversion data. Was wondering if it was possible to see conversions by email when doing A/B testing under the same campaign. I can see conversions for the total campaign, but am looking for conversions by send time. (the A/B test variable)

Inconsistent analytics

Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my English. Im so confused with the Klaviyo metrics, because if i add (+) all the “placed orders revenue” of this month emails, it results to be an amount of money ($458.997), but if i go to the campaing analytics and i select “this month” i have other number of placed orders revenue that its totally different ($1.28M). How i see the real revenue of the campaings or klaviyo in general? Im so confused. Thank you.

Measuring campaign analytics and CLV incrementality

Hi I’ve been using Klaviyo for a couple months now and I was wondering how the rest of the community was measuring incrementality. It’s great to have 2 way to measure revenue (last click in Google via UTM and assisted conversion within 5 days via Klaviyo) but I’d love to understand how much of this revenue is actually incremental. Ultimately, that’s what we should judge our success on. Is there a way to set-up control group who don’t receive 1 or several campaigns and compare their CLV and purchase behaviours with other audiences? Anyone has done this with good results? CheersLeo

Metrics not syncing - Shopify

Hi there,None of my metrics (checkout started, placed order, ordered product, fulfilled order) are synching for the Shopify integration and thus my abandon cart flows (and any other flows using these metrics) aren’t triggering. I contacted Shopify and they said that this issue is due to Klaviyo using iframe and the only way Shopify can resolve it is by turning off the clickjacking feature on my site. I suspect that it is my theme but the developer says it is not their issue.  Has anyone had or resolved an issue such as this? It’s really frustrating that we can’t send out flows.  Thanks

How can I pass a custom event through a legacy form?

Hi! I’ve hit a bit of a wall with creating a custom event to trigger a email flow. Here’s the situation:We created a Klaviyo Legacy Form to capture customer info. This uses FormData. We used this option because we needed the form to have dynamic hidden fields (based on the user’s answers to a quiz). We would like to create a custom event that sends a “submits form” event to Klaviyo to trigger a flow each time someone submits the form. (Creating a flow that is triggered based on someone being added to a list does not work for our use case, as we want someone to get this email flow if they submit the form multiple times). We’ve been told the best way to create this custom event is through custom API, but this requires a JSON-object to pass the event over. Normally, it would not be a problem to add code to send JSON through FormData, but it appears that Klaviyo views a FormData-object as an endpoint.Based on the information above, does your team have any insight on how to create a custom

dbt klaviyo package not showing campaig_id for Ordered Products

Good day, I currently use shopify  and fivetran for all my ecommerce data. When applying the Klaviyo DBT packages to build tables, none of the entries for products ordered/placed have campaign_id values, hence I am not able to see which campaign performed the best.  I have changed the lookback window period to 14 days in dbt but it has not helped. Any suggestions? Thank you!
